Absolutely amazing service and I never felt so beautiful as I did on our day, ladies were amazing and Michela sat me down and calmed me down as being a big girl I was so nervous but she made me feel so comfortable..highly recommend

Jade and the team made me feel really comfortable for my first dress shopping experience. They used my style and listened to me to get me the perfect dress. Would 100% recommend for anyone looking to go dress shopping. Amazing experience all round

I went into the store with photos knowing exactly what I wanted, the staff showed me this style but with many many variations to make sure the dress was absolutely perfect. They let me retry on dresses to go back and make sure I was 100% certain, even giving me recommendations of what veil and accessories would go well. They communicated how long my dress would take and when I can pick it up, even recommending alteration companies for the next step.

I can’t thank Hannah enough for helping me find my perfect dress and veil. The whole experience from start to finish was special and personal. She went above and beyond, including storing my dress when I moved abroad and helped arrange my fittings. But most importantly, her shop was welcoming and friendly. I went dress shopping with my sister and two brothers, she made everyone feel welcome, we had the shop to ourselves and never felt rushed. There was an amazing selection of dresses and some really helpful payment options too. I highly recommend !

I could not recommend Lauren (Mrs W) anymore. She made the whole experience an absolute pleasure. I visited a few bridal stores whilst on the hunt for my perfect dress and I was by far the most relaxed and comfortable at Mrs W's shop. I tried on so many dresses with Lauren and never felt the slightest bit rushed in her shop. She stayed in touch throughout the full planning journey and was a great sounding board when I was shopping for shoes and accessories to compliment my dress. She is truly fantastic!

Agnes is so lovely. I found my dress with her help, within the 3rd try on. We had such a lovely time trying and choosing! Then with the alterations my dress fit like a glove ❤️ thank you for all your help

We visited yesterday for an appointment. You get a private appointment, the whole shop to yourselves which was amazing! Glynis was so lovely, helpful, and kind. Very supportive with great suggestions and knowledge about each dress and what would suit you. I would absolutely recommend this bridal shop to anyone. The pricing for the beautiful dresses are so reasonable as well. Thank you for having us!

I visited Emma on a Sunday afternoon with my best woman and another friend. I'm not a svelte skinny minx, to say the least, so was understandably a touch nervous. I needn't have worried! Emma was kind and patient and nothing was too much trouble. I tried on many different styles of dress and nothing was quite right until I was made aware the dresses could be altered and a seamstress I had previously been in contact with would customise it as I wanted. That was a game-changer and with Emma's fantastic help (and input from my 'gang'), my perfect dress began to be created! My only stumbling block (or so I thought) would be the cost. When Emma gave me the price. I asked if she had missed a 1 from the front, but no, it really was less than £500!! I am camera-phobic so when I say I was happy my friends were taking photos, you know I was really being made to look and feel beautiful. When the dress arrived, Emma had it delivered to the seamstress and the second part of my wonderful dress journey began. Bex was amazing; she saw where I was coming from and her suggestions improved on my vision. The finished dress makes me look and feel amazing and my husband-to-be's jaw dropped when he saw me at the altar. EVERYONE complimented how I looked throughout the process and on the big day. I would thoroughly recommend Emma; my best woman also bought her dress from Ivy Rose and is looking forward to it altered to a cocktail dress after the wedding. I can't thank Emma and Bex enough for creating the perfect dress for a perfect day - thank you!!

Came here dress shopping with my friend as her Maid of Honour and it was one of the best Bridal experiences we’ve had to date, and that included when I was shopping for my own dress! The ladies in the shop took the time to listen, make suggestions and were so patient and kind and they were honest when they didn’t think something looked right. There was no hard sell at all and no pressure to buy. My friend said Yes to her dress today and I can’t wait to see her in it on her big day. Thank you Luv Bridal 🤍
