We could not have picked a more perfect venue for our wedding reception. We were obsessed with the building and decor as we wanted a contemporary, city centre wedding and Citation ticked all the boxes! Pauline was so helpful on the run up to the day by staying in contact regularly and helping us to prepare fully for our wedding. A highlight of ours was our menu tasting - it was like a private dining experience and the food was unreal! The food was amazing, from the canapés to the wedding breakfast, and everyone commented on how much they loved it! We were quite literally waited on the entire day and the staff in particular (especially Aidan, Darren and Robert) made us feel so special and important. The layout was great as well to allow people space to sit and chat, but also plenty of room at the dance floor - especially for our Ceilidh which went down an absolute treat! Thanks to Citation, we had the perfect wedding day from start to finish. You helped create memories for us which will last a lifetime and every time we walk past, we will be reminded of how we celebrated the most important day of our lives in one of Glasgow’s most iconic and memorable venues.

We considered many venues in Edinburgh before deciding on Napier University''s Craighouse campus and we weren''t disappointed. We married at this venue in September 2005 and it was fabulous! The building and the surroundings are beautiful and all of our guests commented on how wonderful the venue was. A high point for us was the post-ceremony drinks on the balcony, looking over a sunny Edinburgh. The venue was also great value - the hire of the three rooms, including the Great Hall, for the full day was less than &#1631,000, which is excellent compared to the amounts charged by similarly grand venues. We were also provided with excellent food and drink for 60+ day guests and an evening buffet for 80+ for a very very reasonable amount. The whole day went very smoothly and the events team and in house caterers couldn''t have been more helpful. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone!

My husband and I were legally married here at The Wee Neuk with just two witnesses before our big wedding party outside of Scotland. It was lovely, and I’m so glad we did it this way. Highly recommend!
