It is a gorgeous hotel with history, the perfect location for our wedding. With only 7 months to plan our wedding Lyndsey and Georgia helped us bring our wedding vision to life. They gave us confidence with planning our wedding, fantastic at answering my list of questions and offered flexible options to ensure that our wedding day is special to us. On the actual wedding day, the Mere Court Team did a fantastic job making sure everything went smoothly across the day. Our wedding guests complimented on how pretty the venue is and the food they provided us on the day (we decided to have Hog roast instead of a traditional sit down wedding breakfast and greek gyros in the evening). Our guests have also said they liked how the rooms in the hotel were traditional and elegant. If you are looking to have your ceremony and reception in one place, I would recommend Mere Court Hotel. We had our wedding at Cottons Hotel and Spa, and I genuinely can’t thank them enough for everything they did to make our day so special. From the very beginning, Charlotte was incredibly supportive - always available, always kind and patient when I was asking a million questions and updating our requirements, nothing was ever too much trouble. Her help throughout the planning process made everything feel smooth and stress-free. We met Mark on the Friday before our wedding on the Saturday and I’m not sure he went home from that point onwards. He stepped in calmly, ran the show and I didn’t have to think twice about anything from that moment on. I couldn’t tell you if everything went to plan because I honestly think Charlotte, Mark and the team just dealt with everything that came their way and allowed us to enjoy the experience. The venue looked stunning, the team was on top of every detail, and their calm, professional approach meant we could just relax and enjoy every moment. Charlotte, Mark and everyone behind the scenes were a dream to work with - thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect for us. We felt so cared for and supported, and we’ll always be grateful for their part in such a memorable celebration. If you’re looking for a venue with heart, professionalism, and a team that truly goes above and beyond, Cottons Hotel and Spa is the one. Highly, highly recommend!

Colshaw Hall isn’t just a venue — it’s pure magic. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with genuine warmth and made to feel incredibly special. The grounds are stunning, the Ceremony Hall is breathtaking, and every space flows perfectly from morning prep to evening party. The team is what truly sets Colshaw Hall apart. Victoria was organised, compassionate, and the calm voice I needed before the big day. Alison was my sunshine — warm, joyful, and always one step ahead. Sarah kept everything running smoothly with gentle reassurance and quiet strength. Together, they are the Wedding Coordinator Dream Team. Ian Brown brought heart, humour, and ceremony to every moment — an unforgettable Toastmaster. And the incredible housekeeping and grounds team — Janice, Keith, Henry, Kenneth, Jules, Angelo, and Jade — kept everything immaculate and looked after us with such kindness, even when my family were in full party mode. Being shown around by David Irlam himself made the experience even more special. His love for his family home shines through every detail. Yes, Colshaw Hall is an investment — but it is worth every single penny. If you want to feel like royalty on your wedding day, this is the place. It truly is the fairytale.

From the first time we walked into Oak Tree we knew it was the one. We got married 1st August 2025 and I was amazing from start to end! Looking around back in 2023 we knew it was the one. It is so open and light which is exactly what we wanted for our summer wedding. The outdoor space was stunning and what made our guests in the evening feel so comfortable. We cannot thank Chloe and the team, from the beginning they went above and beyond!

We had the perfect wedding at Stock Farm. The venue has several locations for the ceremony, meaning they're ready for all weather conditions. Every bit of space has its own unique beauty you will be spoilt for choice as to where to hold the confetti line, have photos, hold the reception drinks. The staff (namely Rachel) were absolute perfection in helping us plan and advising us. At the end of the day, they just want you to have an amazing day and that really shines through. It felt like they'd done lots of weddings before us, so had the relevant experience, but also like we were their first wedding and so really needed to work hard to get everything right. We just couldn't be happier. If you're on the fence, just go for it.

We cannot thank Merrydale enough for hosting our amazing day, from start to finish everything went so smoothly. The staff was amazing and could not do enough for us and our guests, you are an amazing team. A big special thank you to McKenzie who was with me all morning and made sure everything was perfect. From the first time we visited Merrydale on an opening day we knew this venue was the one for us. Michael had shown us around this stunning venue and we instantly fell in love. We are so pleased we picked Merrydale to host our wedding, all of our guests have complemented on how beautiful the venue was, how everything just went perfect & how all the staff was so lovely. All the staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, myself and my husband did not have to worry about anything, we was able to enjoy our full day with our family and friends as everything was taken care off. We knew our day would be beautiful but it exceeded all of our expectations and we cannot thank you all enough for helping us achieve this. Thank you again for giving us memories of a lifetime- we will definitely be recommending Merrydale to anyone we know getting married!

I can't rate Georgia and the team at Larkspur highly enough. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Georgia was absolutely amazing at facilitating everything and making sure (almost) everything went to plan. We had the most amazing wedding, and Georgia was on hand the whole day to help us and answer any questions. Thank you for such a fabulous day!!

Tabley House was excellent. The staff and volunteers were helpful throughout the whole process, from viewing through to the big day. We wanted somewhere historic and grand and Tabley certainly met those criteria. It was intimate without feeling small, and being able to have our photographs taken throughout the house gave us some stunning images. Its location was also ideal being rural but less than 5 minutes from junction 19 on the M6 made it easy for our guests to get to without having to compromise on the views, and being close to Knutsford gave us plenty of choice for where to host our evening part of the day.

I had my wedding here in July 2025 and it was the most amazing, special and beautiful experience. Holly and Megan were truly so kind, they helped me throughout the whole planning process. The Tatton Park staff always listened to me, my concerns and helped me plan the most amazing day. I could not recommend this place enough! I really didn’t have to worry about a thing on the day, Holly took care of it all and made sure there was no burden on me. Amazing venue with the most helpful team :)

When we say nothing could of gone any better, that is such an understatement. From the planning to the end of the wedding day everything had been perfect. The day itself was amazing, we got married in the James Braid Suite which had amazing views of the lake and it was such a perfect sunny day for it. The venue is so beautiful and what made it that much better were the incredible team working there. Jessica made sure everything was planned to perfection and Ange on the day was insanely organised and made sure we were both okay throughout. Honestly cannot thank everyone enough for how amazing the day went!
