Based in Essex, England, V-DUB Rides are a wedding-car company. To-be-weds can arrive in style at their ceremony and reception in a classic VW Beetle or camper van. The vintage fleet is ideal for couples seeking a boho-chic aesthetic on their special day. The eye-catching vehicles are decorated to reflect each couple’s theme and provide a stunning backdrop for wedding photographs.
Services Offered
Established in 2007, V-DUB Rides have garnered a stellar reputation for professionalism and efficiency in the wedding transportation industry. The dedicated team offers a range of packages, including group bookings for wedding-party members. You can choose to travel in style in Billy Lovebug, a 1971 white Cabriolet or Lyla LoveBus, an authentic 1962 split-screen camper van with cream paintwork. Ribbons and bows are strewn across both vehicles in colours that reflect a couple’s colour scheme. Hippy cushions and blankets are also provided for your comfort and to add a 1960s feel. We also have a few other VW friends that have other Beetles, a beach buggy & A cool wizard. We welcome same sex marries & LOVE Dogs on board too. Bring your pooch & we can even look her him or her whille you are in your ceremony.

Hayley was super lovely and made booking very easy. We hired Billy Lovebug from her but her camper was already booked out so she recomended another company to get the camper van through. Both showed up on time and got us to the Church (fashionably late because of me!). We had the roof down because of the gorgeous weather as well! Hayley took loads of pictures which she then sent on to me which was a great bonus!

What a car!
Hiring our wedding car through Hayley was one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding day! She arrived on time with the beautifully decorated car and with the biggest smile on her face! Hayley was great with being flexible, especially when we decided we would like to stop en route for some extra photos! My husband had requested in advance some glasses and ice so we could have some champagne en route to our reception which she provided! It was so special driving through town in this car, lots of people stopped to look and wave which just added to me feeling like a princess on the day! So so special 100% recommend! Thank you so much Hayley for helping to make our day so special!

Absolutely stunning and amazing!!
I will definitely be recommending them to everyone getting married. Stunning vehicles and I couldn’t have asked for better people on my wedding day! My bridesmaids loved the camper van and me and my parents loved the beetle! Also price is very reasonable for what you get!

Fantastic Bus and even better host!
Hayley and her Bus were exactly what we were looking for on our wedding day, a vehicle to compliment our own VW and something different from the usual, boring Rolls Royce (sorry RR owners/hirers!).
Hayley was brilliant from the start, communicating with us from the off and putting our mind at ease that the journey in her Bus would go without a hitch. We were also offered a range of bow and ribbon colours which was a nice touch, it meant we could co-ordinate with our own theme colours (this made the now-wife extremely happy).
When we saw the Bus it did not disappoint. It was immaculately presented and the decoration was fantastic, exactly what we wanted.
What we got that we didn’t expect so much was Hayley. She was an absolute pleasure to be around as have involved in our day. She put the bride at ease with her personable and fun manner (no easy task!). In the journey from the church to the venue we had great fun with Hayley and she even let me have a little drive when we arrived!
Overall, if you are looking for a classic VW package look no further than Hayley and her bus, you will not get any better.

The ONLY way to arrive at your wedding!
Hayley drove my wife to our wedding venue and then drove us both to our festival reception party. She made the experience so much fun and everybody loved the van when we arrived. We're so pleased we decided to hire Hayley that day :-)

Beautiful van & amazing service
We had the absolute perfect day, made even better by the service provided by Hayley. She was warm, funny and put me at ease straight away as I was of course nervous on the way to the venue! She went above and beyond by staying longer than she needed to, ensuring we got to have enough time for great photos. I have always loved VW Camper vans and having 'Lyla' as part of our wedding day was just amazing. Highly recommend. Thank you Hayley!

A fun ride
We were let down at late notice by another supplier. Hayley was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. The car looked amazing in our wedding colours. Hayley was the perfect host with umbrellas as it was a shocking day weather wise. She also took so many fabulous photos for us, not just with the car but before the service too.
I would recommend Hayley and 'Billy' to anyone.

1000% recommend
I used Hayley for my brothers wedding in November and she was just amazing. Everything from contacting her before the day to the day its self was spot on and she was just so kind and lovely, she even stayed through the ceremony so everyone could have pictures after and it was pouring of rain. My brother was so happy with the camper van and said he was so surprised with it. I Would 1000% recommend. Thank you so much for adding to a lovely day

Wedding Day Transport
A quirky car is something I really wanted for my wedding day and when I found V-DUB Rides - I thought this looks like a really fun idea and pretty much paid the deposit straight away and don't think I even told my husband to be. Hayley was so chilled and laid-back, arrived nice and early and everything went nice and smoothly.

Hayley was a great provider and good fun on the day. She even took some great photos, which were provided free of charge and captured some footage of the bride entering the church and walking down the aisle, which was a lovely surprise.
The van was gorgeous and was a very popular attraction on the day

The only reason for the lower rating re value for money is because I booked via an agency who take a rather hefty commission. BOOK DIRECT 😊

Fabulous 👌
Our wedding was on the 12th sept 2022 Hayley was amazing on our wedding day, we choose the van my god she was a beauty, my bridal crew loved it. Even the little ones enjoyed the ride. Hayley was so warming and welcoming, my dad was very impressed and loved sitting in the front even got to choose his own music which he loved.
We are so please we choose this vehicle, clean and tidy and went so well with our theme.

Special and memorable
Hayley was so lovely. She seemed genuinely excited for us all and really made the whole journey so much fun! Brilliant music, horn beeping and smiles!
The van was in perfect condition. Looked so gorgeous in our photos. Hayley was very generous with her time and ensured we got the pictures we wanted.
