Choosing the Royal Berkshire as our wedding venue was one of the best decisions we made. Our day was everything we’d dreamed of and more, it couldn’t have been more perfect.

Dominika and the entire wedding team were incredible. They were so supportive throughout the whole planning process, always friendly, and quick to help with any questions or ideas. We really felt looked after from start to finish.

The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The gardens are beautifully kept and made a gorgeous setting for photos and outside drinks. Inside, the wedding spaces are just as beautiful, full of charm and elegance, with the flexibility to add your own personal touches and make the day feel truly yours.

Our guests had so many lovely things to say, especially about the food and organisation from the wedding team. The drinks flowed throughout the day and everything was timed perfectly. The service from the staff was seamless and added to the relaxed, celebratory atmosphere.

Having hotel rooms on-site was a huge bonus, making things so easy and convenient for everyone, and allowing us to enjoy the full day (and night!) without any stress.

There genuinely isn’t a single fault, we wouldn’t change a thing. If we could do it all again, we’d choose the Royal Berkshire in a heartbeat.

We had our wedding in August 2025, and the team at the Royal Berkshire were absolutely amazing. A special mention to Dominika, who we liaised with throughout the planning process , she was incredibly patient, nothing was ever too much trouble, and she had some great ideas along the way. We’d also like to mention Sam, who helped us on the day and was so helpful and supportive.
Even though we got married in August during peak wedding season, with other weddings happening around ours, you honestly wouldn’t have known. We truly felt like the only couple getting married that weekend, as the team were so attentive throughout.
The food was amazing too, which many of our guests commented on. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Royal Berkshire. Thank you all at the Royal Berkshire who made our day so special :)

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The hotel looked incredible and felt so festive, creating the most amazing atmosphere for us and our guests. So many people commented on how delicious the food was, including the canapés, the wedding breakfast and also the evening food. Every single member of staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt completely looked after. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team to celebrate our special day!

The team at RBH were so helpful - both leading up to the wedding and throughout the weekend. We had family travelling from overseas and they were very accommodating of the additional organisation that took. All of our meetings with Dominika leading up to the big day were extremely helpful, and she had ideas I hadn’t even thought of. The confetti poppers were a huge hit and the pictures from the moment are stunning. The team worked seemlessly with our suppliers. We used their recommended suppliers for everything and I would highly suggest that as they’ve worked together before and meant I had an stress-free wedding day. Everyone keeps commenting how relaxed I seemed on the big day, and that was all down to how comfortable and supported the team made me feel. Thanks everyone!

We had a fantatic wedding in July 2025 at Royal Berkshire for approx 80 guests. The staff was very professional and the service was excellent.
We had great updates and assistance in the preparation of the wedding with the wedding planner from the venue.

The Royal Berkshire Hotel - and its beautiful manor house and grounds - was the perfect venue for our wedding… it struck the ideal balance between formality and fun. The setting and grounds are stunning, and Dominika and her team were exceptional – supportive throughout the planning and brilliant on the day itself. The food was impeccable, with countless compliments from guests about the beef. They were wonderfully flexible too: we had a horse-box serving ice cream and cocktails, mini-golf on the lawn, and most importantly, our dog was welcomed as ring-bearer. The evening BBQ was a standout finish. Couldn’t recommend the venue more – if you want your guests entertained in a beautiful setting, this is the place.

Absolutely incredible wedding venue, with both the interior and exterior decor looking absolutely magical. Every single aspect was handled beautifully and efficiently by the amazing Dominika, I couldn't recommend somewhere more than here!

We had such an amazing day we got married in the walled garden. Dominika and all the team were so helpful from the first visit and throughout always responding so quickly .The food was lovely we had bar b q food . All guests said what a lovely venue with beautiful grounds and the best wedding that they had been too. Thank you to all the staff who worked so hard it was such a wonderful day . We will be back on our anniversary .

As soon as I visited the venue and met Dominika I knew this was our wedding venue. All our guests commented how exceptional the venue was and how amazing the staff was.
Everyone felt very special and no request was too much trouble for the staff. We had the perfect day, we couldn't have hoped for any better. My family is from Belgium and they really like good food and wine - they said that the food and wine was absolutely amazing. We had such an amazing day and so much fun. Even, nearly 3 months on, everyone is still telling us that they had a fantastic day and had so much fun.
Dominika and her colleagues were amazing in the planning of the wedding. They have always been very responsive, answered all our questions (and there were a lot) very promptly. They held our hand all the way until, and on, our wedding day. It was such a special day we will never forget. The wedding fair at RBH was very helpful in meeting suppliers. We chose a few of them for our wedding day.

We were fortunate enough to visit the Royal Berkshire during one of their wedding open days and whilst we went with no expectations we were completely blown away and came back 100% sure it was the place for us. The venue itself is beautiful, from the enchanting grounds to the comfortable hotel rooms and the very well proportioned function spaces it ticked all the boxes. The staff are truly one of their unique selling points as Dominika and her whole team really go above and beyond to make the day perfect. We had a Lord of the Rings inspired wedding and they made sure to have all our special touches exactly as we envisioned them, ensured the day ran smoothly and that all our guests had a wonderful time. We had multiple people tell us it was the best wedding they'd been to and how everything was amazing. The food was also excellent, as we'd been to many weddings where we felt there wasn't enough food this was particularly important to us and they did not disappoint. All the food tasted amazing (they really take your feedback on board during the tasting to make it exactly how you'd like) and was plentiful, we even had our Italian friends compliment the evening pizzas!

Overall the organisation and beautiful surroundings make it the ideal place to get married, you can make the day as personalised as you want whilst also knowing they've done many weddings before and you can rely on their expertise make it the perfect day. We would highly recommend having your wedding here, you won't be disappointed!

Royal Berkshire were so welcoming from day one and tailored our planning and wedding day exactly to our dreams. We felt that they were very reliable, responsive, professional and personable from the beginning, as well as the venue itself having beautiful grounds which we knew was perfect for our special day. We couldn’t have picked a better venue for our wedding day and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for their dream venue. The wedding team couldn’t do enough for us, and it felt like Dominika even became a friend!

My wife and I got married at the Royal Berkshire Hotel in June 2024 and we couldn’t have picked a better venue for our special day. From the moment we laid eyes on the venue and met the wedding planning the team we knew this was the place we’d start our forever.

From that first meeting to the morning after our wedding the team at the royal Berkshire were nothing short of amazing, all of our guests commented on how they couldn’t do enough on the day.

The venue in itself is beautifully picturesque, our photos say it all, everyone loved the venue and enjoyed staying (we had large amounts of people staying and having exclusive option was perfect for us) we also stayed the night before with 50 of our guests for a pre wedding dinner so it was a whole weekend of fun, love and excitement at the royal Berkshire hotel. The food was truly amazing with amazing portions that everyone was well fed! The ability to change things we wanted with the menu was a great touch - no ask was to big!

I have to highlight Dominika our wedding coordinator, it would not have felt so personal without her, through her slick communication and care she showed us throughout the process we had 100% trust in her which is essential when planning a wedding, she made the whole process feel seamless and she genuinely felt part of the family by the end I can’t thank her and the whole team enough for making it the most special day,

Everyone had a great sleep as the rooms were very comfy (decently priced which was a selling point for us as we struggled with finding venues that had enough rooms for people to stay that weren’t astronomical but were also classic elegant and modern which the royal Berkshire did on each level!)

The wedding breakfast room is light and beautiful with light neutral carpets and curtains (I might be pedantic but I hate crazy coloured ones) we got married in the secret walled garden which was beautiful
The hog roast in the evening I’m told was amazing was enjoying myself too much I missed it lol! Also the ability to have fireworks was an amazing touch.

The last thing is that it’s dog friendly so we were able to have our puppy along for the day which was great too!
I wish we could get married again there a hundred times if we could it’s a truly special hidden gem where we will visit again and again it will hold a special place in our heart forever - if your thinking about booking do it NOW!

From the moment we first walked into Royal Berkshire to visit, to the moment we said goodbye the day after our wedding we, and all our guests were welcomed so warmly. We were listened to, guided and fabulously looked after, making our wedding exactly what we wanted. It’s a beautiful space, with lovely rooms and staff were keen to accommodate all our weird and wonderful requests to incorporate my husband’s Azeri culture too. It was a pleasure to visit again a year later with our first baby and most of the staff who looked after us were still there which I think speaks to the ‘family’ feeling of the hotel.

The Royal Berkshire went the extra mile to ensure we had a spectacular day! We definitely gave them a challenge with some of our very non-standard requirements and every time we requested something it was met with a smile and a "let's figure out how we make this possible" attitude. The team were phenomenal in the lead up, putting up with a lot of questions from us and just as spectacular on our day - making sure we felt taken care of and special at every moment. The venue itself was stunning, but it really was the service of Dominika and her phenomenal team that made our day just perfect! Thank you Royal Berkshire!
