We truly cannot thank the team at the Royal Berkshire Hotel enough, and in particular Chloe, for the incredible organisation, care and attention that went into our wedding. From start to finish, everything was seamless and thoughtful. We genuinely could not have asked for anything better, and our guests are still talking about it weeks later. The food deserves a special mention. The canapés were an absolute highlight. So many guests commented on how generous the portions were, which is quite rare at events where canapés often barely make it around the room. Several people said they must have had ten to fifteen each. The winter greens were a real favourite, and the chicken has been talked about ever since. The quality, presentation and consistency were exceptional throughout. The service, the wine and the overall experience were simply outstanding. What really stood out was the warmth and professionalism of the entire team. Chloe was phenomenal from day one. Calm, detail oriented, incredibly responsive and always one step ahead, she made what could have been a stressful process feel completely effortless. On the day itself, everything ran perfectly and we felt genuinely looked after at every moment. The room itself was breathtaking. The team didn’t just deliver on our vision, they elevated it in a way we hadn’t even imagined. From the setup to the atmosphere, every detail came together beautifully. A huge thank you as well to Lee, the bar team and all the staff, every single person contributed to making the day feel personal, smooth and truly special. If you are considering the Royal Berkshire Hotel as your wedding venue, we cannot recommend it highly enough. It was everything we had hoped for and more.

We had our wedding at The Berystede and honestly, we could not have chosen a more perfect venue. From the very first meeting, Cleo was absolutely amazing, always so helpful, incredibly responsive to emails, and so organised right up to our final details meeting. She made the planning process feel so smooth and stress-free. A few of us stayed the night before the wedding, and the team kindly allowed us to set up on the Friday. This was such a huge help as it meant I knew exactly how everything was going to look and be on the big day. The rooms themselves were fantastic, spacious, comfortable, and ideal for getting ready with my bridal party. On the wedding day itself, the operations team were OUTSTANDING. From start to finish, they were there whenever we needed them and made sure everything ran seamlessly. My husband and I were able to truly relax, soak up every moment, and enjoy the day knowing that the team had everything in hand. The food was another highlight, our canapés and wedding breakfast went down a treat with all of our guests, who are still talking about how delicious it all was. The late-night pizza boxes were such a fun and thoughtful addition that kept everyone happy right through to the end of the night. We honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. The honeymoon suite was beautiful, and coming back to a chilled bottle of champagne and a slice of our wedding cake waiting for us was such a special touch. A huge thank you to Cleo and the entire team at The Berystede for making our wedding weekend absolutely perfect, not just for us, but for all of our guests too. If you’re considering this venue for your wedding, don’t hesitate, you’ll be in the very best hands.

Thank you so much for creating the best set up for my special day our wedding. The staff have been amazing throughout the lead up to our big day. A huge thank you to Rachel, Agata and everyone else I met throughout our reception service. The food was divine and the room was spacious, comfy and basically exceeded our expectations. We will be visiting again as the menu has so much variety. This is a beautiful location to capture Windsor and its surroundings with the castle across from you.
