I visited a few bridal shops but none were like Lily Francis Bridal. The attention to detail and customer service was second to none. I felt completely comfortable and with such reasonable prices I found my prefect dress!

Michelle was very friendly and welcoming. It was a lovely environment to choose the right dress with a great selection available to choose from. She also made my family feel very welcome. I was a bit nervous about dress shopping and finding the right dress, but Michelle provided a very pleasant experience which gave me the confidence that I'd chosen the best dress for me. Many people on the day said how beautiful the dress was!

My budget was not huge and so I'd resigned myself to hunting for an off-the-peg dress. I was also fast loosing faith that my very specific idea for my dress even existed. Then I got in contact with Michelle at Lilly Francis Bridal. From her first email to me it was clear she cared about my vision and maki sure she understood my vision and if possible found a dress that matched it. I walked into my session and saw "the dress" on a mannequin. I assumed it was a made to order dress, it was, but was much more achievable in budget. Michelle was willing to show me posible underlayers and different styles from the same designer. It was the most enjoyable appointment I have had and the whole space felt so safe and collaborative. The collection available had a special factor to every dress that sets them apart from many other shops. The whole experience was wonderful and I would actively encourage any bride to visit them if they are looking for a dress with a little extra wow-factor. I cannot thank them enough for connecting me with the dress of my dreams!

Amazing service from beginning to end. Michelle made the process of finding the right dress so easy. I felt super relaxed in her shop and the selection of dress is fantastic. She managed to work out exactly what I wanted and I found the perfect dress. Was stunning.

Michelle has a beautiful collection of wedding dresses, it was difficult to choose!, but she was brilliant with her ideas and guidance, we had a few laughs along the way too! :)
Nothing was too much trouble for little tweaks needed and making sure everything could be done in the timeframe. Plus she keeps in touch all the time so you know exactly where everything is up to!

I had such a lovely morning at Lily Francis Bridal. Michelle was so helpful, incredibly attentive, and made a fairly daunting task feel much more manageable. The space was set up so beautifully and she made it really special. Lots of great advice for which sort of dresses to go for. Visiting Lily Francis Bridal was a great experience, and would definitely recommend to any other brides to be!

I visited lily francis bridal after already going to another shop with no success. I was greeted by Michelle who was extremely friendly and welcoming and really helped ease me into the process. My first time visiting I found two dresses I loved and couldn’t choose between. Michelle was really accommodating and let me come in a couple days later to try both of these on again! I’ve now got my dream dress and can’t wait to wear it at my June wedding!!

My experience here was just perfect, Michelle thinks of every last detail in making your dress shop experience a wonderful one! From the cute little magnets she gives you to pop onto the rails of all the dresses you want to try, down to the thoughtful gift she gives once you’ve found your dream dress and had your magical day. I honestly have nothing but praise for this fabulous bridal shop. The boutique itself is stunning in a lovely old converted barn, the dresses are absolutely gorgeous and with the amazing service here I would tell every bride to visit!!! Michelle also offers a cleaning service to get your dress brightened back up after your day and it offers some lovely boxes to choose from, again a faultless service that I was extremely happy with! Honestly cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you Lily Francis Bridal!!!

Wow! What a warm welcoming! I was really nervous apon arrival as I had not been dress shopping yet. I had the warmest of welcoming. I was given some hearts to pick out dresses I liked. There was no limit to how many dresses I could try! I eneded up walking away with the most perfect dress at such an affordable price! I was even told they would help me with my seamstress, which lifted a weight off my shoulders knowing I didn't have to find one myself! There was no pressure or sales techniques, just a lovely warm lady helping me to find a dress❤️ I would 100% reccomend them❤️

I had no idea what kind of dress I wanted and being 16 weeks pregnant was really put at ease with trying on different styles of dress.
