Hi, I'm Oliver - founder of Field & Flame, a wedding and events venue in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

I started Field & Flame because I genuinely couldn't think of anything better to do with my life than feed people on the best day of theirs.

Weddings are something else to me. It's not just catering — it's being trusted with a moment that two people will talk about for the rest of their lives. That means everything. Every dish that leaves my kitchen, every plate that lands on your table, has to be right. Not just good - right. Because your guests deserve that, and so do you.

My style? I cook with fire, I cook with the seasons, and I cook with whatever Yorkshire's incredible producers are growing and rearing right now. I want the food to feel elevated and exciting but never cold or pretentious. I want your nan to love it just as much as your most food-obsessed friend.

Field & Flame is still young, and honestly, that drives me every single day. I have everything to prove, and I bring that energy to every single wedding I'm part of. You won't get a faceless catering company rocking up on your day - you get me, fully invested, start to finish.
