We had a wedding package booked here ,with that came with spending the night before at venue in the Room at the Top , please check this room beforehand due to the number of staircase in the room , great if you have number of bridesmaid to help you get ready as this room has a large room plus upstairs too. Staff at the venue were amazing nothing was an issue. Wedding coordinator Emily was amazing nothing seem a problem and our day ran so smoothly it was great. Guest that stayed the night said it was great place and breakfast buffet on Saturday morning was great too.

My husband and I cannot recommend the Bush Hotel enough! From the moment of our first visit to checking out after the big day, we had the most wonderful experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, and all our guests said how comfortable and cosy it was. But most impressive are the staff who could not have done more for us and made everyone feel so welcome. The wedding coordinators are fantastic and the planning process was as effortless as it could be. The food and drink offering is varied and of such high quality, and the different spaces within the hotel were perfect for the different elements of our day. The location is brilliant, with plenty of rooms for all our guests to stay, and the transport links to London and airports meant it wasn’t a challenge for people to get there, compared to more out of the way options. Do not hesitate booking the Bush Hotel, we will be forever thankful we did.

Having worked in the wedding industry for many years playing in bands, I have been to my fair share of weddings. Going in my fiance and I knew what we were looking for and Frensham were one of the most accommodating venues I have ever worked with. We worked with everyone from the wedding coordinator to the general manager and everyone was warm and helpful at all time, no matter what our silly questions might have been. We felt very relaxed. In the build up to the actual day we naturally had a few things going on and anything we threw at them was not too much trouble. We arranged for all our guests to have rooms, special requests on the day, our own personal style for things, it was all fine. I really felt that they wanted us to have a good time. This is not something I have experienced with a lot of wedding venues. The setting itself is great! We opted for the outside Marquee for the evening entertainment and that was a really nice way to do things. On the day, as I am sure people can imagine, there is all sorts of things going on. Through all of the crazy every member of staff was helpful and caring. Anu in particular was never pressuring for my fiancé getting ready etc, everything was just on her terms. This is what you want from a venue, it is YOUR day and they are there to help you, not tell you what needs to happen. Thank you to everyone involved, in particular to Anu (event co-ordinator) and Jignesh (Manager) We have memories that will last a lifetime and Frensham Ponds hotel were a big part of making it so special!
