Apton was the 3rd venue we visited when deciding where to hold our vow renewal and we just knew the moment we were walking back to the car that this was going to be our venue. The service the team provide is exceptional and we never once stressed out about anything to do with the venue or the team that would be looking after us there. Everything was explained to us in finite detail, we were encouraged to visit more (by appointment) if we needed to and always received invites to the open days/evenings, supplier events and wedding fayres and this helped us to find virtually everyone who helped bring our day together. The couples taster evening was phenomenal and really did help us decide on our menu choices for our guests. We opted for the sit down wedding breakfast as we had nothing like this at our original wedding but Apton offer so many food choices, there really is something to suit everyone. Apton as a venue really does work to have everything in one place for the ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast and evening entertainment as well as having the Dovecot bridal suite along with 7 onsite rooms for guests to stay and the standards are impeccable. We also hired the Meadow Cottage (airb&b) as you enter the approach to Apton for 3 family groups to stay in (this will no longer be available from 2024 I believe). There was a wedding at Apton the day before ours but when I arrived on our day you would never have known that as everything was spotless, our set up was in full swing and it was just all about our day.
The facilities are great, the food is amazing, the bar prices are reasonable and the team of people that work there are just fantastic, everyone we dealt with was so professional and it just shows what a fantastic set up Apton have. Throughout our planning process we mainly dealt with Lauren, which was fab as she was the constant for us during our 12 months of planning, always at the end of an email with support, answers and solutions, thinking of things we hadn’t thought of and would even respond to us on her days off! The rest of the team are just as great and it’s so nice to see a team of people working so well together and also good to constantly see the same people there every time we visited as this was important to us to not see a churn of different people because then you run the risk of the service and standards not being what they should. We definitely had nothing to worry about!
We’ve loved the last 12mths of planning, visiting Apton, meeting suppliers, catching up with the team there and bringing our dream day together and we’ll definitely miss it but we honestly cannot thank everyone there enough for what they did for us, everyone worked so hard to make our day what it was and always with a smile on their faces.

We had an amazing wedding day thanks to the professionalism shown by Apton Hall staff. The day went smoothly, the food was amazing and the service provided by all staff was brilliant.
The coachhouse rooms were clean and tidy, along with venue and facilities.

We chose our venue as Apton Hall, having had an incredible reception there at our friends wedding! We had no hesitations, and booked the following Monday. We never looked back. The team are incredibly professional and sophisticated as well as human :)

We are SO pleased we booked Apton Hall for our wedding venue. From start to finish the customer service was excellent, everyone is so friendly and always there to answer your questions! The venue itself is absolutely stunning and was perfect for what we were looking for. They have loads of different suppliers they recommended which is also really helpful. Lauren and Hayley were always so kind and welcoming and we couldn’t fault the staff on our wedding day either. The food is delicious with so much choice to suit everyone! It’s not just your typical bulk cooked food, you can tell it’s expertly done.
The rooms are also gorgeous, so clean and all our guests that stayed remarked on how lovely they were.

Overall we cannot fault Apton Hall. All we wished is that we could stay their longer! We had a lovely day and will be recommending this venue to everyone.

Apton hall were amazing, they made the day so easy, they were incredibly flexible with every element of the wedding, we really got to make it our own! Their service is very personal and we felt they handled everything so well. The venue is well looked after, amazing food, lots of options for personalisation at every opportunity. The guest rooms were beautiful, our bridal room was beautiful and everything was beyond perfect! They made us feel like royalty from start to finish and even beyond!

Apton Hall is a beautiful venue and we would highly recommend it for anyones wedding day ! The venue is well maintained with lots of different areas to take photos , the staff are all very friendly and willing to help, and the food is amazing. We received so many compliments from our guests on the food and also on how smoothly the day ran. Apton Hall has a wide range of options of types of food you can have , cocktails mixologists you can add on etc that every occasion there would be different. We hope to one day be invited back as guests so we can enjoy the venue in a different way!

We got married at Apton Hall on 12.10.2023 and the venue, staff and experience for the best days of our lives was faultless. The whole planning process was smooth from the outside, we worked with Hayley and no ask or question was too much with quick replies. On the day Emma and Josh ran things so smoothly and all staff went the extra mile (even making one of our small guests some sweet potato mash ad hoc when his baby food went awol back at the hotel ! - nothing was too much an ask). The venue is spotless, so well maintained and beautiful. We had comments from a lot of our guests that the food was excellent, hearty and especially the vegeterian options some of the best food they have ever had. Wow - Apton Hall exceeded both our expectations by miles! The support from booking right up until the minute you leave is outstanding.
Lauren made sure every detail was covered and understood clearly, I don't think I heard the word no once. Emma on the morning of our wedding made our lives breezy and every single member of the team across the entire venue were faultless.

Me and My husband got married at the beautiful Apton Hall. From the moment we sat down with Hayley our wedding planner to the day of the wedding it all ran so perfectly. All the staff were friendly and approachable and truly professional.
We really wanted to get married outside and fortunately the weather was on our side! Otherwise we would get married inside which is just as beautiful.
We, along with all our guests had the best day!
They catered to all allergies, which was amazing, we only had a few people who needed special dietary requirements but it felt seemless and everyone with dietary meals said how much they loved their food!!

I write this as a very proud father of the bride.
For any father one of the greatest days of your life is to see your daughter happily married.
The whole wedding experience was exceptional.
The pre meal tasting was superb.
On the day the professionalism of ALL staff was well over and above anything else I have experienced. Having worked in hospitality for over 40 years I can honestly say this is the best hospitality,service and professionalism I have ever experienced.
Food was excellent, white wine well chilled and good quality red also excellent.
Service at dinner was again over and above and the staff knew the guests names and comments such as enjoy your beef James or hope you like your brownie Elizabeth made it very personal and guests felt special and valued. I have never experienced that in any 5 star restaurant or hotel I have stayed in, this was personal service at its best
I cannot think of 1 item to complain about and I can complain.
You all did an excellent job which I am very proud of and you should all be so proud also.
I can say hand on heart the day was the best.

We got married in the 10th August and our day was magical. The venue itself is stunning but what really sold the venue to us was the flexibility in which you do not get at other venues and to be able to choose what your money goes on.
The venue really catered to all our needs and the whole day ran really smoothly.
