We had the most amazing wedding thanks to the Old Course Hotel! Our wedding coordinator, Jess, was so amazing and made the process so easy as we were coming in from Texas to get married. The entire day was absolutely perfect and we can't thank them enough! Such a beautiful venue with the most amazing staff! Highly recommend having your wedding here!

I’d always thought of the Old course hotel as being a venue for big events, but the board room on the 4th floor was the perfect venue for our small and intimate wedding. The views over the golf courses made for a perfect backdrop and Jess and the team at the hotel looked after our every need both before and during the wedding. We also worked with a stylist to help us dress the room and the hotel was very accommodating in giving them access to set up.

We loved every second of our intimate wedding reception in the Conservatory at the Old Course Hotel. Although we had just 8 guests, this beautiful room with its breathtaking views, felt cosy and intimate thanks to Jess and her team creating the right floor plan and set up for us. From the moment we enquired about the venue, Jess and the team were beyond helpful and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The whole process was smooth and stress free but above all personal and we couldn't fault the venue or the team. We are so thrilled that we chose the Old Course Hotel, and in particular the Conservatory, for our wedding reception venue and we will look back fondly on this part of our wedding day forever.

After attending the wedding fayre I knew I wanted to get married at this venue. So we got it booked in straight away!! We worked with Jess and she was amazing!! Nothing was too big of an ask, and any problems she was there to help. The lead up to the wedding was smooth and everything was sorted in advance and it was the easiest process. Everyone told me to get ready for the stresses that would come with planning a wedding but honestly, with Jess and the staff at the old course there was no stress. They took care of everything we needed and even a last minute menu change for a guest.
Our wedding day was magical. Jess came in to check on me morning off and updated me on anything that required my attention. All of the staff that worked on our special day were so professional and attentive to ensure our day was as special as can be. We are so grateful we had our wedding here as we don’t believe it could’ve been any better. Our guests left the wedding saying it was the best weddings they have been to and that was because of how beautiful the venue is and the amazing staff that work there. It can work out a bit pricey but it is 1000% worth every penny and there’s not a venue out there that could beat it.

Just the best wedding venue ever! Could not fault it! From the moment we booked our wedding at the venue Jess was just amazing, helping us plan our dream day and making sure everything was to how we had planned it. On the actual day Jess and the whole team made sure everything was perfect, I didn’t have to worry at all as they literally took care of everything and were so helpful. I cannot recommend Old Course Hotel enough for a wedding venue. We had the best day!

From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and valued, and every single detail was executed with a level of care and precision that went far beyond our expectations. Our wedding coordinator Jordan is one of a kind. Jordan didn’t just coordinate a wedding. She made magic happen. She made me feel like the most important person in the world. She is, quite simply, extraordinary. If you could bottle up her talent, her heart, and her ability to handle absolutely anything with poise and grace, you’d have something priceless. Nothing was too much trouble and she made the entire process a dream.

From the very first meeting to the final moments of our stay, we felt as though our wedding was just as important to her as it was to us. The OCH will forever be our special place.

My husband and I got married here back in June, and we can't thank The Old Course enough for making it the best day of our lives. Right from start to finish, the team were so so helpful and on it. Jessica was our wedding planner and she did the most amazing job of making everything perfect - and was just such a lovely person! The communication was always great, and they were so amazing with any requests we had. They really do think of everything, from the big things to all the tiny small details which make the day so beautiful. On the day itself, the team were outstanding at making sure everything ran smoothly, and we didn't ever have to worry about anything at all! Everyone said how great the service was - and we were looked after so well! So grateful for everything the team did.

Our wedding at The Old Course was everything we could have dreamed of and more ! What an incredible team Jordan and the gang were they were so helpful every step of the way. The food was incredible, the venue breath taking and it left 85 welsh guests with memories they will treasure forever. There really isn’t a place quite like it, the reason for travelling over 400 miles from home to get married there. I cannot recommend highly enough the staff were incredible, we wish we could do it all over again. If in doubt, book the old course !!!

We were a very small wedding of just 16 people and the venue treated us like we were spending thousands with them! Nothing was too much trouble, the day was slick, professional and efficient and we really felt that we and all our guests got the proper five star treatment. Jess is the most incredible human - the most friendly and personable wedding coordinator and nothing is too much trouble. You will feel you are in safe hands! All the small touches really made our day memorable too - arranging room service breakfast, doing all the setup for our tables etc, closing the restaurant so it was exclusively hours and arranging a chauffeur to the beach for photos... I will forever remember our wedding day as being perfection and the venue and staff were a massive part of this.

We couldn't fault the Old Course. Our wedding co-ordinator Caitlin was superb, always going above and beyond to make sure our day was exactly how we planned. We had a small wedding with 22 guests with our ceremony/wedding breakfast taking place in the conservatory and our drinks reception taking place in the library. The service was stellar throughout the day, particularly during the wedding breakfast where the generous ratio of staff to guests meant everybody felt well looked after.

Callum and I got married at the Old Course in March and we had the most amazing day!! We were so lucky with the Old Course and were treated like royalty from start to finish. Jess was our wedding co-ordinator and was truly amazing. Jess made our day really special and was so helpful with anything we needed. She hade our experience the best ever and has remained a friend for life. She really went above and beyond to help us with any mishaps we had!! haha. The Old Course is so special to us and we will come back every year to celebrate...I am now jealous of anyone wanting to have their wedding here as I want to relive the wedding planning again!! Truly special place to get married.

My husband and I live in the United States. We had never been to Scotland, but it was a bucket list vacation for both of us. If we were to have a wedding in the states, it would have been much larger than either of us would have liked. So, we looked into destination weddings in Scotland. The Old Course Hotel was both of our top choices, but we were worried there wouldn’t be availability (we reached out in late July of 2023 for a date in October of 2023). If you are looking for dreams to come true, this is the place. Jess not only helped us plan our dream wedding in such a short time frame, she also helped me connect to some of the best vendors and suppliers in the area. She helped me put together a wedding that was enjoyable for us and our guests. From our day of arrival, to the bridal spa and afternoon tea, to the men playing at the Dukes course, to the main event - our wedding day. I cannot express enough how incredible our wedding was (excluding any bias), especially consider how little time there was to put everything together. Since we were from the States, we needed guidance in pretty much every aspect of our travel plans. Jess coordinated our pickup at the airport with town cars, recommended the best places in town to visit including where we had our rehearsal dinner, made sure everything was perfect leading up to the moments of me walking down the aisle, and coordinated the rest of the evening of our drinks reception, dinner reception, and even held a section of the bar for our group to go for an unplanned “after party”. To go a step further, Jess continued to communicate with us after the wedding was over. She genuinely cares about the couples she’s taking care of and wants to make sure the love continues past the day of the wedding. The Old Course Hotel is a beautiful, unique hotel with rich history that cannot be matched, but Jess is just as unique and invaluable to hotel wedding team. I highly recommend anyone who is considering a wedding in Scotland to reach out to Jessica at the Old Course Hotel; you will not be disappointed.

St. Andrews has always been a special place for us and when we got engaged, it was the first place I thought of for our wedding. We moved to Sydney three years ago and whilst I was a bit vary of a 'hotel wedding', it seemed like the most sensible option for us as we would be planning remotely.
Well, the Old Course Hotel dispelled any myths about 'hotel weddings' that I had! The venue itself is obviously spectacular, but it still manages to surpass it's reputation. The views, the hotel facilities, and most importantly the hotel staff were outstanding.
We got married in the Conservatory that overlooks the 17th fairway. We couldn't believe our luck because the sun was shining without a cloud in the sky on a crisp October day. We had around 155 guests and I believe capacity is around 165 for this space - it felt full but not cramped. Jess and Tara (our amazing Wedding Coordinator and Wedding Operations Manager) took care of everything from set up, music etc - I didn't have to worry about a thing.
We then had our drinks reception in the Green Sheds where we had a two piece band for around two hours. We went off to town to get some pictures (thanks to Laura in the Concierge team who drove us around!), came back to get some pictures and then it was time for the wedding breakfast in the Hall of Champions. The food was fantastic - we were able to offer our guests three choices for each course and gave that back to the hotel around three weeks before. I would really recommend doing this - I'm happy we were able to offer a good choice. We then had a ceilidh and danced the night away!
I simply couldn't have asked for a better day. It was filled with joy and happiness in the most incredible setting. One of the highlights was our wedding coordinator Jess - it's difficult to put into words. She completely changed my experience from being a nervous, anxious, worried bride who was too scared to think about her wedding into a relaxed, excited, happy bride and I can't thank her enough. A true gem!
