I can honestly say this was the most amazing experience of our lives! Emma was a pure godsend and catered to our every need! Even when pulling my hoop down from under my dress!!

The food was spectacular and they were flexible to what we wanted and didn’t want! The venue itself was beautiful and you didn’t need to dress it as much as you would anywhere else! It’s rustic and has the most romantic vibe!

My husband and I got married at Mythe Barn this weekend and it truly was the best and most special day. The staff at Mythe have been incredible, communication has been faultless and they did everything we asked and more. Rebecca, our coordinator was friendly and organised, she reassured me as I was getting ready and helped reduce our stress throughout the whole process. Mythe Barn is the most magical and beautiful setting and our guests were blown away by the beauty but also by the attentive and professional staff.

We got married on 11.11.23, from start to finish we thought Mythe and the team were outstanding.
The booking process was super easy and the payment schedule makes things really easy to keep on top with. (Note it is bank transfer only as we did get stuck here but it was soon sorted on our end)

The venue itself is out of this world! If you are looking for a picturesque venue, that’s also intimate then Mythe is the perfect space, I never felt like I lost my guests.

The wedding day ran seamlessly and we can not thank the team enough, especially Rebecca and Julie who were outstanding. They truly made us fell like the most important people in the world that day! The food was second to none, a huge appreciation to the catering team as all our guests were blown away.

Overall Mythe completely made our wedding day the most special day ever and we can not thank them enough.

Myself and Luke, would like to thank you for everything you have done for us from the moment we said yes to the venue to the day we got married. Honnestly our magical day wouldn't of gone as smoothly as it did if it wasn't for your patience, we truly appreciate everything you have done. Everyone complimented the venue saying how beautiful it is and could see why we choose Mythe Barn as our wedding venue. Huge thank you to you Rebecca and Julie for answering all our questions and for guiding us on our wedding day and for being so good with the kids.
Regarding the catering the food was amazing but it was a bit dry we had lamb. It would of been nice to have some gravy however we did not ask so its nothing against the mythe barn team at all. I just wanted to add that incase anyone else is getting married there and having lamb. :)

We got married at Mythe Barn in August 2023 and it was just perfect!!
We looked at 5 wedding venues and Mythe Barn just blew all of the others out of the water. It is such a beautiful venue - even coming up the driveway the countryside is strikingly beautiful and then you see the barn and it’s like WOW!
Emma was in charge of our day and she was just incredible from start to end. She took care of so many of the little details I hadn’t even thought about, like fanning out my train because my bridesmaid walked in before me, holding my husbands beer for him to make sure it wasn’t in the professional photos, to making sure we were both where we were meant to be when we were meant to be there. If we had a question about anything on the day, Emma sorted it - even if it was to do with one of our own suppliers.
The food at Mythe was outstanding - the canapés, the wedding breakfast, the pizzas in the evening - everything was top notch and so many of our guests commented and how good it was.
We stayed at Mythe Barn the night of the wedding along with our closest family - the honeymoon suite and courtyard rooms were incredible - so clean and spacious and the perfect place to relax after a full day.
Breakfast the next morning was also delicious and special mention to Louise who was also lovely and helpful!
All in all I honestly can’t recommend Mythe Barn enough. I planned the wedding for 18months and they brought together every little detail I’d planned on the day without me even having to think about it, meaning I could relax and enjoy it all.
If you are looking to have your own wedding at Mythe Barn you won’t regret it - I just wish we could do it all again!!

We got married in August 23 and Mythe Barn were nothing short of incredible and made sure our wedding day was absolutely perfect. Rebecca and Amee were so helpful in the run up to the big day and were always on hand to answer our questions. The venue looked absolutely stunning and the food was incredible. So many of our guests commented on how lovely the venue were and how warm, welcoming and attentive the staff were. Nothing was too much trouble and I cannot recommend Mythe Barn enough, it truly was a perfect day. Thank you!

I’ve paid the venue and catering deposit so far for this venue and I have to say that I am not impressed with the service I’ve been receiving so far. My wedding is next year. During the initial consultation, we weren’t told about important payment things such as that Catering only accepts bank transfers. What’s more is that on the phone to a member of the catering team, they said a lot of couples are shocked when they hear we only do bank transfers. Errm maybe this should be said upfront then before people pay the venue deposit?

I was also told only after paying the venue deposit that we could not bring any of our own snacks such as crisps and that if we wanted them we would have to pay the catering team.

I then called and asked if we could bring peanuts to put on the table and they said yes. Today I emailed saying that along with the peanuts can we also bring bombay mix and I got an email saying no to both the peanuts and bombay mix? I’m genuinely confused. Why did one person say it was ok? And this person now says no?

And now another thing is that the honeymoon suite, we also have to do a bank transfer for that too.

I will take the blame for some of this as I should have asked these questions before booking the venue.

The wedding is more than a year away and Mythe Barn has already dampened my mood.

What a perfect venue for our day! Everything was just perfect and Mythe Barn was simply stunning. The food was utterly delicious, the staff are so helpful- Ellis and Julie were absolute superstars! They made the day run smoothly and we didn't have to think or worry about a thing! We had so many compliments on the food and the venue- photos just don't do this place justice! The feel you get when you're there is just so special. I wish I could do it all again.

We got married here in April 2023 and had such a fabulous time.

The whole team were really good at responding to our email enquiries and the process how to make payments to the company were explained so well. I liked that they had a portal where you could check what payments you had made.

They made the process of planning a wedding really straight forward and they have an in depth brochure that clearly details their costing to ensure that you can stay within your own personal budget and they didn't force you into spending more money with them.

We really enjoyed that we got to experience the tasting event as that experience felt like being a guest at a wedding

Our day was ran and co-ordinated by Emma and she was such a calming influence on the day to make sure everything ran smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble.

Thanks again to the whole team for a memorable day! We would definitely look forward to attending Mythe Barn as wedding guests (if ever invited) in the future!

The staff at Mythe were amazing, very accommodating and helpful to the very end. They catered for all of the dietary needs and helped keep everything running smoothly.
The food was delicious and the venue speaka for itself needing very little decoration.

Mythe Barn did a fantastic job of looking after us and making our special day truly special. They clearly run a very professional outfit and this showed from initial booking to the wedding day.

Post booking and pre-day, we had frequent communications with them to build a detailed plan for the day, ensured all necessary decisions were made and that we were ready for the big day when it arrived. We had multiple video calls with the events team to get this planning done, and for all the various questions we had we were typically able to contact the right team member either immediately or within a working day (via call back) to get our questions answered.

The advice they gave us on how to structure our day was invaluable and allowed us to plan our own customisations to perfection.

The only criticism, out of everything both pre and during the wedding, was that around 3 weeks before the wedding we got an email asking for us to ensure various documents (e.g. insurance) were held by our external vendors as a mandatory requirement for them to be allowed on-site. This was the one point of critical pressure I felt with the team, as if we were aware of this over a year ago when we were organising these vendors we would have dealt with the documentation and questions then. Thankfully, we only had 1 discrepancy and via a telephone call the situation as quickly resolved - but this was a stressful thing to deal with just before our big day, and I hope that for future couples these requirements are made clear initially (with guidance on if they are flexible to not unfairly disregard potential vendors).

Anyway, having planned our day, on the big day things ran extremely smoothly. As the groom, turning up 2 hrs early was purely to enjoy the scenes - as the team were busy putting the final touches together based on our instruction and the venue was complete (I had very little to do other than fine tune cravats!). Throughout the day, ourselves and our guests were transitioned around the venue smoothly and clearly well respected. The smiling staff did a fantastic job of looking after us all.

The venue itself is amazing - plenty of open space, great and clean facilities, and unbelievably good food. Everywhere looked immaculate, and many of the guests completed the tasty treats presented. Even on a November evening, the outside courtyard was well utilised with heaters and our BBQ (which, naturally, was also delicious).

Overall, our day at Mythe was fantastic. The organisation was exemplary (bar 1 item) and the venue deserves its high praise both past guests and external vendors give it (typically, saying to a vendor we had booked Mythe resulted in them remarking on their organisation, quality and great food).

I would like to specifically thank Amy for working with us pre-wedding to plan and organise the day on our build up, and to Ellis Ryan for being a fantastic host on the day, looking after us extremely well and ensuring things came off without a hitch.

Was always at ease with from start to end with the team at Mythe. Nothing was too much and the service was 100% everything we wanted and wished for. Thank you all so much, the day couldn't have gone any better.

We have just had our wedding day here and it was absolutely perfect. As soon as we booked it the staff at the venue were very responsive for any queries and made adjustments to all of our needs. On our wedding day the venue was incredible, there is not a single thing that wasn't up to standard and our event manager Emma Jones went above and beyond running around all day along with helping us set up and take things down. The food and service was also incredible, they amended the menu to suit our requests and there was so many compliments over how amazing the food was and how beautiful and well kept the venue was. Highly recommend this venue, it was like a fairy tale!

We got married at Mythe Barn on 13th June 2021, and I cannot recommend this venue enough. From our first visit, we knew this was our wedding venue. It is absolutely beautiful, inside and out. The food and drinks are all fantastic, and the staff are utterly amazing. They have gone above and beyond for us, on the wedding day and the entire lead up to it!
We wish we could do it all over again! Thank you so much to everyone at Mythe Barn!
