Georgi was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We hired her as our design stylist and wedding coordinator in January 2024 to help us plan our December 2024 wedding, as we needed support while planning from overseas. From the beginning, Georgi provided an incredibly personal service. She took the time to truly get to know us as a couple, maintained excellent communication via WhatsApp and email, and made sure we got the most out of our suppliers. She also guided me through all the small details I wouldn’t have considered on my own, helping me stay organised and stress-free. Her platform, Aisle Planner, was a fantastic tool to see everything come together seamlessly. On the big day, Georgi was outstanding. She kept us on track with the timeline while remaining flexible and adapting to the day’s vibe. Her help in organizing everyone for photos was invaluable, and her calm, supportive presence made a huge difference. Hiring Georgi was hands down the best decision we made—great value for money and an incredible experience. I can’t recommend her enough!

We used concierge wedding planning for our wedding on Saturday and I’m so glad we did. Haley was absolutely incredible and worked so hard all day. There was so much behind the scenes that she did to make sure everything ran seamlessly and she was there for me from early morning until the entire day had finished. Before booking we did question if we would need an on the day co ordinator however looking back I don’t know how we would ever have managed without her! Thank you so so much Haley you were just amazing ❤️🥰

We cannot recommend Georgie highly enough. From the very first day we spoke to her, she was an absolute dream to work with. Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming at times, but Georgie was the calm, kind and reassuring presence we needed throughout the entire process. She took the time to listen to our ideas, understand our vision, and bring it to life in a way that exceeded our expectations. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every conversation left us feeling excited, supported and completely at ease. What truly sets Georgie apart is her attention to detail and her ability to think of everything. She was incredibly thorough in every aspect of the planning and consistently went above and beyond. Time and again, she identified practical considerations we would never have thought of ourselves, ensuring every element of the day was seamless and executed perfectly. Georgie created a detailed, day by day plan for the week leading up to the wedding, covering all external supplier set ups. She also produced an exceptionally comprehensive schedule for the wedding day itself. This was invaluable in keeping suppliers, family and guests informed and ensuring everything ran smoothly. We had spent months planning for a beautiful sunny day, but the weather was far worse than anyone had forecast. Despite this being completely out of our control, Georgie made us feel calm and confident that everything would be fine. Her professionalism, organisation and positivity meant we never had to worry. When we arrived at the marquee, everything was immaculate. It looked stunning, and she had somehow made everything feel perfect despite the conditions. The tables and marquee looked incredible and reflected exactly what we had hoped for, and more. Every detail had been carefully considered and beautifully executed. Above all, Georgie is one of the warmest, most genuine and caring people you could ever hope to meet. The day before our wedding, I burst into tears when I saw her because I was so grateful for everything she had done and so thankful she had been by our side throughout the process. Georgie truly went above and beyond to ensure that Will and I had the most perfect wedding day possible. We will never be able to thank her enough. Emily and team are absolutely incredible, and we owe so much to them for their efforts to make our wedding day (in May 2025) so special. Throughout planning Emily was clear and absorbed so much information for us. Her enthusiasm is simply infectious. I don't think we ever came up with an idea that she couldn't find a way of making work - and so many things we were struggling with she find a solution for almost immediately. On the day she and team were cool, calm and collected, keeping everything running like clockwork and ensuring that any problems were resolved before we knew anything. We have said so many times how lucky we are to have someone so kind and wonderful be part of our wedding. We have joked we need to do the whole thing again with Emily as a guest (although of course we'd never pull it off without her!) We would absolutely recommend to anyone considering ILY services.
