From start to finish Polly was worth her weight in gold. We went with Polly's "Plus One" package and couldn't have asked for a better OTD coordinator. From our first meeting, we knew Polly was organised, passionate and well-versed in the complexities and specifics of planning a wedding. Our wedding was a little different, being at home on a farm, but this was no trouble at all and Polly even helped us by mentioning little things we hadn't thought of so we could prepare these ahead of time - a star all round! Polly made our plan come to life on the day, keeping everything to time, setting out our favours, cueing our music perfectly, making sure all the behind the scenes things were going smoothly, setting up our sushi and cake table, orchestrating a mass guest room-turnaround, managing and liaising with our suppliers and pulling off the surprise brass band entrance that we dreamed of. She even snapped some stunning pics of us which kept the magic going in the days after. Polly was ever present and super calm which made us both relax, knowing she had us covered. We had every trust and faith in Polly and boy did she deliver! There was no doubt from the beginning of wedding planning that we wanted and needed an OTD coordinator and we are so glad we went with Polly. We would highly recommend her to all brides and grooms, and if we could do it again, we'd go with Polly in a heart beat! Thank you Polly for smashing it out the park for us! Lucy and Tom

We had our wedding at Milton End Barn in May, we absolutely loved the venue and the fact that wedding coordinators were provided with the venue was perfect! We actually only booked the venue with 9 Months notice before the wedding date so it was quite the whirlwind of planning! Both Holly and Rebecca were wonderful help as we met both of them during the planning stages. Rebecca was there on the day and was just a fabulous support answering all our questions and in the last minute build up helped us plan the best day of our lives! The venue at Milton End is also totally perfect for what we wanted it for, the fact we could have the venue for 3 nights was just incredible, and that camping was included. We had a truly wonderful wedding weekend! We would highly recommend Milton End and booking Holly and Rebecca as your wedding coordinators.

Hiring Mel to help with our wedding day was one of the best decisions we made. Throughout the process she was on hand to help with all our questions and made us feel reassured when needed. She took over all communication with our suppliers and allowed us both to just ENJOY the day! No ask was too big, we didn't have to worry about a single thing which was such a luxury after months of planning. I would highly recommend Mel to anyone, she is a calm presence and a delight to work with! Thank you so much Mel.

Our daughter and her fiancee have given us 12 weeks notice of their impending wedding. They want a traditional day which is hard to orginise in such a short time. The only way we could do this is to have a Wedding Planner. Jane has been brilliant, everything is booked and running to plan.She is a pleasure to work with, giving you lots of advice without intruding into what the bride and groom want. She will be there on day to make sure that everything runs smoothly and that I have a stress free day. Well done so far, we are obsolutely delighted with how things are going.

We honestly don’t know how our wedding would have run without Georgie. She brought total calm, organisation, and confidence, and made the entire day feel effortless from start to finish. Georgie handled all the logistics, timings, and suppliers seamlessly, meaning we could fully relax and enjoy our day without worrying about anything behind the scenes. Her reassuring presence and attention to detail made such a difference, and everything flowed perfectly. We can’t recommend Georgie highly enough. We hired Amelia to style our venue in Herefordshire, from decorations to signage and more, and she was incredible from START to FINISH. From the first initial call, she completely understood our vision and elevated it beyond what I could even imagine while keeping it within our budget. She was continuously supportive throughout everything, and on the day her and the team she had with her absolutely SMASHED IT... with an incredible amount of floral displays, signage and table designs to put up and set out in a really short amount of time. The venue styling was a dream, and had so many compliments about it! I would not have been able to do it without her and would recommend her to everyone and anyone. Thank you so much Amelia!!

We could not be happier with Molly! From the moment she stepped in, everything felt calm, organised, and completely under control. She handled every detail seamlessly, kept the timeline on track, and managed vendors so we could truly relax and enjoy our day. Molly’s professionalism, attention to detail, and positive attitude made such a difference. Any little hiccup was handled quietly and efficiently without us ever needing to worry. Thanks to her, the day flowed beautifully and felt exactly how we dreamed it would (unfortunately she can’t control the weather though… bit of a let down 😂). If you’re considering a day-of coordinator, do not hesitate—working with Molly was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We are beyond grateful! My stand out moment was when I was stood in the dressing room just us and I asked for a pep talk (just nerves lol…I’m very happy with my husband). She gave me a flawless speech and I was ready to go.
