First of all, Alex and I would like to say a huge thank you to Emma for being our photographer, we are so glad we chose you as the photos are just stunning. It’s a running joke (kind of hoping it will come true) that you’ll now have to be the Farr family photographer after doing our wedding and Cat & Dom’s a couple of years ago!!

Emma was so great from the very start and made everything so at ease, even when I had a bit of an overwhelming moment when leaving the house to head to the church, Emma was cool, calm and collected and just managed everything so well.

During the church ceremony, Emma got so many beautiful photos of us and when we have looked back we have both said we didn’t even realise Emma is there, which goes to show how professional and stealthy she truly is!!

We were met with plenty of rain and hail at one point on the day but that didn’t phase Emma one bit and she was more than happy go with the flow and have some of the photos done inside whilst we waited for the weather to sort itself out.

Well, where do we start, right from the initial enquiries at a wedding fair to the very last minute of our wedding we felt like this was so right. Emma on the day was sensational, the pre shoot we had was fun and made us feel comfortable and the wedding day couldn't have gone any better. Smooth, organised and natural, nothing felt forced or like we were being hearded from one place to another, the shoot just felt organic and perfect. The attention to detail in ensuring the shots were perfect was second to none, Emma didn't feel like to us a photographer there to do a job, she felt like a guest of ours and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Emma was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was so much fun to be around — we genuinely didn’t stop laughing — and she became such a big part of our wedding day.

From our first conversation, our personalities clicked so well, which made everything feel relaxed, easy, and completely natural. We booked Bloomwood for our wedding at the start of September and we are so glad we did! Me and my husband aren't the best in front of a camera but Emma and Ross made us feel so comfortable, we are over the moon with our photos.

I can not recommend Emma enough! From the first email sent to the pre wedding shoot and the wedding day itself she was the ultimate professional and made the process not only simple but a lot of fun for us as a couple and for my two children. My eldest daughter has additional needs and Emma made her feel so comfortable that she was excited to have her photo taken for the first time in a long time. Emma blended into the background it seemed on our wedding day and managed to capture photos from all angles, all by herself. We had the best experience with Emma. Bloomwood Photography were recommended by our wedding venue, and from the first meeting, we knew we were going to get on. We had a video call with Emma, and she was friendly, caring, knowledgeable, asked great questions and answered all the questions we had. She even talked to our son who was lurking in the background! Her prices were very reasonable too.

Once we decided on Emma (it was a quick decision!), she was professional and outlined what the timeline would be up to the wedding. She was responsive with questions we had and replied promptly to emails. She gave advice when asked, which was invaluable. Our pre-wedding shoot helped to put my (now) husband at ease as he was very nervous and doesn't like having his photo taken. At that meeting we all got on so well and we instantly warmed to Emma.
