We had a few bumps along the way in organising our wedding here. However the team worked hard to help us get things sorted and it paid off. The venue was beautiful. The team made the day go perfectly. We've had lots of really good feedback from our guests on the venue, the food and the service on the day. Linlithgow is a busy town so it's always worth checking what else may be on the day you choose. That being said we had no issues on the day, despite the worry initially. Our day was perfect and this was in part due to Lesley, Tina and their amazing team.

We had our wedding reception here in November 2024. We had to change wedding coordinators half way through but the experience was still smooth and well managed overall. Caitlin reached out to us to organise a meeting straight away and made sure everything was taken care of. The actual day was pulled off effortlessly and I didn't even notice the staff working away I'm the background the only slight downside was that people.saod the pizza at the evening buffet was bland and dry(I didn't eat any) There also wasn't many options for evening buffet but otherwise it was a fantastic experience well managed lovely staff and lovely venue and the package price was very reasonable. They also did a fantastic wedding rate for hotel guests and the use of the spa facilities made it extra special..

Myself and my husband fell in love with Cairns Farm from the moment we drove up to it on our first visit. With the backdrop of the gorgeous reservoir, pentland hills, and farmland we couldn’t wait to find out what the venue space itself had to offer, and we certainly were not disappointed. The attention to detail in the venue space is second to none. With old church pews filling the ceremony room, and tables in the reception area created from trees found on the farmland itself, there is a personal touch to every little corner of Cairns. Not only is the venue space gorgeous but the team that help you create your dream day are just amazingly good at what they do. From the moment I woke up on my wedding morning to the moment I went to bed that evening (and even in to the next morning!) myself and our guests felt so well looked after. We had the amazing Erica as our wedding coordinator and also had help from the fabulous owner Caroline. The pair ensured our day went on without a single hitch, and that we got to enjoy what we had planned toward for over a year. Not only did they ensure all the big moments ran smoothly, but they went the extra mile to make things even more special (if that’s even possible). Unfortunately my grandparents due to ill health could not make my wedding day, and I did not find this out until the morning of. The team didn’t just re-organise table plans, and shuffle speeches, but the next morning they had gathered my grandparents name cards, favours, my grans gift flowers, and even two bits of wedding cake for them both. This was gorgeously presented in the farmhouse for us to see the next day. As I said, they truly do care. I cannot rate Cairns Farm highly enough. I probably could write a whole essay on why (in my opinion) this is the best wedding venue out there. We want to thank the team again for making our dream day a reality. They have created something truly special at Cairns and we feel so lucky to have been able to host our wedding at this perfect venue.
