I called to book an appointment and found the staff to be helpful and polite. On the day of my appointment, Jen, my consultant was wonderful. She took the time to understand what I was looking for. She was attentive and made me feel special (even if I am completely body conscious). She helped me find THE ONE, which was only in fact dress number 2. Since finding my dress the staff have been on hand to help with alterations. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this bridal shop. Thank you so much for making my day extra special and making me feel like a queen for the day xx

All Bridal were absolutely amazing, so many dresses to choose from and all so beautiful 😍 Anita was brilliant, so very professional and very very helpful, I would highly reccomend them,nothing was to much trouble. Thankyou so much for everything I felt a million dollars on my wedding day the dress was beautiful X

From start to finish was just an amazing experience for me! I was so nervous as I’m a bigger bride and was scared I would feel to out of my comfort zone! Let me tell you those ladies are something special. I’ve never felt more comfortable in my life, we had a laugh and a boogy to make sure my dress was dance floor ready! They have a lovely dress selection! I highly recommend to anyone. My first experience of wedding dress shopping and I walked away with a dress I never thought I would pick for myself! Also huge shout out to Megan who was my consultant I wouldn’t have done it without you I’m so lucky to have had you as part of my wedding journey and the rest of the girls! You’re all incredible at what you do! I’m so happy xx

Wow, this was the best experience I have had! The second I walked in Keira was there with a smile on her face. She made me feel so at ease and allowed me to enjoy every second! I tried on 5 dresses and the 6th dress was the one Keira picked out and it was my dress. Both ladies, Keira & Jo were so warming. If anyone needs a dress I would 100% recommend. Thank you ladies for making the experience of finding my wedding dress the best! 🥹🤍

Our venue got KMG to decorate our room for our wedding on the 25th of July. It looked absolutely stunning the ceremony room looked beautiful then I went into our reception room and was so amazed it looked so beautiful. Staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They have great quality dresses, accessories and room decor. Would 100% recommend them to anyone getting married.

From the first appointment to the last, Donna and the team are fantastic. They don’t rush or pressure and have a way of listening to brides and reading their faces - sometimes even more than your nearest and dearest can in the chaos of wedding planning. The shop and fittings for me at times were beautiful moments of calm that felt like spending time with genuine friends. The process of choosing a gown was so much fun and perfectly relaxed and the fittings after were exactly what I needed between wedding planning to ground me and bring me back to soaking in those all important moments. I tried several other shops and no experience compared to the service here. If you find the one at Alice Rose, you won’t regret it.
