We had a lovely experience with Michelle this morning! She gave good advice and was really friendly and made me feel beautiful! 🤭

I went to 2 larger stores to initially try on dresses and was quite overwhelmed but was nervous to visit a boutique store. The team were extremely welcoming and listened to my preferences, giving me lots of suggestions so I ended up trying on 5 dresses. Paula was really helpful the whole time and I felt comfortable and not pushed to decide. After spending a few days deciding which I preferred, I returned to the shop with 2 bridesmaids on video call and had plenty of time to re-try my favourite dresses and decide together. Overall, an excellent experience and I’m glad I found the one! Would highly recommend 😊

Didn’t plan on buying a dress, just went to look. First time looking, first shop I’d tried and ended up buying the dress. Tracy was an absolute delight, so chilled and helpful. At no point did I feel under any pressure to buy, the whole experience was lovely.

I had the bet experience finding my perfect dress , Helena was brilliant , no rushing , no pressure or obligation to purchase anything. I brought my best friend with me and tried on around 8 dresses and with in the first 3/4 I found my perfect dress . I came home with a lovely little gift bag too which I thought was a nice little touch. One happy customer / Bride 😊 Rachel x
