We offer both Full Wedding Planning and On-the-Day Coordination, providing as much or as little support as you require.
To maintain the highest level of service, we accept a limited number of weddings each year. This allows us to dedicate our time, expertise and attention to every couple we work with, ensuring a truly personal experience from your first enquiry through to the final moments of your celebration.
On-the-Day Coordination
Our coordination service begins long before your wedding day itself.
From the moment you book, we become a trusted part of your wedding team, taking the time to understand your plans, priorities and vision. As your wedding approaches, we support you with the finer details, allowing you to step away from the logistics and focus on enjoying the excitement of the occasion.
Our On-the-Day Coordination service includes:
- An initial planning consultation following booking
- Guidance and recommendations for sourcing exceptional wedding suppliers
- A comprehensive planning meeting approximately six weeks before your wedding
- Unlimited support via phone and email in the lead-up to your celebration
- Creation of a detailed wedding day schedule and supplier timeline
- Liaison with your venue and supplier team to ensure every detail is coordinated
- Discreet management of the day from morning preparations through to the evening celebrations
- A fully equipped emergency kit and proactive problem-solving throughout the day
From overseeing supplier arrivals and styling details to managing timings and handling the unexpected, we ensure every element is delivered with professionalism and precision.

Simply the best!
On the day, Holly was truly invaluable. She set about ensuring our day went utterly smoothly, fixing and batting away any issues that might otherwise have affected our enjoyment of the event. She was constantly communicating with the suppliers and venue and, when an issue arose that needed our input, was both quick and subtle in seeking our replies. At every stage, she went above and beyond the call of duty, even providing us with pictures and videos at the end of the day so we had another perspective.
We simply cannot recommend Holly and Rebecca Weddings enough - thank you so much for all the work you put in to make our day as perfect as it was.
Wonderful wedding coordinators
We actually only booked the venue with 9 Months notice before the wedding date so it was quite the whirlwind of planning! Both Holly and Rebecca were wonderful help as we met both of them during the planning stages. Rebecca was there on the day and was just a fabulous support answering all our questions and in the last minute build up helped us plan the best day of our lives!
The venue at Milton End is also totally perfect for what we wanted it for, the fact we could have the venue for 3 nights was just incredible, and that camping was included. We had a truly wonderful wedding weekend! We would highly recommend Milton End and booking Holly and Rebecca as your wedding coordinators.

Rebecca is Amazing!
In the 18 months lead up to the wedding day, Rebecca checked in regularly. She was very responsive and would offered lots of advice/suggestions when needed. Her industry knowledge is fantastic and she was so helpful in finding suppliers which would fit with our theme/ budget / feel of the day. Rebecca was also very reassuring- something that is often needed through the planning process!
I’m usually quite a stress head- but on our wedding weekend I don’t think I’ve ever felt so calm. We knew that Rebecca had us supported and if anything was to go askew we’d probably never know (or more likely Rebecca would have sorted it before it became an issue!).
Rebecca is very warm and kind, and although had worked with a lot of our supplier had not worked with our photographer beforehand. One of the first things our photographer said to us was how welcomed she felt by Milton End and Rebecca- a true testament to her character!
We had the best wedding we could have dreamt of and have Rebecca to thank for that. I don’t think any praise is high enough! Thank you Rebecca x

Look no further, incredible wedding venue!
On the day, the relaxed vibe of the venue really shone through. All of our guests commented on how personal and unique the wedding felt, and many have said it’s the best venue and wedding they’ve ever been to. We owe that to the incredible atmosphere created by Rebecca, Kate, and the entire team, who were so warm and accommodating.
The space itself is absolutely stunning! The barns provide such a beautiful, rustic setting for both the ceremony and reception, and the outdoor areas are a wonderful extension of the main barn, offering the perfect backdrop for photos and mingling. The on-site accommodation is also a huge bonus—luxurious and so convenient for guests staying over.
If you're looking for a wedding venue that combines stunning beauty, a relaxed atmosphere, and top-tier service, we couldn’t recommend Milton End Barns enough! It truly made our day unforgettable.
A Bride and Groom’s Best Friend
Having her on hand on our wedding day made everything feel so easy and run so smoothly, and it just felt like we had a friend there to help us as we got on with her so well. She took care of all the little details, was really adaptable when our timings didn’t quite go to plan, and she also worked really well with our photographers and videographer despite never meeting them before - it just felt like they were all one team and we felt secure knowing that Holly had our backs.
The day before the wedding and the days after, Holly was always on hand to answer queries instantly and we still felt like she was there to support us even when she wasn’t there physically.
The day after the wedding, she surprised us by sending through all of the behind-the-scenes videos and photos she’d taken on the day without us knowing. I think that pretty much sums her up really - she was right there in thick of things all day long, but she was able to blend into the background so seamlessly that she was never in the way.
We really couldn’t recommend her enough and are so grateful she was such a big part of our perfect day!
