I couldn’t recommend Chloe as a wedding makeup artist enough! 🤍 She was absolutely lovely from start to finish. She really listened to what I wanted, made everyone feel so comfortable and confident, and was such a calming presence on the morning of the wedding. She made the whole morning feel so easy, relaxed and enjoyable, which was exactly what I needed. My makeup was beautiful and I felt like the best version of myself. Thank you so much for helping make such a special morning even more perfect! ✨

I had my bridal hair done by Nadezhda. Her work was absolutely perfect. She arrived on time to ensure a relaxed wedding morning. She listened to exactly what I wanted to create a look based on my inspirations. I was so happy with it - hair of my dreams! I also had 2 bridesmaids that needed hair and make up doing and she made us all feel so calm, comfortable and relaxed. I was so grateful to have found Lara Stokes H&MU and it was an absolute pleasure to have Nadezhda as part of the wedding morning. Thank you so much- I would 100% recommend to anyone wanting an extra special day.

Leanne was amazing on the day and was super laid back and chill during the trial even though we had brought a baby with us. In the week leading up to the wedding I changed my mind about the foundation and also fed-back that the hair from the trial had been a bit too stiff and was worried about ruining it over the course of the day. Leanne took that in her stride and changed it without any problems, she listened to my thoughts and absolutely delivered! I was also pleased that on the morning of the wedding she got on really well with our photographer and just went out of her way to help them get the best shots. All my bridal party kept commenting on how good she was and really liked her. Thank you so much Leanne for making my day memorable, you are a truly lovely spirit and wishing you the best for the future.

I cannot recommend Antonia enough. The bridal party all looked incredible and I was over the moon with my hair and make-up. I was so impressed with my trial, yet she still somehow made it even more incredible on my wedding day with a few more tweaks! She was always quick to respond and made me feel at ease. She enhances beauty in such a natural way which I loved.

Hester was wonderful from start to finish with sorting mine and my bridal party’s makeup. Very smiley and a generally all round lovely person to work with! I really did feel like a princess and everyone looked beautiful for my wedding. Thankyou so much Hester! X

I can’t thank Nadezhda enough for the wonderful makeup she gave me and my mom for my mom and dads wedding party. Nadezhda is so warm and caring and really takes pride in what she does. Both mine and my moms makeup was flawless, my mom cried she was so happy with her look. People couldn’t stop complementing our makeup, my friends said it was the nicest makeup I have ever had. Victoria was great to work with! From my makeup trial at her home to getting ready on the day, she has great energy and obviously wonderful skills! She was flexible when I asked to add the MoG after my original booking and worked with my makeup artist to nail the timings on the day. She crafted a makeup look for each of us (bride, 3 bridesmaids, MoB and MoG) with consideration for our skin types and needs (glasses!). We all looked great all day long! (Photo by Tasha Park)

Danielle did my makeup for my wedding last month, and four of my bridal party. I don’t normally wear that much make up so I just wanted to look like an elevated version of me, and Danielle understood right away. I felt SO beautiful. So much so, I asked Danielle to list all the products she used on me so that I could try and recreate the look for myself, although I’ll never be able to do it quite the same…! Danielle was such a calming presence on the day and I’m truly grateful that she was a part of it. Everyone else loved their makeup too, and honestly, they were just beauty personified. I honestly cannot recommend MJ Bridal Hair enough! From the moment Maria arrived on the morning of our wedding, she was so lovely and friendly, which was exactly what we needed amongst the chaos of getting ready! Maria did such an amazing job on the girls hair and made us feel so beautiful and confident for the big day. She listened to what they wanted, was incredibly talented and worked around all the last minute changes, delays and general madness of the morning with such patience. My bridal party were all so happy with their hair and I’m so glad we chose Maria to be part of our wedding morning. From first contact right up to the wedding day, Ila was fantastic. Communication was great, very speedy and thorough replies. The trial was lovely, Ila made me feel comfortable from the get-go. There were a couple of tweaks to the look that Ila listened to and changed for the wedding. I had to rearrange my trial due to work and this was done very easily with no fuss. On the day, Ila was a very calm presence, taking time with each bridesmaid, my mum, and myself. I couldn't believe it when she turned the mirror around - I looked like me but, of course, a lot better! I am so grateful to Ila and her magic for making me feel so 'me' on the big day - I know I will never have makeup as good as I did on my wedding day ever again! Thank you so much for doing our makeup, Ila, but thank you too for making the whole process so easy and comfortable. I would recommend you to anyone.
