We wanted to let you know that we were absolutely delighted with everything HDV did for us for our wedding and reception on 28th February. The venue was spectacular, which everyone commented on and the food was wonderful. The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating and they were an absolute credit to your organisation. In particular we would like to thank Nick and Jade, who from the very start led us through the proceedings with great kindness and professionalism. It was a very emotional, event for us, but the calming influence of Nick and Jade helped us through it all and made the day very special.

Special thanks also to Nick’s staff and the bar staff who were exceptional throughout the night and catered for everyone’s needs. They made everyone feel very welcome and looked after everyone very well.

My husband and I would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone at One Devonshire Gardens for giving us the most incredible wedding day we could have ever imagined. From the very first viewing of the townhouse, through the entire planning process, and on the big day itself – the service, attention to detail, and genuine care from the team were absolutely outstanding.
Special thanks to Stacy and Paige, who are truly exceptional at what they do. They guided us every step of the way, helped bring our vision to life, and ensured every detail was flawless. We always felt supported, listened to, and genuinely cared for.
The food was nothing short of divine – our guests are still raving about it! A huge shoutout to Nick, our Master of Ceremonies, who was simply amazing. He was fantastic with all of our guests and made sure the day ran seamlessly from start to finish.
We’d also love to thank Charlie and Niven, who looked after everyone so attentively during the reception – friendly, professional, and a real credit to the venue.
The venue itself is breathtaking – elegant, intimate, and filled with warmth and charm. The rooms were stunning, and the atmosphere was everything we dreamed of.

Attended wedding reception for approx. 30 people, held in unit 5. Staff couldn't have been nicer...no issues, no hassle...the way it should be. Sat outside in the garden area and was idyllic. Intend a return visit for lunch...on a fine weather day.

We booked our wedding at Hotel du Vin and are so very happy that we did so. The staff are absolutely amazing, the food is exceptional, the rooms are spacious and excellently maintained. The hotel’s wedding/event arranger Paige McGee was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble for her or her colleagues. All the arrangements were handled efficiently, professionally and made everything extremely easy for us, our families and our wedding guests.
The staff member dealing directly with the wedding ceremony itself (Chris) was so helpful and pleasant and made the event pass so smoothly.
The wedding meal was served efficiently, on time and was absolutely delicious. Our guests commented on how good the wedding lunch was and how much they enjoyed it. The hotel staff member dealing directly with us during this time was Nick and he was friendly, efficient generally wonderful. He and his colleagues went out of their way to make our whole wedding experience as pleasant as it could be. Thank you.

We attended our daughters wedding at 1 Devonshire Gardens yesterday. We were treated like royalty and nothing was a bother to the staff who were polite and attentive throughout the day. The ceremony was planned to perfection and the decor of the rooms was beautiful. The meal was fantastic and the service was excellent.
We have nothing but praise for the staff who made the day so enjoyable and stress free. Thanks once again for giving our girl her perfect wedding. Highly recommend.
