We recently had the pleasure of having Mark as our DJ for our wedding a few days ago, and we couldn't have picked anyone better! From start to finish, Mark was incredibly professional, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. His modern set-up was not only visually impressive but also reflected his expertise. The sound quality and equipment were top-notch, giving us that perfect balance of atmosphere and energy throughout the night.

What truly stood out was how attentive and accommodating Mark was to our needs. He really took the time to listen to what we wanted and made sure to create a playlist that reflected our taste perfectly. His song choices had everyone up and dancing, and it wasn’t just us who thought so – all of our guests commented on how great he was!

It’s been a week since our wedding and we are still on a high. Music is such a huge part of mine and my husbands!!!! lives and Curtis did such a perfect job. Ease of contact before the event was very good and we enjoyed meeting with Curtis before ( via video call ) to go through our expectations.
Curtis was warm friendly & made the process enjoyable & we had every confidence for the night of our wedding. Listening to our requests & encouraging us to make contact at anytime with any changes or new ideas. Curtis also made it clear that requests would be welcomed at our wedding party.
Curtis felt very much a part of the furniture on the night, like he was one of us.

MARK!!! What an absolute HERO and what a PARTY!!!

Music was a massive thing for us. I’m normally the one who ends up taking over the music at every party and, knowing our crowd and exactly what would get them going, I was VERY particular about who we chose. 14 DJ meetings later… yes, I kid you not… we found Mark and Maximum Music Events and within that first meeting we just knew. They completely GOT IT and we felt very lucky to have found them. We gave Mark a feel for what we loved and what our crowd loved - a mix of the classics, some funk, soul, Motown and then, of course, some 90s & Ibiza classics - and trusted him to do his thing. And thank GOD we did because he absolutely smashed it. The dance floor was FULL. All ages, everyone together, tune after tune and just the best energy. Every time you thought you might go and get a drink, another song came on and dragged you straight back in. Even now, weeks later, we still have guests talking about the music and telling us how good the playlist was! And Mark himself is just the loveliest guy. So lovely that you genuinely feel like you’ve found a friend, completely professional from start to finish and then on the night just pure FUN. He IS the night!!! He lived it with us!!!!

Mark did an exceptional job DJing, from our initial contact right through to the day of the wedding. He was professional, reliable, and attentive throughout the entire process, delivering everything we had hoped for and more. He truly brought the energy and atmosphere to the celebration, keeping the vibes going from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ and would highly recommend Mark for any special occasion.

From the very beginning, Jon was absolutely amazing. We kept in touch regularly in the lead-up to the wedding and genuinely built such a lovely relationship that, by the time the wedding came around, it felt like he wasn’t just one of our suppliers anymore, but a close friend coming to celebrate with us.

Music was really important to us, but it wasn’t necessarily the easiest brief! Our wedding brought together my Slovakian side and Jacob’s English side, so we wanted the evening music to reflect both sides of our families. Jon was incredibly helpful with the music selection, listened to what we wanted, gave us advice when we weren’t sure and completely understood the atmosphere we were trying to create.

He was so friendly, approachable and easy to talk to throughout the whole process, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Because we had built such a good relationship beforehand, we felt completely comfortable trusting him with the evening reception and letting him read the room.

We had such a brilliant evening and Jon played a huge part in making it what it was. We genuinely couldn’t recommend him enough and, if we ever needed a DJ again, we wouldn’t even think twice about who we would choose. We’d hire Jon again in a heartbeat!

Jon Lowe was beyond awesome and is super highly recommended! From the minute we were put in touch with him to plan our wedding party, he asked all the right questions, put us at ease, and showed he really knows what he is doing. It soon became clear he's not just attentive, but also talented and a charismatic DJ with all the right equipment to create an amazing wedding party vibe. He elevated our special day!

What an amazing DJ. We gave him the difficult task of playing music in a language he doesn't know - Arabic- alongside English music for our guests who came from over 12 countries. He nailed it. He played the right vibe as per our request and was quick to read the room and change the music to keep it alive - even though the groom and I disappeared for a while. When asked on the day to make changes, for instance, to shorten our first dance, as we did not manage to practice, he was swift and creatively combined it with a slow dance for all, putting everyone on the dance floor. He was also a great MC, very charismatic and knew what to say and how to engage everyone. We simply love him and cannot recommend him enough!

Jon was incredible at our wedding. From the beginning reaching out a few weeks prior to get more info on what vibe we wanted (although I was less than helpful). To the day itself when he was prompt and super friendly. Most importantly played all the bangers that got people dancing. The best night of my life and I’m so glad Jon was part of our story🩷

Absolutely unreal DJ! Played at our wedding and honestly smashed it from start to finish. The mixing was different level and he had everyone up dancing all night.

The dance floor was never empty, the atmosphere was quality and the music just kept getting better. My knees were absolutely finished the next day from dancing so much 😂

We were lucky enough to have Mark DJ our wedding party on 18th July, and it is safe to say he exceeded all of our expectations

From the first dance onwards he kept the energy and the vibes so high, we didn't stop dancing all night, it was amazing! His deck setup and lighting provided a real party atmosphere on the dancefloor.

An added bonus was Jeff the sax player, which took everything to the next level and provided some great crowd interaction. Some of the photos we got from those sets are our favourite from the whole day!

If you're thinking of booking Maximum Music Events, DO IT. Communication from the start was super quick and easy, and we really appreciated the planning call with Mark to run through our music preferences and what we wanted the atmosphere to be like on the day.

My only negative is that we can't throw the same party every weekend..... So many people have said to us it was the best night ever, and that is largely credit to Mark & Jeff!!
