From making the appointment to picking up my dream dress nothing was too much trouble for Jo. From the moment we walked in to pick out a selection of dresses was absolutely amazing I felt like noone else mattered while I was there. Was no rushing and felt amazing. Was warmly welcomed by Jo. She took in what I wanted and what I didn't, had in mind my budget too. I found my dream dress that day and I couldn't have been happier with the help and service I received.

Our venue got KMG to decorate our room for our wedding on the 25th of July. It looked absolutely stunning the ceremony room looked beautiful then I went into our reception room and was so amazed it looked so beautiful. From the first appointment to the last, Donna and the team are fantastic. They don’t rush or pressure and have a way of listening to brides and reading their faces - sometimes even more than your nearest and dearest can in the chaos of wedding planning. The shop and fittings for me at times were beautiful moments of calm that felt like spending time with genuine friends. The process of choosing a gown was so much fun and perfectly relaxed and the fittings after were exactly what I needed between wedding planning to ground me and bring me back to soaking in those all important moments. I tried several other shops and no experience compared to the service here. If you find the one at Alice Rose, you won’t regret it.

I first met Kelly at Create Your Day some 18 months before my wedding date. At this point I only knew the colour scheme that I wanted, my mind was racing with ideas but I didn't have a clue as to where to start or what I needed. Gradually over the months working closely with Kelly everything started to fall into place. As all brides and brides to be know just how stressful organising a wedding can be, I wanted to take as much of that away as I could. Having a supplier I could go to for not only my amazing flowers but dresses, jewellery and room decoration along with gifts for my bridesmaids made it so much easier, along with the fact that I was able to enter into a payment plan paying a set amount each month kept me on top of my budget and I knew exactly what I was needing to pay and when. Kelly not only offers a professional service, her creations are amazing, nothing is ever too much and she always does service with a smile. Thank you Kelly for helping to make my day hassle free and simply perfect.
