We had a terrific experience with the wedding team at the Strathaven Hotel. From our first contact we felt very comfortable discussing our plans. We had scheduled meetings leading up to our special day to ensure nothing had been forgotten. We used suppliers recommended by the staff including a local florist and piper who were excellent. Many of our guests commented on the quality of our wedding breafast. The hotel exterior and gardens provided a perfect backdrop for our photographs. Many thanks to Morgan, Gillian and Jen for making our wedding day dream come true. Best wishes Douglas & Eileen

The most perfect wedding day at One Devonshire Gardens My husband and I would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone at One Devonshire Gardens for giving us the most incredible wedding day we could have ever imagined. From the very first viewing of the townhouse, through the entire planning process, and on the big day itself – the service, attention to detail, and genuine care from the team were absolutely outstanding. Special thanks to Stacy and Paige, who are truly exceptional at what they do. They guided us every step of the way, helped bring our vision to life, and ensured every detail was flawless. We always felt supported, listened to, and genuinely cared for. The food was nothing short of divine – our guests are still raving about it! A huge shoutout to Nick, our Master of Ceremonies, who was simply amazing. He was fantastic with all of our guests and made sure the day ran seamlessly from start to finish. We’d also love to thank Charlie and Niven, who looked after everyone so attentively during the reception – friendly, professional, and a real credit to the venue. The venue itself is breathtaking – elegant, intimate, and filled with warmth and charm. The rooms were stunning, and the atmosphere was everything we dreamed of. One Devonshire Gardens truly delivered a day we will never forget. What made it so special were the people – the team who went above and beyond to make us feel so well looked after. I would like to thank you and your staff for everything you did for Fiona & David's Wedding on 25th June 2010. We all had such a wonderful day and were blessed with the most fantastic weather which enabled them to get married outside. The setting and the layout for the service was just fantastic. Gleddoch House is a wonderful venue, could not get a better setting. The staff that were working on the day were very hardworking, pleasant and helpful. The dining room was set out beautifully and we had such a fantastic day. I do sincerely thank you for all your help in making this day special for Fiona and David and would definately recommend Gleddoch House as the perfect venue for a Wedding.

From start to finish the team at New Lanark were fabulous. There’s options and competitive pricing on menus drinks packages and size of rooms at the venue. Whilst we didn’t have our ceremony there, the venue does host weddings and a service there would be pretty unique. The setting and surroundings are exceptional and facilities at hotel very good. Many of our guests stayed in the hotel and the honeymoon suite is gorgeous. The quality of catering was excellent. The contacts book New Lanark Co-ordinators have built up is very useful. Several of our guests remarked on how helpful all the staff were. I’d thoroughly recommend New Lanark as a wedding venue.

We were married at the Clayton Hotel in February last year and it couldn’t have been better! From the initial viewing through to the day itself, the staff could not do enough for us to ensure our day ran smoothly. We were having a small intimate ceremony and wedding breakfast with a singer to entertain our family while we were having photos taken, then a larger evening reception and being able to have each section of the day across multiple spaces made the day run so seamlessly. Kate was amazing from start to finish and really made us feel like our day was as important to her as it was to us. She accommodated all of our ideas and offered a few fantastic suggestions of her own which helped make our day so special. Our guests were blown away with the venue, food and staff – from the cleaning staff, bar staff, waiting staff, reception staff and the event team, every single person we and our guests encountered was so friendly and helpful. My husband and I returned to the hotel for a meal to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and it was so emotional being back and remembering how wonderful our day was! We also had the opportunity to meet the lovely Cynthia, who is currently standing in for Kate. This venue is an absolute gem in the heart of the city with gorgeous views over the river and the team are fantastic. I couldn’t recommend the Clayton highly enough and recommend you go and see the event spaces and meet the team if you are considering a city centre venue – you will not be disappointed!

We had a lovely wedding. Staff were professional, reliable and friendly in every aspect. Accommodated our wishes beautifully. Made for a stress-free wedding. Lots of personal touches. They even recognised and remembered us a year later! And the location takes your breath away every single time you go there. Even on a cold grey January afternoon!

On April 20th 2007 we celebrated our wedding in the Glasgow Marriott. This venue has recently been refurbished and we were the first wedding to experience the pluch new surroundings and luxury fittings. Sian Cresswell was our hotel contact and she ensured we had maximun input with minimum effort. Patrick, was the mc for the evening and ensured everthing went to plan and the event ran smoothly. Executive chef Stewart Jarvie provided all the guests with a memorable 5 star meal. The Marriott ensured that our wedding day was left for us to enjoy and not worry about the practicalities of such a huge event.

We recently had our wedding at the Eglinton Arms Hotel. What a fantastic day we had. The venue was set up beautifully and the staff fantastic and the attention to details was brilliant. From arriving at the venue the night before, everyone was so kind, helpful and very efficient. Nothing was bother. Adrian and Mark were fantastic and kept us right on the day. The Earls Hall was outstanding and we couldn’t have asked for a better setting or assistance for our special day.

I came across the redhurst at total chance, Infact it sorted of found me as I didn't know it existed. We previously had a sister hotel booked and fell in love with the redhurst, so from swapping over venues until our big day everything was absolutely outstanding! Communication was amazing any emails were answered within a day, nothing was too much trouble. Our wedding coordinator on the day was amazing and again nothing was too much trouble. Our full day ran smoother than we could have imagined and everything was done as we requested. Food was outstanding and everyone commented on how great it was and how brilliant the service was too. The honeymoon suite is absolutely stunning and it's a great place to chill and spend some quiet time with your new husband/wife and reflect on your amazing day. I can't recommend the redhurst and their staff enough to everyone who mentions a wedding or function!
