From start to finish Polly was worth her weight in gold. We went with Polly's "Plus One" package and couldn't have asked for a better OTD coordinator. From our first meeting, we knew Polly was organised, passionate and well-versed in the complexities and specifics of planning a wedding. Our wedding was a little different, being at home on a farm, but this was no trouble at all and Polly even helped us by mentioning little things we hadn't thought of so we could prepare these ahead of time - a star all round! Polly made our plan come to life on the day, keeping everything to time, setting out our favours, cueing our music perfectly, making sure all the behind the scenes things were going smoothly, setting up our sushi and cake table, orchestrating a mass guest room-turnaround, managing and liaising with our suppliers and pulling off the surprise brass band entrance that we dreamed of. She even snapped some stunning pics of us which kept the magic going in the days after. Polly was ever present and super calm which made us both relax, knowing she had us covered. We had every trust and faith in Polly and boy did she deliver! There was no doubt from the beginning of wedding planning that we wanted and needed an OTD coordinator and we are so glad we went with Polly. We would highly recommend her to all brides and grooms, and if we could do it again, we'd go with Polly in a heart beat! Thank you Polly for smashing it out the park for us! Lucy and Tom

Holly was absolutely incredible! We weren’t sure how planning a wedding the UK from the US would be, but it was seamless! We had a few calls with Holly to pass along the vendors we had selected, and cast our vision for the day. She was easy to work with, personable and professional. She set the wedding breakfast table for us, and we were absolutely blown away. The day went so smoothly because of her and her help. Couldn’t have done it without her and everything was better than we expected!

Hiring Mel to help with our wedding day was one of the best decisions we made. Throughout the process she was on hand to help with all our questions and made us feel reassured when needed. She took over all communication with our suppliers and allowed us both to just ENJOY the day! No ask was too big, we didn't have to worry about a single thing which was such a luxury after months of planning. I would highly recommend Mel to anyone, she is a calm presence and a delight to work with! Thank you so much Mel.

Our daughter and her fiancee have given us 12 weeks notice of their impending wedding. They want a traditional day which is hard to orginise in such a short time. The only way we could do this is to have a Wedding Planner. Jane has been brilliant, everything is booked and running to plan.She is a pleasure to work with, giving you lots of advice without intruding into what the bride and groom want. She will be there on day to make sure that everything runs smoothly and that I have a stress free day. Well done so far, we are obsolutely delighted with how things are going.

We booked Freya from GRE to be our independent coordinator on the day. My husband didn’t understand why I wanted to book GRE… but his view quickly changed when Freya was on hand with a safety pin to save his trousers zip malfunction 😂 we have no idea how Freya managed to be in all the right places at the right times, we truly didn’t need to worry about anything. This was totally echoed by our families who couldn’t be more thankful for Freya. I had one bridesmaid who was also the mum to 2 of my 5 year old flower girls, so I knew I needed someone else on hand. Just and handful of things Freya helped with without even being asked: - getting my dress down and ready for me to step into whilst everyone else was busy getting themselves sorted - putting my stockings on my that I forgot to do before getting into my dress 😂 - button holes on for mums & men - doing my dress up after my mum struggled - fixing my hair in the wind - making sure we eat & drink - running up several flights of stairs to collect my wedding cardi that I totally forgot about but we’re perfect for our sunset photos (Freya’s idea to fetch!) - handing out glow sticks & glasses after the first dance… without Freya doing that, I have no doubt they wouldn’t have been touched, but thanks to Freya, they were in use all night! - creating the most perfect and unexpected video for us that brought on many happy tears! Everything ran perfectly and we had the day of our dreams, couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ❤️

We hired Amelia to style our venue in Herefordshire, from decorations to signage and more, and she was incredible from START to FINISH. From the first initial call, she completely understood our vision and elevated it beyond what I could even imagine while keeping it within our budget. She was continuously supportive throughout everything, and on the day her and the team she had with her absolutely SMASHED IT... with an incredible amount of floral displays, signage and table designs to put up and set out in a really short amount of time. The venue styling was a dream, and had so many compliments about it! I would not have been able to do it without her and would recommend her to everyone and anyone. Thank you so much Amelia!!

Molly was incredible and helped make our day run so smoothly! We booked Molly for on the day coordination and she was so attentive!! I stayed in a lodge the night before the wedding and on the morning of, Molly came to say hello and check if I needed anything before relocating to the wedding venue. When we arrived at the venue, she was on hand to assist with anything we needed. She helped hang my dress out, where we realised there was a couple of marks on it. She instantly offered to get the marks off and steam the dress, which put me at such ease. On the day, whenever I turned around, she was there. She was on hand at any time, ready to help…..to fluff my dress for photos, to bring me water, to gather guests for photos….you name it, she did it. Molly is so friendly, attentive and great at her job. I would highly recommend booking Molly, she made the day run so smoothly and was just an angel. If you are questioning booking a coordinator/planner, just do it! Best decision we made!!
