Hi there! I’m Trudi, the owner and illustrator behind Scribble & Sparkle - Live Illustrator. Based in Chelmsford, Essex, I love adding a unique and personal touch to weddings and events. With years of experience working with big names like Disney, Warner Bros, Nickelodeon, and Sky TV, I’m passionate about bringing your celebration to life in a way that’s fun and memorable. But more than anything, I enjoy meeting new people and capturing the authentic essence of you and your loved ones through my art.

On your big day, I’ll be there creating live illustrations that your guests can watch come to life—adding a fun, interactive experience to your celebration. Whether it’s a wedding, a corporate event, or even a destination wedding abroad, I’m here to bring a bit of sparkle and creativity to your event, wherever it may be.

Bronze - 4 hours - roughly 18-24 guests
Silver - 5 hours - roughly 24-32 guests

All inclusive - Chose your package and the rest I do in my studio

Book as soon as you can as dates being booked up all the time for 2025, 26 and 27
What other services to you provide?

Yes, destination wedding/events
I’m based in Essex. But I am happy to travel in the UK and abroad. Just contact me with the venue and date and I can give you a quote

Yes, i travel one hour for free then charge travel after that

A Wedding Day to Remember – Thanks to Trudi
Trudi was an absolute highlight of our wedding day. She was incredibly professional, with everything set up and ready to go as we came downstairs to begin the ceremony. Her calm presence and artistic flair added such a special touch to the celebration.

Just do it!
If you're thinking of hiring Trudi for your big day, just do it. All of the guests loved it and it is so much better than doing favours as there is nothing more people love than a picture of themselves feeling glamorous. We're lucky enough to already have one illustration of me and my husband and I can't wait to get another one once we have our photos back. Trudi, thank you so much for being a part of our big day, it means the world to us x

A Truly Talented and Lovely Artist
Having Trudi as part of our wedding was such a special addition to the day. She is unbelievably talented, and all of our guests were so impressed by her live artwork. It was such a fun surprise for everyone to see the painting come to life, and people are still talking about how unique and memorable it was.

The best addition to our wedding!
Wow! Scribble and Sparkle was the most amazing addition to our wedding! Trudi was absolutely brilliant and so friendly. Our guests absolutely loved the experience and so did we! The illustrations were amazing and such a lovely keepsake of our special day.
We can’t recommend Trudi enough, the service she provided was just perfect. She even captured the first moments of me walking down the aisle which was lovely to see. A little piece of magic brought to our day
Thank you so much Trudi for travelling to our wedding venue at Bassmead. You brought something completely different to our wedding and our guests absolutely loved seeing you create and taking away there illustrated picture at the end of the evening. You captured our guests looking so beautiful on our special day. Wedding 💒 day
I hired Trudie to be our wedding artist 🧑🎨 for the day and she was amazing, everyone was wowed by her creativity, she is very professional and worked in the background of our special day, the guest love to watch her work and are so happy with there pictures she adds a touch of class to any event I am truly grateful , all my guests said she was a great find you would definitely not regret hiring her for your occasion

Amazing Live Illustrations
We were so lucky to find Trudi, especially since we discovered live illustrators pretty late in the game. She fit right into our celebration, capturing portraits that our guests (and us) absolutely loved. Her setup matched our décor perfectly, making everything smooth and enjoyable. Guests had a blast watching her draw, and each portrait captured them, making for some awesome keepsakes. Trudi’s friendly vibe made everyone feel at ease.
