Michelle was welcoming and helpful. I went not knowing what style of dress I wanted and she listened to what I liked about each dress showing a lot of patience and understanding. Michelle went the extra mile to borrow a dress that I liked in the correct size. Highly recommended.

As an older bride getting married for the second time I was nervous and had no idea what I wanted or what to expect. Michelle was excellent in communicating in the lead up to the appointment and as soon as I walked in the door I felt at ease. There was such a beautiful array of dresses it was hard to know where to start but I chose five to try and fell in love with two. I never felt rushed and Michelle certainly knows her stuff! Where do I even start with Michelle. From the second I walked into her boutique she made me feel so at home. She made my mum and bridesmaids feel welcome and included. Listened to what I liked and didn’t like, encouraged me to nudge outside my box. Respected my budget and never let me fall in love with a dress I couldn’t afford. When I wanted a second appointment to finalize my decision she was flexible and again so welcoming. Lily Francis Bridal is a must visit. The online booking system is easy to use and there's plenty of availability on weekends. Michelle sent a lovely intro message before my appointment with all the information I needed.

When I arrived Michelle made me feel instantly at ease. There were plenty of beautiful good quality dresses to choose from and all at really reasonable prices.

My budget was not huge and so I'd resigned myself to hunting for an off-the-peg dress. I was also fast loosing faith that my very specific idea for my dress even existed. Then I got in contact with Michelle at Lilly Francis Bridal. From her first email to me it was clear she cared about my vision and maki sure she understood my vision and if possible found a dress that matched it. I walked into my session and saw "the dress" on a mannequin. I assumed it was a made to order dress, it was, but was much more achievable in budget. Michelle was willing to show me posible underlayers and different styles from the same designer. It was the most enjoyable appointment I have had and the whole space felt so safe and collaborative. The collection available had a special factor to every dress that sets them apart from many other shops. The whole experience was wonderful and I would actively encourage any bride to visit them if they are looking for a dress with a little extra wow-factor. I cannot thank them enough for connecting me with the dress of my dreams!

Wow! What a warm welcoming! I was really nervous apon arrival as I had not been dress shopping yet. I had the warmest of welcoming. I was given some hearts to pick out dresses I liked. There was no limit to how many dresses I could try! I eneded up walking away with the most perfect dress at such an affordable price! I was even told they would help me with my seamstress, which lifted a weight off my shoulders knowing I didn't have to find one myself! There was no pressure or sales techniques, just a lovely warm lady helping me to find a dress❤️ I would 100% reccomend them❤️
