Wedding Venues in Huddersfield

We chose to book one of the wedding packages offered and found the venue was very flexible and allowed us to personalise our day. The wedding coordinator was amazing and clearly knew her craft! She guided us through the planning and was there on the day making sure everything was just as we’d hoped! We had almost 100 guests which the room accommodated well. We were provided with a number of areas for guests in between the ceremony and breakfast which meant that the weather couldn’t spoil any plans. The food was superb and many guests commented on this. We used the DJ recommended by the venue and again he was really experienced and helped create a wonderful atmosphere. He got the guests dancing from the first to the last song! We couldn’t be happier with how the day went and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this venue!

We had our wedding at The Woodman Inn, and it was nothing short of perfect. From start to finish, the whole day ran seamlessly, and we couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful setting. The weather was amazing, which made the charming surroundings feel even more magical. The food was absolutely outstanding — our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was! Every course was beautifully presented and full of flavour, adding something truly special to the day. That sticky toffee pudding was just perfection!! The team at The Woodman Inn were exceptional, a special mention to Nadia, nothing was too much effort for her. They were all attentive, organised, and genuinely kind, they made sure everything flowed effortlessly so we could simply relax and enjoy every moment. The team were especially kind and generous to our dog, giving him treats and making sure he was well looked after. The dog friendly rooms meant he was able to stay with us as well as our guests being able to bring their dogs also which meant they were able to stay for the whole wedding. We’re so grateful to The Woodman Inn for giving us the most wonderful wedding day. It was everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stunning venue with incredible service and unforgettable food.

The best wedding venue for our special day. Beautiful location and setting. Rachael and her sister went above and beyond to help us organise and make our day one we will never forget. All our guests commented on how nice the venue is. What made it even better was the price. The package you receive for the price is amazing. Honestly, if you are thinking of viewing this venue, you will not be disappointed.

We couldn't have made a better choice for our wedding than to have it at Standedge. From the start our designated contact Sam was helpful, flexible to everything we wanted, and the price was so reasonable for everything that was included. Nothing was too much trouble, and Sam and the team really know what they are doing. Our day ran seamlessly which, bearing in mind we had a petting zoo, open mic and takeaway curry for 170 people including 48 children, was no mean feat! The room was decorated beautifully and with our own added touches it really was magical. I cannot thank Sam and the team enough, and Standedge will always be a special place for us to visit.

Manor House Lindley is a unique venue. The venue is beautiful, the food is fantastic, but the best part are the staff. Gemma helped us to coordinate the day, meeting with us regularly in the 6 months leading up to the big day. She helped us plan absolutely everything, often giving us great ideas of how to handle certain quirky aspects! Over the weekend, Gemma, Manuel and the rest of the staff ensured that everything ran smoothly and seamlessly and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was worth every penny and more! I cannot recommend them more highly. Book them. You will not be disappointed.

Huddersfield Town Hall is truly a hidden gem in West Yorkshire. Right from the very first phone call, the team at HTH, led by Katy, were friendly, kind and very accommodating. Communication was easy and the planning process felt fun and exciting. We were able to build upon the 'Dream Wedding Package' and add different elements to make our wedding feel completely personalised to us. The venue itself its absolutely breathtaking and our guests were blown away by the beauty of the building and especially the concert hall. Guests were also some of the first to use the newly opened VIP bar, adding an extra touch of class and sophistication to our day. Our day ran perfectly, with sound, music and lighting being overseen by our very own technician and we were able to relax into the day knowing that every single element of the timeline was being taken care of. We cannot thank HTH enough for everything they did for us in making our day unforgettable.

We had an amazing day the weather was fabulous. Everything couldn’t have been more perfect from the venue to Marissa and Curtis who were amazing from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for more they truly went above and beyond. Would recommend all day long.

We would like to say Thank you for making our day as wonderful as it was. We could not have asked for a better level of service with an amazing eye for detail. It was a day we will always remember.

Cedar Court was the perfect venue for our wedding breakfast and reception. The pricing was very reasonable for the high standard of service and quality we received. The team was incredibly professional throughout, making everything run smoothly from start to finish. A special thank you to Joanne, who was absolutely amazing—so organised, friendly, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Cedar Court to any couple planning their big day!
