I loved everything about this wedding venue. 1) the staff: the personnel is so professional and welcoming. My husband and I were assigned a wedding planner - Sophie - (FREE OF CHARGE!) and she was absolutely fantastic. She accommodated all of our requests, and even accommodated last minute changes seamlessly. She took care of all our vendors and coordinated every aspect smoothly! I was completely stress free on the day 2) the venue: this venue was just perfect. My husband and I travelled the whole of England trying to find the perfect venue and the moment we viewed this one we were lost for words. Everything about this venue gives luxury, classy and elegance. You can tell that a lot of hard maintenance work goes into keeping the venue spotless. We’re from London and all our guests were confused as to why we chose Bradford BUT the moment they arrived they were incredibly surprised and only had good things to say. We opted for the unlimited mocktails bar and everyone loved it - the drinks were of good quality. Quite a lot is included in the fixed venue fee of 10k. You don’t really have to even decorate the hall because as part of what you pay (the 10k) all the tables come dressed with linen, cutlery, centrepieces, table numbers, florals! This is insane ! All the other venues we went to see charged extra ££££ for this! And because the venue already looks luxurious you don’t have to do much, like for example the floor is made of a beautiful white marble so you don’t really need a dancing floor. The walls in the hall have already been painted and decorated by the venue itself to have a luxurious feel. For any other venue we saw we would have had to pay extra £££ to achieve this look. We did however choose to have additional florals, for the high table. Walton View works in partnership with Tayibsweddings and we got a very good price for the look we wanted to achieve for the high table and ceremony room. 3) the rooms on site: the honeymoon suite will make you feel like a queen. It’s absolutely stunning and luxurious. The rooms for the guests that stayed on site were also immaculate. Wow. Every aspect was just perfect! We took the train there and back and it was fairly straightforward from London. Walton View made our dream wedding become a reality! Thank you so much to the team at Walton!

Our experience getting married at The Hovels was everything we could have ever wanted. We did all our organising with Josh who is absolutely incredible. We had ‘stages’ of planning where we narrowed down food & drink options (canapés, meals, evening food, reception drinks, table drinks, options to serve at the bar), which enabled us to gradually arrive at the right combinations for us. The food is absolutely beautiful and it’s so special that most of it is sourced from the estate. Our wedding was May, and a gorgeous day- the venue allowed our ‘minimal’ look/ approach, and the natural beauty of the venue and grounds to really shine. We used the stretch tent which added some shade and a nice atmospheric touch, as well as The Hovels own furniture. We didn’t need to add much at all! We chose to hire a crazy golf course which worked well there. We couldn’t have been happier with our wedding- setting up the day before and the whole process was just so fun with Josh & the team. He was in touch regularly with ideas and thoughts based on what we’d discussed. The menu tasting is also a lovely, really special experience! We also stayed at Harewood Holidays which was really special, again Felicity and the team were so helpful with our cottage bookings and changing these/ advising us as required about best combinations and options to suit our needs. It made a really special place to get ready for the wedding, and to spend time there afterwards!

Had our wedding here on the 1st February 2020 it was absolutely amazing, staff were all fantastic especially the wedding planner Jaine, and Joanna, manager Craig and night manager Wayne. From the very start of our journey (over a year in planning) to the end of the wedding day itself they were there every step of the way !!! No problem to big to sort out, no question to pointless or time consuming to answer (and believe me my wife was constantly asking them through out the whole process) words fail me when I try to express how utterly unbelievable the whole experience was !!! All I can say is if your planning to get married and you want most perfect day with the most professional people and breathtaking venue in Yorkshire the Manor House Lindley is the only place to go!!! If you don’t believe go there meet the people see the place and I guarantee you won’t look anywhere else !!! Thank you so so much guys from the new Mr & Mrs Burrows xxx

The breathtaking views and beautiful mansion house make this a truly special venue to suit all. The packages offered suited most budgets and were easy to choose from. Good advice and help was offered from their Wedding Co Ordinator to ensure the reception went without hitches. An ideal venue for fantastic wedding pictures to really make it a day to remember. A variety of choice for table settings and plenty of space for the evening to let the relatives who do not appreciate a disco relax. Flowers and table decorations were provided and were to a high standard adding more value for money. All in all the standard of facilities / food / drinks and service were all 5 star.
