We cannot put into words how absolutely amazing Emma is. We would have been lost without her in the planning and run up to our wedding and she went over and above everything we asked. Let me tell you a story about Emma & Ivy Hart Events. We stumbled across the team when we realised we were out of our depth. We planned this amazing wedding thinking we had it all in hand—so far in advance we thought we had it all figured out... WRONG! We were living five hours away from the venue, didn't have anyone to ensure the day went smoothly, and then our venue was put up for sale. Thankfully, the brand-new owners of The Manor in West Bexington were FAB-U-LOUS, but that doesn't detract from the incredible level of detail Ivy Hart provided.From listening to our wild and random middle-of-the-night ideas to understanding our brief and the intricate details we’d spent so long planning, they just got it.Ivy Hart took on board every single element of our celebration, coordinated absolutely everything locally, and gave us so much confidence. I, in particular, was very vocal about ensuring the PA and music were crystal clear—we had put so much time into the playlists and vows, and wanted everyone to hear and appreciate every word.From the moment we met, we knew we had a winner on our hands. The team was available whenever we needed them and had our vision completely imprinted in their minds from start to finish.Perfection—that is what happened. If we had been left to our own devices, we would have been disappointed and left wondering what more we could have done. Everything was smooth and in control at all times; there was never any stress because the whole process was so well-planned. All the groomsmen, bridesmaids, and wedding party knew their roles, where to stand, and what to do.Communication was critical all the way through.If you're sitting there thinking, "Why do I need a coordinator when I've got everything planned?"—you're wrong! I planned everything to the $n^{\text{th}}$ degree, which was great because Emma knew our vision inside out. But on the day, I didn't have to worry about a thing. From buttonholes to coordinating photographers and making sure we stayed hydrated, nothing was too much trouble.I cannot recommend Ivy Hart Events enough. If you don't book them, you are missing out massively!

Emma was absolutely brilliant and such a huge part of why our day went so smoothly. We opted for more of a "DIY" style wedding, planning it before ourselves but you definitely can't do it all so having a safe, calm pair of hands in the lead-up and on the day made all the difference to us. Whatever we needed Emma was there and I know for sure she fixed so many things without me even noticing on the day!

I couldn't recommend her services enough to anyone - she was an absolute dream! If you're doing a similar style of wedding and debating whether getting an on-the-day coordinator is worth it, DO it and make sure you get Emma! x

Working with Ivy Hart Events made my 40th birthday celebration just amazing. From our very first chat, Emma captured exactly what I wanted, she took care of every detail with such calm organisation and creativity. Emma even had a mini planning session with the children to ask them what they would like (jelly and ice cream and lots of games!), nothing was too much trouble. They children had a magical night and so did I!

I was able to relax and actually enjoy the night, knowing everything was in the best possible hands. My guests were blown away, and I couldn’t have asked for a more special milestone celebration.

Ivy Harts dealt with all logistics of the day and was in direct correspondence with all suppliers (food, cutlery furnitur, venue etc), created the order of the day, layouts, decorations, and every needed detail to make it exactly right. We even used her celebrant service making the ceremony personal and extremely special for us. Ivy Harts also ran the set up and pack down for us making the day even more stress free.
