I couldn’t recommend Ellie enough, from the start Ellie made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout all my fittings and was always so welcoming to anyone I brought with me. I had lost a lot of confidence being a brand new mum and didn’t think anything would look nice on me, especially a wedding dress, so I’m so pleased I found Ellie Lowe. I needed my dress ready in 4 months due to ill health in the family and a lot of boutiques couldn’t help me which was very disheartening, after discovering Ellie Lowe she quickly reassured me that 4 months was plenty of time to make my brand new dress and started on it straight away. I had so many compliments on the day I felt so comfortable and beautiful I only wish I could wear it again. If you’re looking for something very special and bespoke I highly recommend Ellie.

I had no idea what type of wedding dress I wanted, if I’m honest being a plus size lady it was making me a bit anxious. What type of dress would I have, was I going to have to get changed in front of people? Well there was absolutely nothing to worry about. Jo and Pip made me feel at ease the moment I walked in the door. They have a great range of plus sized dresses so I could see the true fit on me ( rather than trying to squeeze into something to small and try and imagine what it looked like) Their changing area offers privacy but Jo was on hand to help. When my dress arrived I needed some alternative which was done in house too. I found my perfect dress 👗

I would definitely recommend Yes White Dress. Originally I did not plan to wear a "proper" wedding dress, however YWD changed my mind for a few reasons: 1) Price. YWD is so affordable, which is rare in the wedding world! I was on somewhat of a budget and could not justify the cost of a wedding dress, however YWD prices are unparalleled. However, this does not come at the expense of the quality. The quality of the dress I received was as good as (if not better) the dresses I tried on in stores. 2) Ease of ordering. The website is so easy to use, and has a great range of dresses for all tastes. 3) Service. Nyima is an angel. I was nervous about ordering online to begin with and she chatted to me and totally put me at ease. She is prepared to answer any and every question asked, replying quickly and in depth. She even kept me up to date throughout the whole process of my dress being made and shipped. I'm not exaggerating when I say she has responded quickly and friendly to over 30 emails from me in the short time it took between ordering and receiving my dress. Also, her attention to detail must be amazing because I had done a measurement wrong and she realised almost immediately, asking me to redo it and sending a video of how to measure it properly. 4) The dress. The dress is great quality and so comfortable to wear. Nyima actually agreed to let me change the pattern slightly, altering where the neckline was compared to the original. I got so many compliment on the dress and cannot express how happy I was with it. To add: It was literally a couple months between ordering and receiving my made-to-measure dress, which is pretty astounding! Thank you so much YWD!
