Apton Hall

My daughter and son-in-laws wedding was planned over a period of 18 months and the team at Apton Hall have been amazing throughout. And it didn't stop there and what a set up they have there! The Bridal party arrived into the Beauty Barn at 8.30am, followed by the Grooms party at 11am into the fabulous Granary so they could get ready at the venue too and have photos before leaving for Church.
Returning to the venue and the Courtyard, greeted with live music under the Gazebo and the staff serving cocktails in the sunshine was quite breathtaking.
The dining room looked just stunning, all co-ordinated with the team at Apton Hall and the suppliers we had booked. The food was just delicious and it was so important to us that our guests could choose their meals so no one went hungry!
We didn't want the party to end but for some of us at least we had a full breakfast in the Granary the next morning.

From the moment we first viewed Apton Hall, we instantly fell in love. The venue itself is beautiful, with the perfect balance of feeling intimate whilst still being spacious enough for a large wedding.

The team at Apton Hall are wonderful and really do make the venue even more special. Throughout the planning process, the co-ordinators were so lovely and accommodating. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always happy to help with any ideas or requests we had, without ever being pushy or trying to upsell anything.

Our wedding day itself was everything we could have hoped for. Everything ran so smoothly, and we didn't have to worry about a thing as the team had it all under control. We were able to relax and enjoy every moment.

We truly had the best day of our lives and are so grateful to everyone at Apton Hall for making it so special. We couldn't have wished for a better venue or team!

We couldn’t have been happier to go with apton hall for our wedding venue, from the moment we booked a viewing till even after our wedding they looked after us so well. The grounds are beautiful, food is delicious and so many options to choose from and the staff were amazing and couldn’t have done more to help us. I don’t know where to start! From the moment we visited Apton Hall on an open day, we knew it was the venue for us and we booked straight away. Over the next two years, Hayley and all the team helped us to plan the most beautiful day. Nothing was ever too much trouble and small changes were dealt with efficiently. We attended further open days with family, as well as other events to really get a feel for the place. The food tasting evenings were fantastic - I wish we could eat there every week! We were kept informed along the way of all the things we needed to do and this made the process so much easier. On the day itself, nothing was too much trouble and the day went without a hitch. Being able to arrive early with the bridal party and get ready in the beauty room was amazing - no changing venues when our hair and make up were done. The breakfast was lovely and made sure we had all eaten something ahead of the ceremony. The whole venue looked stunning on the day and the co-ordination between venue and suppliers was fantastic. We did not have to worry about a thing. The ceremony was emotional and everything we wanted it to be. Then onto the drinks reception in the stunning pond garden - again everything ran seamlessly. The food at the wedding breakfast was delicious and again everything ran seamlessly- we never felt rushed or stressed - everything was taken care of behind the scenes. The evening reception was so much fun and everyone had the best time. We booked the accommodation - this was one of the biggest reasons for booking here - we didn’t want to have to leave at the end of the night. Our close friends and family were able to stay too. The rooms were spotless and comfortable and the perfect way to end a perfect day. Breakfast was served the following morning and it was lovely to spend this time with those who has stayed. There was lots to choose from and it was all delicious. So overall I can only sum it up as “perfect” and can’t thank Hayley, Emma, Josh and the team enough. It was everything we imagined and more. Hearing our guests say what a wonderful time they had and that it was “the best wedding they had been to” sums it up! I cannot recommend Apton Hall enough. You will not be disappointed.

We got engaged mid January 26 and looked round apton hall I think in February, we didn’t even look anywhere else as we knew it was perfect for us so we booked there and then. With 5 months to go the communication from Hayley, Emma and the rest of staff at apton hall was excellent, they were incredibly helpful and informative, nothing was too much to ask. Our wedding day was July and it was the most perfect day, everything we imagined and more. The venue is stunning, everything was just perfect. Rebecca was our coordinator and she was amazing so calm, reassuring and lovely, we loved the staff just as much as the venue. All our family and friends (especially those that stayed over) were very impressed. The attention to detail from apton hall was 2nd to none, I was a bit of an unorganised bride and maybe a bit laid back but apton hall had everything in hand. I feel so privileged to get married here and so grateful for everything they done for us. I can’t recommend the venue enough! ❤️❤️❤️

Everything from the moment we booked to the breakfast and check out the next day was faultless! It was more than we could have imagined. We honestly couldn't have chosen a more perfect venue for our wedding than Apton Hall. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and every part of the day ran so seamlessly. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease, allowing us to relax and enjoy every second without worrying about a thing.

A huge thank you to our incredible Event Manager, Rebecca. She was so attentive throughout the entire day, took away every bit of stress, and is genuinely one of the loveliest people we've ever met. Knowing she was there meant we could simply enjoy our wedding day. We also want to thank Emma, who helped us plan every detail to perfection. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her guidance throughout the planning process was invaluable. And thank you to Hayley for helping us secure our date and making the booking process so easy from the very beginning.

We actually booked one of Apton Hall's last-minute dates, and we were so impressed with how reasonably priced it was without compromising on the incredible experience we received. If you're looking for a wedding venue, we honestly couldn't recommend Apton Hall highly enough. The venue is beautiful, the team are exceptional, and they made what was already the best day of our lives even more special.

What an amazing venue Apton Hall is, everyone and I mean EVERYONE said this venue is amazing, a lot of them live near Rochford and they didn’t even know about Apton Hall until now and a lot of our guests said they would not think twice about recommending Apton Hall to anybody.

Firstly, we would like to say a big thank you to everyone from the ground staff who cleared the grounds on Saturday morning to the cleaners who cleaned the rooms for our guests to the waiters and waitresses who served our food and kept our glasses full throughout the wedding breakfast and evening celebrations

Then a big thank you to Rebecca and Will who did not stop all day to make sure everything went smoothly which they both succeeded 110%

Then last but not least a big thank to Emma and Hayley who without your help and guidance we would not have had the most perfect day and venue

He made sure we were always in the right place at the right time, taking away any stress so we could simply enjoy every moment. He also remembered my one important request—to make sure I always had a drink in my hand—and he absolutely delivered! It was such a thoughtful touch that made me feel so looked after throughout the day.

The whole team were professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our day as special as possible. Thank you for giving us memories we’ll treasure forever. We would recommend this venue to anyone looking for the perfect place to celebrate their wedding.

We can’t quite put into words how magical our wedding day was at the beautiful Apton Hall. Hayley, our wedding coordinator made us feel comfortable and at ease. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the whole planning process ran smoothly as a result. On the big day itself, the staff worked tirelessly to ensure that our day ran seamlessly. We were able to simply relax and enjoy every second. We wish we could do it all again. It was just glorious! We’d like to thank everyone at Apton Hall for their kindness, help and hard work. We got married on 18/5/26 and what a perfect day. Rebecca was amazing in the morning and made sure the day went as smooth as possible. Will in the evening made sure the evening went well. I can’t thank the staff enough. It was everything we imagined and more.

We cannot thank Apton Hall enough for making our day so seamlessly perfect… I could rave about them all day; the behind the scenes organisation and lead up meetings/prep, the beautiful venue which is always perfectly presented, the grounds are beautiful with bunnies running around, the incredible food, the managers on the day who make sure everything run seamlessly and stress free, the friendly and fun staff… honestly everything and everyone contributes to an all round incredible experience and service. No wonder they have won awards as they are completely smashing what they do best at!
I’m a PA so I ca be quite hard to please with my high standards and being an organisation control freak, but even I managed to switch off entirely on the day as you are in such good hands that you can just turn up and enjoy it! Their attention to detail blew me away and they think of every little thing.

If you are thinking of booking the venue, my advice would be to do it! You will not be disappointed all our guests said how great it was and we loved every minute and would do it all again tomorrow if we could! Thank you Apton Hall for making our day so very special!

We had an amazing day at Apton Hall. The planning process was painless and on the day everything went very smoothly and the Apton Hall team did a great job taking care of everything including coordinating with all the different suppliers. The food was excellent and enjoyed by all. All the guests commented on the beautiful venue. The layout with the bar next to the dance floor made for a great party in the evening. And even when the unexpected happened, Apton Hall staff went above and beyond to sort it out so we and the guests could carry on enjoying the party. Thank you and keep up the great work!
