How We Work & Our Services
No matter what package you are considering, your journey will start with a 1:1 consultation with Polly so that you can decide for yourself whether Along Came Polly is the right match for you. You'll discuss where you are at with your wedding plans so far and any visions you have for the big day. Polly will then advise you on the best package for your needs or will create a more bespoke offering for you.
Along Came Polly's on the day coordination is for couples that have planned the day of their dreams but want to ensure everything goes to plan on the day itself.
Their partial planning service provides couples with a helping hand when they feel their planning has gone off tracks; Along Came Polly will come into your lives and will get the wheels back in motion whilst also being present on the day to ensure eveything runs as planned.
For those couples who are finding the wedding world particulary daunting or perhaps your work and social life don't allow for as much time spent on wedding planning as required, Along Came Polly woulde reccomend their full plabning package which want helps couples create the day of their dreams from start to finish.

Couldn’t recommend Polly more! And that is coming from an events producer!
Her attention to detail was amazing, we gave Polly a list of all of our requirements and plans for the day and she carried them all out exactly how we needed them, she even added her own little touches to things where she felt we would like it. She smashed it, would recommend to absolutely anybody who needs some help on the day.
Polly went above and beyond our expectations and honestly left the weekend feeling as if she was part of our family.

From our first meeting, we knew Polly was organised, passionate and well-versed in the complexities and specifics of planning a wedding.
Our wedding was a little different, being at home on a farm, but this was no trouble at all and Polly even helped us by mentioning little things we hadn't thought of so we could prepare these ahead of time - a star all round!
Polly made our plan come to life on the day, keeping everything to time, setting out our favours, cueing our music perfectly, making sure all the behind the scenes things were going smoothly, setting up our sushi and cake table, orchestrating a mass guest room-turnaround, managing and liaising with our suppliers and pulling off the surprise brass band entrance that we dreamed of. She even snapped some stunning pics of us which kept the magic going in the days after.
Polly was ever present and super calm which made us both relax, knowing she had us covered. We had every trust and faith in Polly and boy did she deliver!
There was no doubt from the beginning of wedding planning that we wanted and needed an OTD coordinator and we are so glad we went with Polly. We would highly recommend her to all brides and grooms, and if we could do it again, we'd go with Polly in a heart beat!

The best “Plus One” we could have asked for!!
What a fantastic decision we made! We’ll never be able to put into words how grateful we are. Polly was there right from the beginning, she even popped into the bridal & groom prep locations to reassure us and then was on hand at the venue to support from morning to night! Polly worked so tirelessly all day and adapted her role to whatever was needed of us, the venue or our other suppliers such as our photographer & videographer. We knew that your presence would help us relax but we didn’t bank on how lovely it would be to just have someone right there on hand throughout everything and into the evening too.
All my family & our bridal party keep saying how lovely and helpful Polly was & how she just slotted in seamlessly to everything. She was on hand for anything and everything but equally so discreet and professional!
After the day she had also discreetly taken some fabulous photos/videos and put together a short video for us of the day (which even included one of our special songs which she had picked up on during the ceremony - what a lovely personal touch) the video is so special and we haven’t stopped watching it!
It’s clear to see she loves what she does & she honestly looked just as happy and excited for us as our friends and family did!
We would recommend Polly to anyone - if you are thinking of booking her for your wedding don’t hesitate.
