I went in to sort bridesmaid dresses out for 6 bridesmaids and my maid of honour. I visited the store in total 4 times and each time they remembered my name and personalised the experience. Knew exactly what I needed each time. I didn't feel pressured to buy and gave me the time I needed to make a decision. I love the quality of the dresses. I'm so happy I came to this store. The website itself doesn't do the store and their dresses justice. Had I have gone by what's on the website I wouldn't have visited however I took the time went and came out extremely happy with the dresses my bridesmaids all feel so comfortable aswel which was a concern due to everyone being different and wanting different but I managed to find one that feels perfect and looks great on everyone. Thank you for making what I thought was going to be a nightmare shop into a dream. I would personally look to update the website with what you have available im sure you'd soon see an increase in sales! Thank you so much to everyone :)

Sally is the best around! So welcoming and friendly. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. I loved my dress I chose and felt like a princess. Had so many compliments on it and the value for money was amazing! I even had my prom dress from there over 16 years ago

Dress shopping was one of the most overwhelming parts of wedding planning but it was made much clearer by the team at TDR. I first met them at the NEC wedding show and I had also seen two former classmates find their dresses at TDR so I was keen to experience it for myself. I had been to two other bridal shops before going to TDR but the experiences did not compare. I had my appointment with Faye and she found the right balance of being encouraging, not overbearing and also offering her advice on what suited me and what didn’t - which was completely different to the other bridal stores. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy anything but I found my dress because I just wanted to keep it on. They also treated my guests and I really well with any refreshments we wanted. Living 2.5 hours away I was a little anxious about making the follow up appointments without needing to take lots of time off work but the TDR team were very flexible and accommodating and I could email any query to them and they would help. My seamstress Denise was fantastic and so knowledgeable, she knew exactly how to get my dress to fit me perfectly and even helped to achieve my vision of adding buttons without the designer price tag, which was greatly appreciated! The TDR team were so friendly and I felt confident that I was in safe hands throughout the process, their service was fantastic.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Evermore Bridal! It’s a lovely new shop on Bridge Street in Walsall. The owner, Maureen, is fabulous and genuinely one of the most helpful people I’ve met she went above and beyond to help me and was so kind and knowledgeable.. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Definitely recommend stopping by. I honestly could not have been happier with the help I received. Highly recommend!"

I visited Georgina Scott because they had the most selection of a US designer I liked, All Who Wander. Also loved that they had a fantastic choice of discounted dresses via their nearby sister store!! They were beyond helpful and helped me find an absolute stunning and unique dress at a great price. Highly recommend!

Madi and her team are incredible! They listened to me and what I was after and the sort of thing my entourage wanted to see me in! A few gowns out my comfort zone for sure but I ended up picking a dress I’ve not seen anywhere else! Some of the designers they deal with are so bespoke you can apparently literally pick the top of one dress and the bottom of another!

Buying my wedding dress from the Bridal Room Broadway was one of the best decisions I made for my big day. Fallon and the team are amazing, and I had an exceptional service from start to finish. The boutique itself feels so luxurious and is beautifully styled, which added to the whole experience. My consultation was such a lovely occasion and Fallon went the extra mile to make sure I felt special and comfortable. Fallon is so experienced and knowledgeable, and listened carefully to my feedback, changing up the dresses until we found the one. I fell in love with my dress and I felt incredible on the big day. The Bridal Room Broadway was the first and only boutique I visited when I was looking for my wedding dress, and I have absolutely no regrets. Fallon and the team - I can’t thank you enough for helping me to find my dream dress, and for the wonderful memories from my bridal consultation ❤️

I had the most wonderful experience with Suzanne at Heavenly Brides in Shrewsbury. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at ease. The atmosphere was so relaxed, and having the boutique to ourselves made the whole experience feel really special and personal. Suzanne is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to listen to what I wanted, offering honest advice without ever making me feel pressured or trying to upsell. She genuinely wanted me to find the perfect dress, and her expertise and guidance were invaluable throughout the appointment. What made the experience even more memorable was how she involved everyone who came with me, making them feel part of the journey and creating such a lovely, inclusive atmosphere. Choosing a wedding dress is such a big moment, and Suzanne made it enjoyable, stress-free, and unforgettable.
