I have absolutely no words to describe how incredible the team were and are at Northbrook and I am so relieved and grateful we were able to have our wedding here. Due to a family emergency we had to pull our wedding forward from Sept 2027 to Feb 2026. This meant we only had 4 months to come up with a completely new plan - looking at different venues, suppliers, themes and weather. Of course this could be stressful, but the Northbrook team were so calm and flexible and helpful at every step of the process, I can’t imagine any other place being so helpful with such a chaotic wedding and bridal party. Not only was the team amazing in the run up, but the compliments we’ve had about the service and friendliness of all the staff was amazing, as a bride you’re always a focus for being looked after but to hear how much our 130 guests raved about the team was amazing. They helped us to find suppliers and made introductions; they were there to help with supplier co-ordination - guiding on where and how to set up; they were there to help with the ‘teardown’ at the end of the night and the following morning. The whole process was seamless. We called them so many times in the run-up, but they were always there with a friendly smile and a helping hand, and a reassurance that everything would be just fine! We went into the day with so many rough edges - half-baked plans and ideas for what would be good to do, but ran out of time to organise properly. The team stepped up massively - putting the finishing touches to our decoration, helping to guide the supplier team through the day, helping things to stay on time and well managed. We couldn’t be happier. On top of this, the venue is stunning, all of the rooms were clean and tidy and beautiful, and the peacocks’ feathers had started to come back. Even though it’s the time of year where most plants and flowers are dead, the architecture of the venue is so striking and with the grounds being as beautiful as they are it really makes for a stunning venue. If we were to do it all again, we’d go straight to Northbrook as they made our wedding day as stress free and enjoyable for us as we could possibly imagine. Massive thanks to all the team and we miss you all already X
