I’ve attended several events she organised, from black-tie charity functions to my own hen do, and every one was beautifully planned and flawlessly executed. My hen do exceeded all expectations. Her creativity, professionalism, and genuine passion for creating memorable experiences shone through in every detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to any couple looking for someone who will go above and beyond to make their special day unforgettable.

Emma was absolutely brilliant and such a huge part of why our day went so smoothly. We opted for more of a "DIY" style wedding, planning it before ourselves but you definitely can't do it all so having a safe, calm pair of hands in the lead-up and on the day made all the difference to us. Whatever we needed Emma was there and I know for sure she fixed so many things without me even noticing on the day! I couldn't recommend her services enough to anyone - she was an absolute dream! If you're doing a similar style of wedding and debating whether getting an on-the-day coordinator is worth it, DO it and make sure you get Emma! x

If you’re looking for a calm, experienced and exceptionally organised wedding or party planner who can truly bring your vision to life, we couldn’t recommend Clare more highly. We had always dreamed of a summer weekend wedding in Devon and chose Huntsham Court for its beautiful country setting and wonderful accommodation for our family and friends. We were incredibly fortunate to have Clare as our wedding planner. Her knowledge of Huntsham Court was second to none, and her recommendations throughout the planning process were invaluable. Clare expertly managed every aspect of our wedding, ensuring even the smallest details were taken care of. She kept everything running seamlessly, coordinated our suppliers brilliantly and helped us stay on budget without ever compromising our vision. Planning such an important event during the COVID pandemic was incredibly challenging. We had to postpone our wedding and reorganise all of our suppliers not once, but twice. Throughout it all, Clare was a constant source of reassurance and support. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her calm, positive approach made what could have been an overwhelming experience so much easier. Thanks to Clare, we were able to relax and truly enjoy our wedding day, knowing everything was in safe hands. We honestly couldn’t have done it without her.

Jordan is organised, warm, kind, professional and supportive, and was fantastic on our day. She reduced my stress levels significantly and was always on hand when either myself or my husband needed anything at all. Could not recommend enough!

Hazel was absolutely amazing and I would recommend her to anyone! From the moment we booked to the day after the wedding Hazels communication and involvement was second to none. I truly believe our day would not have been so perfect had Hazel not been there. Hazel did not stop from the morning until after we left in the evening, making sure everything was running smoothly and all guests had everything they needed. Even our guests commented on how great she was! I was convinced we didn’t need a coordinator, but how wrong I was. Hazel is one in a million!

We used concierge wedding planning for our wedding on Saturday and I’m so glad we did. Haley was absolutely incredible and worked so hard all day. There was so much behind the scenes that she did to make sure everything ran seamlessly and she was there for me from early morning until the entire day had finished. Before booking we did question if we would need an on the day co ordinator however looking back I don’t know how we would ever have managed without her! Thank you so so much Haley you were just amazing ❤️🥰

Mel was absolutely fantastic as our wedding day coordinator. From the moment she arrived, everything was organised, calm, and completely under control. She kept the day running seamlessly, handled every little detail behind the scenes, and allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. We couldn't have asked for a better person to look after our day, and we're so grateful for everything she did!

Holly helped us with our wedding near Bath in April of this year. We had been unsure whether we would need a wedding planner in the lead up to the wedding, but with the benefit of hindsight this was the best money we spent for the whole wedding! Throughout the leadup to the wedding, Holly was keeping us on track and ensuring all questions that needed answering were being answered. She was always available at the end of the phone if we needed help, and arranged multiple check-ins to make certain we were happy (and calm!). On the day, Holly was truly invaluable. She set about ensuring our day went utterly smoothly, fixing and batting away any issues that might otherwise have affected our enjoyment of the event. She was constantly communicating with the suppliers and venue and, when an issue arose that needed our input, was both quick and subtle in seeking our replies. At every stage, she went above and beyond the call of duty, even providing us with pictures and videos at the end of the day so we had another perspective. We simply cannot recommend Holly and Rebecca Weddings enough - thank you so much for all the work you put in to make our day as perfect as it was.

To say Laurel and her team are lifesavers is an understatement! Planning a destination wedding is a huge feat for any planner, but Laurel made our impossible seeming dreams come true with extreme finesse and grace (while always staying budget friendly without sacrificing our taste or vision). Most importantly, Laurel made us feel safe as a queer and trans couple by being our first call when things inevitably went wrong, making us laugh, and genuinely having our back. She saved us from so many missteps, wiped many tears, thought 700 steps ahead, and just got us. Beyond a planner, she became a close part of our village and our wedding couldn’t’ve happened without her. You better book her if you have any sense!!!!
