Working with Ivy Hart Events made my 40th birthday celebration just amazing. From our very first chat, Emma captured exactly what I wanted, she took care of every detail with such calm organisation and creativity. Emma even had a mini planning session with the children to ask them what they would like (jelly and ice cream and lots of games!), nothing was too much trouble. They children had a magical night and so did I! I was able to relax and actually enjoy the night, knowing everything was in the best possible hands. My guests were blown away, and I couldn’t have asked for a more special milestone celebration. I can’t recommend Ivy Hart Events highly enough.

From beginning to end (and the end was very late at night), Jordan was absolutely everything I wanted and more. She was professional, kind, caring and thoughtful at all stages and provided me with the utmost comfort and confidence that she would see through my wedding day vision. She was extremely capable, adapted to changing plans (thanks to the weather), communicated easily with suppliers, and was so proactive that I was able to completely relax and enjoy the day. My expectations were already high, but Jordan far exceeded them. I assumed I’d still need to answer questions or give direction, but she handled everything seamlessly behind the scenes. When my husband and I returned from the church in the rain, I saw her completely sodden, running around making sure everything was perfect — and guests later told me how hard she’d been working all morning to help suppliers. Her guidance on the running order of the day was fantastic, and she became a wonderful sounding board for ideas. She was incredibly professional but also approachable, kind, and so lovely — even driving us back to our Airbnb when the next taxi was 40 minutes away! No other words can describe it — she simply understood my vision. Honestly, Jordan should charge more for what she delivers. I would not have had the wedding I did without her. Instead of being stressed and running around, I got to laugh, cry and dance the night away under the disco ball. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Emily and team are absolutely incredible, and we owe so much to them for their efforts to make our wedding day (in May 2025) so special. Throughout planning Emily was clear and absorbed so much information for us. Her enthusiasm is simply infectious. I don't think we ever came up with an idea that she couldn't find a way of making work - and so many things we were struggling with she find a solution for almost immediately. On the day she and team were cool, calm and collected, keeping everything running like clockwork and ensuring that any problems were resolved before we knew anything. We have said so many times how lucky we are to have someone so kind and wonderful be part of our wedding. We have joked we need to do the whole thing again with Emily as a guest (although of course we'd never pull it off without her!) We would absolutely recommend to anyone considering ILY services. I found prestige planning and had the initial consultation call, from the first moment, we knew that hazel was right for us. She listened to our needs and requirements and executed them perfectly. All of our guests said how amazing the evening was, from both sides. As my Fiance is European, it was important for both cultures to be incorporated, and she didn't fail. It is natural that we have booked her to plan our wedding and to be there for on day coordination. She has hit the ground running and we have secured a venue for early 2027. Thank you hazel!

We used concierge wedding planning for our wedding on Saturday and I’m so glad we did. Haley was absolutely incredible and worked so hard all day. There was so much behind the scenes that she did to make sure everything ran seamlessly and she was there for me from early morning until the entire day had finished. Before booking we did question if we would need an on the day co ordinator however looking back I don’t know how we would ever have managed without her! Thank you so so much Haley you were just amazing ❤️🥰

Hiring Mel to help with our wedding day was one of the best decisions we made. Throughout the process she was on hand to help with all our questions and made us feel reassured when needed. She took over all communication with our suppliers and allowed us both to just ENJOY the day! No ask was too big, we didn't have to worry about a single thing which was such a luxury after months of planning. I would highly recommend Mel to anyone, she is a calm presence and a delight to work with! Thank you so much Mel.

We had our wedding at Milton End Barn in May, we absolutely loved the venue and the fact that wedding coordinators were provided with the venue was perfect! We actually only booked the venue with 9 Months notice before the wedding date so it was quite the whirlwind of planning! Both Holly and Rebecca were wonderful help as we met both of them during the planning stages. Rebecca was there on the day and was just a fabulous support answering all our questions and in the last minute build up helped us plan the best day of our lives! The venue at Milton End is also totally perfect for what we wanted it for, the fact we could have the venue for 3 nights was just incredible, and that camping was included. We had a truly wonderful wedding weekend! We would highly recommend Milton End and booking Holly and Rebecca as your wedding coordinators.

From start to finish Polly was worth her weight in gold. We went with Polly's "Plus One" package and couldn't have asked for a better OTD coordinator. From our first meeting, we knew Polly was organised, passionate and well-versed in the complexities and specifics of planning a wedding. Our wedding was a little different, being at home on a farm, but this was no trouble at all and Polly even helped us by mentioning little things we hadn't thought of so we could prepare these ahead of time - a star all round! Polly made our plan come to life on the day, keeping everything to time, setting out our favours, cueing our music perfectly, making sure all the behind the scenes things were going smoothly, setting up our sushi and cake table, orchestrating a mass guest room-turnaround, managing and liaising with our suppliers and pulling off the surprise brass band entrance that we dreamed of. She even snapped some stunning pics of us which kept the magic going in the days after. Polly was ever present and super calm which made us both relax, knowing she had us covered. We had every trust and faith in Polly and boy did she deliver! There was no doubt from the beginning of wedding planning that we wanted and needed an OTD coordinator and we are so glad we went with Polly. We would highly recommend her to all brides and grooms, and if we could do it again, we'd go with Polly in a heart beat! Thank you Polly for smashing it out the park for us! Lucy and Tom

Nya Rue events were absolutely amazing from beginning to end. Even through the little things. Laurel helped with styling my wedding dress when I was having trouble picturing it. They even helped setting up our wedding website to deal with RSVPs and budgeting. All vendors were dealt with directly and everything was ran past us before confirming. Our wedding was abroad and Laurel and her partner were there on the day and made sure everything ran smoothly so we didn’t have to worry! Couldn’t thank Nya Rue events enough
