From beginning to end (and the end was very late at night), Jordan was absolutely everything I wanted and more. She was professional, kind, caring and thoughtful at all stages and provided me with the utmost comfort and confidence that she would see through my wedding day vision. She was extremely capable, adapted to changing plans (thanks to the weather), communicated easily with suppliers, and was so proactive that I was able to completely relax and enjoy the day. My expectations were already high, but Jordan far exceeded them. I assumed I’d still need to answer questions or give direction, but she handled everything seamlessly behind the scenes. When my husband and I returned from the church in the rain, I saw her completely sodden, running around making sure everything was perfect — and guests later told me how hard she’d been working all morning to help suppliers. Her guidance on the running order of the day was fantastic, and she became a wonderful sounding board for ideas. She was incredibly professional but also approachable, kind, and so lovely — even driving us back to our Airbnb when the next taxi was 40 minutes away! No other words can describe it — she simply understood my vision. Honestly, Jordan should charge more for what she delivers. I would not have had the wedding I did without her. Instead of being stressed and running around, I got to laugh, cry and dance the night away under the disco ball. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Simply Weddings wedding fairs allow me to meet face to face with prospective couples looking to get married at the plethora of wedding venues in Cornwall. As a wedding photographer at Leo Sharp Photography I find this is the best way to get to know couples as I will be a big part of their day! Andrea puts in a lot of hard work behind the scenes choosing established and up and coming venues at which to hold the fairs, and filling them with the best local wedding suppliers. Long Live Simply!

We had the full wedding package with Clair which meant she handled things from the very beginning right up to the day after tidy up mission. Clair has amazing contacts which meant we had the best suppliers. The day would not have been possible without her organisation and hard work. She understood our ethos and was great at coming up with ‘outside the box’ solutions. Thanks so much for creating the most amazing and special day for us!

We honestly do not know where to start with this review! Especially as it looks as if everyone else has said it all before - Jen is just a wonderful, empathetic, kind, and overall fantastic wedding coordinator. She was not just coordinator on the day but helped with some organising throughout the year before too, and those lead-up meetings started to feel like therapy sessions! We really did feel like Jen became a good friend, and she truly, genuinely went above and beyond in so many different ways. I will especially remember the very well-timed hug she gave me the day before - it was a very difficult week, an immediate family member was too unwell to make it, I was newly pregnant, all of our family and friends had arrived at the house, and I was absolutely overwhelmed. Despite being surrounded by friends and family, Jen was the one who saw that I needed a big hug and a big cry! She generously offered to stay longer with us that day, way past her hours I’m sure, and she really was a huge crutch for us throughout the whole process. It will be the best decision you make to have Jen as your coordinator. We truly hope we meet again :)

Working with Rebecca is a dream, she certainly takes the stress out of event management! Her experience, knowledge and creativity are second to none and being so respected within her field, has a wide team of connections that can all bring together a smooth and successful event under her leadership.

Our wedding preparation process was very much DIY - but we had no idea how it was all going to come together on the day which was making us super anxious. Thankfully, we found Jess. Jess went above and beyond for us and made the lead up to our wedding and our wedding day a total joy (even if the weather had other ideas). I honestly do not know how we would have done it without her. Anyone who is thinking about bringing Jess on board, do it - you will not regret it!

To our Aleks Aleks became so much more to us, and especially to me, in the run up to our wedding back in October; she became a trusted, reliable and valued friend! Listening to all of the ideas, the ramblings and dreams, and smiling at the sketches I often produced at our meetings, she casually but assuredly scooped them all up into her warm embrace, and with a super confident demeanour and a twinkle in her eye, Aleks jumped right in and made things happen; sourcing items I’d mentioned and providing answers to the many questions I asked, this powerhouse of a woman made the journey easy, the planning enjoyable, and the end result, for us, absolute perfection! She was my wing man at times, and I trailed way behind her at others. But without fail, she showed up, got stuck in, and delivered far more than we ever imagined! An absolute superstar and an angel in disguise, working tirelessly with us, and for us, we will be for ever grateful for everything Aleks did to fulfil our vision for the day. She is, quite simply, remarkable, and anyone would be very lucky to have Aleks in their bag of tricks at any event. Jane& Kevin

Jordan was our co ordinator in Devon, July 2025. She was absolutely fantastic. The main reason we hired Jordan is that we wanted to be able to relax on the day and just enjoy taking everything in. Jordan completely enabled that. She took on the whole scope of responsibility and really owned the managing of the day's timeline and everything on the ground. She shielded us from problems and issues, taking care of things so that we didn't have to. She made sure things ran on time, but flexed on the plan when it was needed. Jordan is so easy to work with. She somehow balances being completely energetic with her running of operations, but she also had a calm confidence when we chatted - she assured and resolved throughout the day. She also went above and beyond, liaising with other members of the party, and picking up food locally from Falmouth the day before she drove to our venue. An absolute superstar! I can't imagine how we could have done it without her. We wholeheartedly recommend Jordan!
