If you’re looking for a calm, experienced and exceptionally organised wedding or party planner who can truly bring your vision to life, we couldn’t recommend Clare more highly. We had always dreamed of a summer weekend wedding in Devon and chose Huntsham Court for its beautiful country setting and wonderful accommodation for our family and friends. We were incredibly fortunate to have Clare as our wedding planner. Her knowledge of Huntsham Court was second to none, and her recommendations throughout the planning process were invaluable. Clare expertly managed every aspect of our wedding, ensuring even the smallest details were taken care of. She kept everything running seamlessly, coordinated our suppliers brilliantly and helped us stay on budget without ever compromising our vision. Planning such an important event during the COVID pandemic was incredibly challenging. We had to postpone our wedding and reorganise all of our suppliers not once, but twice. Throughout it all, Clare was a constant source of reassurance and support. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her calm, positive approach made what could have been an overwhelming experience so much easier. Thanks to Clare, we were able to relax and truly enjoy our wedding day, knowing everything was in safe hands. We honestly couldn’t have done it without her.

We hadn’t planned on hiring a wedding planner but I’m so glad we did. Phoebe kept us on track with the build up to the wedding and she made decisions much easier. On the actual day she was a sense of calm organised and you can tell she knows her stuff. She was everywhere but nowhere to ever let anything bother me as the bride, I dont think I had to think or do anything on the day once she arrived! I would recommend her to anyone. She is also a delightful person to be around which helps!

We got married in August 2022 (DIY church/marquee wedding) and hired Becca as our final weeks/on-the-day coordinator and sytlist. From the word go, Becca went above and beyond and we would 100% not have been able to have the day we did without her! She put us in touch with several of our key suppliers and helped us navigate the often very overwhelming world of wedding planning, and guided us through several wedding-related meltdowns... She understood our vision completely and helped us bring it to life (with neither of us having any clue how to put on an event). We are so grateful to her and cannot recommend her enough!

Laura was amazing for our wedding weekend and all the coordinating on the day. It was a perfect weekend, and the wedding day went so smoothly thanks to Laura and all the staff's hard work behind the scenes at Huntsham Court. All the personal touches we planned went even better than imagined thanks to her support, and we were able to enjoy the day to the fullest knowing everything was being taken care of. We also really appreciated her personal support with timings and advice for the aisle walks and dinner entrance song.  The planning process was very organised; any questions we did have, Laura was happy to help. Particularly when we met her in person a few months before the wedding weekend, her advice on timings was invaluable and helped us shape it into a wedding weekend that exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Laura!

Hannah had her work cut out as we had to do everything over the phone or Skype but she did it. We had a perfect day and hannah managed to capture everything I wanted. I would use her again fo my next wedding. 😂

Hiring Becka as our wedding coordinator was easily one of the best decisions we made! From our first meeting, she made us feel cared for and confident that every detail of our big day would be handled flawlessly. In the lead-up to the wedding, Becka reviewed our plans in detail, catching things we hadn’t even considered and providing invaluable guidance. On the day itself, knowing Becka was there to handle any issues that arose (and we’re sure there were a few, though we never heard about them!) allowed us to fully relax and enjoy every moment. Her attention to detail in setting up our decor was incredible—everything looked exactly as we’d envisioned. Without her calm, capable presence on the morning of the wedding, the setup would have been rushed and stressful, but instead, it was seamless and stress-free. Becka, we couldn’t have done this without you, and we’re so grateful for your support. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
