I didn't start out as a wedding planner. I started out in television.

For years, I worked at one of the world's largest advertising agencies, producing major TV campaigns and high-profile live events — the kind of productions where everything had to be perfect, on time, and on budget. Where one element falling out of sync could bring the whole thing down. Where there was no second take.

That's exactly how I see a wedding.

A Cotswolds wedding is a live, one-day-only masterpiece—months — sometimes years — of planning distilled into a single, unrepeatable day. When I made the move into wedding planning, I brought everything with me: the creative vision, the logistical rigour, the obsessive attention to detail, and an unshakeable belief that there is always a solution.

What I'm known for

I'm proudly niche. Cotswolds Weddings is exclusively focused on one region — my patch —, and I know it inside out. Every venue type, every supplier network, every hidden gem across Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Wiltshire. I specialise in dry hire and blank canvas venues: barns, country estates, private grounds, and marquees — spaces that require real expertise to transform into something extraordinary. Booking a dry hire venue isn't like choosing a traditional wedding package. It takes someone who understands power logistics, supplier coordination, site flow, and creative production from the ground up. That's where I come in.

Because I only take on a small number of weddings each year, every couple gets my full focus, energy, and creative attention. You're not a number on a spreadsheet. You're the entire production.

What it's like to work with me

Couples often tell me they didn't realise how much they needed someone like me until they had me. I'm the person who stays calm when the unexpected happens — and in weddings, something always does. I've been described as "the perfect combination of laid back enough to relax us, whilst being on top of all the important elements." I bring practical solutions and local knowledge in equal measure, and I don't believe in limitations. I believe in finding a way.

I've worked with couples planning from the other side of the world (Australia, to be precise), coordinated two-day multicultural weddings, and guided couples through rescheduling their wedding multiple times during Covid — always with patience, a smile, and a solution.

How I make each wedding special

No two weddings I plan look or feel the same — because no two couples are the same. I take the time to understand who you are, what you love, and what your day should feel like. Then I built it from scratch. Every supplier recommendation, every timeline decision, every creative detail is chosen specifically for you. The Cotswolds provide one of the most beautiful backdrops in the world; my job is to make sure your wedding does that backdrop justice — and tells your story within it.
