The last thing you want to be doing on your wedding day is worrying about making sure suppliers and guest are in the right place at the right time, that’s where I come in! I will be your on-the-day sidekick making sure everything runs to schedule and looking after you at every turn. Even if that is squeezing you, and your dress into a Defender!

I will manage the overall running of your wedding day. Including things like:

• Seeing your suppliers in

• Overseeing suppliers setting up

• Keeping your wedding running on time

• Ushering guests

• Reminding your bridesmaids/ushers to do their jobs

• Answering your guests’ questions

• Following your to-do list

• Solving any problems

• Making sure that your glass is always topped up!

Pre Wedding Scheduling Meeting

Between eight to three weeks before your wedding day, we will have our Scheduling Meeting. This is where we will discuss your wedding day in fine detail and create your Order of the Day together. We will also talk through all your suppliers and the services they are providing.

Site Visits

I hate surprises (don’t we all?), so I make a point of visiting your venue in advance of the wedding day, location dependent. This can be done independently or alongside you during a scheduled visit, if availability allows.

If you have access to the venue the day before to set up, or you’re planning a marquee wedding, I’ll also aim to pop by for an hour or so. It’s a chance to sense-check that everything is on track and to be a steady pair of hands if any last-minute questions, nerves, or practical decisions crop up.

My basic package for £950 includes:

• 2 Hour (approximate) - Pre Wedding scheduling Meeting - as described above.
• Virtual Support (Hand holding) during the final week.
• Site Visit - Timing of this depends on the venue. ie. if its a marquee, then this is likely in the final week.
• On-the-day Coordianting - 12 hours (approximate).

If you need more support in the lead up, I am more than happy to discuss optional addons to this package.
