Patricia altered my wedding dress this summer and did so to perfection. She was so friendly and welcoming and I felt completely comfortable as soon as I met her. She did an amazing job at a reasonable price and I would highly recommend her. She also makes dresses which look amazing!

Exclusive Alterations came recommended by the shop I bought my dress from, Angelica Bridal Curve, and they were perfect for my alteration needs. They listened to the changes I wanted to make to my dress, and were friendly and professional through every appointment. Special thanks to Toshika (sorry if I’ve spelt that wrong!) my seamstress - she seemed quiet and shy on the first appointment but by my second and third appointment we were laughing and having a great time and she always made me feel comfortable and looked after!

I had the perfect experience at Angelica Bridal, the staff were so friendly, attentive and I was lucky enough to have the same person throughout my three visits. I was able to ask lots of questions and be reassured about my concerns and thoughts. They made my friends and family feel special too and really enjoy the experience! I found JJ House amazing! The Try at home service worked seamlessly and if you wanted to return the dress, it was fast and arranged by the store. My dress was gorgeous and fit to the T. I am very very happy with the quality and the design. Honestly fantastic!

I had a bit of a different brial dress experience, as I found a dress I loved in the US and months later decided to go for it. Lovely Bride were the only stockists in London, and therefore my only option, but I'm so happy they handled my dress. Communication was direct and professional, and the process was very straighforward with Jade. I then ordered my veil from them which was seamless as well.

GET YOUR DRESS ALTERED HERE!! I had a wonderful experience at Fairytale London. They saved my dress that was done so poorly by another place and did it within the week before my wedding. The customer service was amazing and they made my husband feel welcomed in the store as well. If you are looking to feel valued and truly like a bride I got that experience here.
