Lily was amazing from start to end. We had regular meetings and she really understood what I needed from the day. She worked well with all suppliers and my bridal Party and made sure the day ran smoothly when timings needed to be brought forward she sorted it and always had a bag of key essentials. Honestly could not recommend Lily enough amazing!!

We cannot put into words how absolutely amazing Emma is. We would have been lost without her in the planning and run up to our wedding and she went over and above everything we asked. Nothing was to much trouble and she is so kind and caring in her approach. You MUST use Emma! Your wedding will not be the same if you don't!

Clare was fantastic. We had 4 months to plan the wedding and she helped with recommending suppliers and getting everything planned in for the big day so it ran seamlessly! All it took was giving Clare our suppliers contact details and she handled all the finer points with them directly. Couldn't recommend Clare enough for taking (some of) the pressure out of the weekend. She even brought the sun out for us!

From beginning to end (and the end was very late at night), Jordan was absolutely everything I wanted and more. She was professional, kind, caring and thoughtful at all stages and provided me with the utmost comfort and confidence that she would see through my wedding day vision. She was extremely capable, adapted to changing plans (thanks to the weather), communicated easily with suppliers, and was so proactive that I was able to completely relax and enjoy the day. My expectations were already high, but Jordan far exceeded them. I assumed I’d still need to answer questions or give direction, but she handled everything seamlessly behind the scenes. When my husband and I returned from the church in the rain, I saw her completely sodden, running around making sure everything was perfect — and guests later told me how hard she’d been working all morning to help suppliers. Her guidance on the running order of the day was fantastic, and she became a wonderful sounding board for ideas. She was incredibly professional but also approachable, kind, and so lovely — even driving us back to our Airbnb when the next taxi was 40 minutes away! No other words can describe it — she simply understood my vision. Honestly, Jordan should charge more for what she delivers. I would not have had the wedding I did without her. Instead of being stressed and running around, I got to laugh, cry and dance the night away under the disco ball. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

We used concierge wedding planning for our wedding on Saturday and I’m so glad we did. Haley was absolutely incredible and worked so hard all day. There was so much behind the scenes that she did to make sure everything ran seamlessly and she was there for me from early morning until the entire day had finished. Before booking we did question if we would need an on the day co ordinator however looking back I don’t know how we would ever have managed without her! Thank you so so much Haley you were just amazing ❤️🥰

My husband and I recently had the absolute pleasure of Mel helping us to plan and coordinate our wedding and celebrations. I cannot recommend Mel highly enough; we had regular check ins before hand and Mel was always happy to give supplier recommendations and advice on things like timings. In the run up to the wedding she took over all the final check ins which meant we had a lovely and super relaxed run in to the day. On the day itself she was an absolute god-send …. I’ve actually got no idea if there were any problems or issues because Mel just had everything under control … everything ran on time , super smoothly, people were in the right place at the right time and everything looked absolutely stunning - exactly how I imagined it. BUT all of that was done without feeling over managed, pressured or over the top - Mel just worked in the background to ensure the day was exactly what we hoped for. We cannot thank Mel enough for everything she did - absolutely the best decision we made was booking her and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone else. Thank you so much Mel, we love you! XxxX

Holly helped us with our wedding near Bath in April of this year. We had been unsure whether we would need a wedding planner in the lead up to the wedding, but with the benefit of hindsight this was the best money we spent for the whole wedding! Throughout the leadup to the wedding, Holly was keeping us on track and ensuring all questions that needed answering were being answered. She was always available at the end of the phone if we needed help, and arranged multiple check-ins to make certain we were happy (and calm!). On the day, Holly was truly invaluable. She set about ensuring our day went utterly smoothly, fixing and batting away any issues that might otherwise have affected our enjoyment of the event. She was constantly communicating with the suppliers and venue and, when an issue arose that needed our input, was both quick and subtle in seeking our replies. At every stage, she went above and beyond the call of duty, even providing us with pictures and videos at the end of the day so we had another perspective. We simply cannot recommend Holly and Rebecca Weddings enough - thank you so much for all the work you put in to make our day as perfect as it was.

From start to finish Polly was worth her weight in gold. We went with Polly's "Plus One" package and couldn't have asked for a better OTD coordinator. From our first meeting, we knew Polly was organised, passionate and well-versed in the complexities and specifics of planning a wedding. Our wedding was a little different, being at home on a farm, but this was no trouble at all and Polly even helped us by mentioning little things we hadn't thought of so we could prepare these ahead of time - a star all round! Polly made our plan come to life on the day, keeping everything to time, setting out our favours, cueing our music perfectly, making sure all the behind the scenes things were going smoothly, setting up our sushi and cake table, orchestrating a mass guest room-turnaround, managing and liaising with our suppliers and pulling off the surprise brass band entrance that we dreamed of. She even snapped some stunning pics of us which kept the magic going in the days after. Polly was ever present and super calm which made us both relax, knowing she had us covered. We had every trust and faith in Polly and boy did she deliver! There was no doubt from the beginning of wedding planning that we wanted and needed an OTD coordinator and we are so glad we went with Polly. We would highly recommend her to all brides and grooms, and if we could do it again, we'd go with Polly in a heart beat! Thank you Polly for smashing it out the park for us! Lucy and Tom

To say Laurel and her team are lifesavers is an understatement! Planning a destination wedding is a huge feat for any planner, but Laurel made our impossible seeming dreams come true with extreme finesse and grace (while always staying budget friendly without sacrificing our taste or vision). Most importantly, Laurel made us feel safe as a queer and trans couple by being our first call when things inevitably went wrong, making us laugh, and genuinely having our back. She saved us from so many missteps, wiped many tears, thought 700 steps ahead, and just got us. Beyond a planner, she became a close part of our village and our wedding couldn’t’ve happened without her. You better book her if you have any sense!!!!
