Hey! Im Tom, an award winning wedding photographer based in Cheshire but regularly working all over the UK. My style of photography isn’t scripted or staged, it’s just pictures of things happening at a wedding – it’s you, as you are, who you are, what you feel. I don’t do cheesy poses or fake smiles. I’m all about authentic emotion, the stolen kisses, the belly laughs, the tears of joy, the kids being kids and everything in between! To put it simply, I do real moments, captured beautifully.
My approach on a wedding day is relaxed and informal as I want you to feel comfortable with my presence, as if I was just another guest. Even if you are camera shy, you can have stylish, natural wedding photographs that illustrate what a brilliant time you had.

Tom's the bomb!
We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Tom as our wedding photographer. From the very beginning, he was excellent with communication, always prompt, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic about capturing our day.
Leading up to the wedding, Tom kept in touch regularly, making sure every detail was covered and that we felt completely at ease. On the big day, he struck the perfect balance between giving us direction and letting moments unfold naturally. He made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera, which really came through in the photos.
The pictures are absolutely stunning. Both the posed shots and especially the candid ones, which captured the little moments so beautifully. We feel so lucky to have these gorgeous memories to look back on.
We can't recommend Tom enough!

Tom photographed our wedding in August 2025, we selected the first dance package. From the start Tom was brilliant, communication was great and he made us aware of timings. He asked us for special photos we would want on the day, but we more or less trusted him with his vision! Even though he had never been to our venue before! Tom made us both feel very comfortable even though we are not photogenic people! The photos came out beautifully, and we would 100% recommend Tom! Thanks a lot for capturing our special day🩷

Amazing Wedding photographer
Tom was absolutely fantastic! Tom and George (who filmed the wedding) were a dream team. We had some surprises on our wedding throughout the day which Tom helped us with the logistics of. We loved the fact that we got to spend time socialising with our guests and hardly any time taken away from our day for photographs. The samples were sent to us really quickly along with the online library of photos, which we looked at whilst we were on our honeymoon 😀
We would highly recommend Tom for any wedding, the whole process was seamless and he was a true professional and made everyone comfortable on the day and the photographs are beautiful, which we will look back on years to come!

We can’t thank Tom enough for capturing our wedding day so beautifully! He was so attentive throughout the day and made us feel completely at ease. Great photographer
Tom was a great photographer, a great service for a reasonable price. Booking was really easy and straightforward. On the day, Tom was super relaxed and made us and our guests feel at ease. He took the perfect mix of candids and posed shots. He also went the extra mile from helping the groomsmen with their ties and buttonholes to climbing into bushes and hedges to get the perfect photo! He returned the sneak peak and whole album really promptly. Us and our guests all loved the photos.

We couldn’t have chosen a better photographer!
I knew from the first time I saw Tom’s portfolio that I wanted him to capture our day and was elated when he confirmed his availability.
What we loved about Tom’s photography was that it is light, bright and no sign of heavy airbrushing - versus other photographer’s styles that we just didn’t resonate with!
We are absolutely overjoyed with our photos - our wedding was back in April and we can’t looking at them. We have had so many compliments about our photos and Tom’s style of photography from family and friends. One of our relatives commented that they were the best wedding photos they had ever seen.
We went for Tom’s full package, including videography, photobooth and audio guestbook. It was worth every penny - our wedding video is amazing, the photobooth was a massive hit with our guests and we will cherish our audio guestbook messages forever.
Tom blended in seamlessly with our day and I would book him again and again. Not only did he capture us perfectly, but he snapped our day and all of the details too which has really kept the memory alive for us. Telfer-Cooper Wedding
Tom was amazing from point of booking to final photos, he put us at ease straight away and caught every moment perfectly. We had a sneak peak back within a day & the full album so quickly! My husband was also really pleased with him & loved that he was hand to help him and the groomsman with buttonholes, like another member of the bridal party. We wanted natural shots & didn’t want hours of posed photos and that’s what we got, I couldn’t have been happier with Tom!

Would definitely recommend!
Tom and Videographer Declan were absolutely brilliant on our wedding day. They were so friendly and professional, and just slotted in perfectly with our guests — lots of people mentioned how lovely they were. The photos are fab and really capture the day perfectly. Thanks so much!

The best wedding photographer
Tom was fantastic from start to finish. We could not have chosen anyone better for our family home wedding. The lead up to the day was seamless and on the day having a friendly face who was happy to get involved with all family members and be a general help was amazing.
He went above and beyond to help do up my dress when I asked, supportive of the horse pictures and as someone who rarely has their photo taken he was kind and made us all feel at ease during the day.
The preview photos came through so quickly and have been incredible to look through on honeymoon. We will cherish the photos forever and would recommend him x1000 to anyone who wants a relaxed, natural, friendly atmosphere. Once again thank you so much,

Tom Groves Photogrpahy - amazing!
Tom was absolutely fantastic. He is so calm and made us feel completely at ease on the day, and guided us perfectly. His photography style is beautiful and so natural, sometime you barely even noticed he was there!
We couldn't recommend Tom enough. Our photos are amazing. We recieved sneak peaks the day after the wedding which was great, and then the rest of the photos on an online portal which is super easy to use. We booked the ultimate package that included Tom for 12 hours and his photobooth which was excellent and loved by us and our guests.
