Where to begin when talking about Philip. We cannot praise him highly enough! From the moment we booked Philip he was so incredibly helpful. He immediately booked a meeting with us and gave us all the information we could possibly need to make the right decision. He even knows all his terms and conditions from memory! He gave us so much reassurance that we could trust him and he would do the best job. Philip was so flexible in making sure we had everything we wanted and changing things when we needed. We did our engagement shoot with him and he made us both feel so comfortable and confident in front of the camera. We also booked Andy and Joe as our second photographer and videographer and are so glad we did. On our wedding day, all three of them were prompt and calming. They never got in the way of the day and did great chatting with our guests and getting them to relax too. We felt like they were genuinely invested in making sure we had the best day and working hard to get the best shots that expressed the beauty of our day. They worked tirelessly and never showed just how long the day was. They came up with great ideas for evening photos when we missed golden hour and they came out so beautifully! Phil was a great photographer and we would highly recommend him. He was very clear and organized about all the details of the day, from checking the time of the "golden hour" and the direction of the light, to positioning and planning family photos in advance. He also was very responsive and communicative prior to the day. He was very professional but also relaxed, putting us at ease, which is a rare combination! We felt really comfortable having our photos taken by him on the day. The photos were stunning and we cannot stop looking at them!

From the moment we booked Phil he was in contact a number of times to discuss what our vision was for the day. On the day he was just amazing especially when I was feeling very nervous before the ceremony. He was great with everyone and blended in allowing us to mingle with our guests whilst still being able to get some amazing photographs. We reached out to Phil after he shot a few family and friends weddings, knowing that we loved both his photography style and his calm, professional and relaxed manner during those weddings. He gave us so much guidance and advice during our wedding planning, and his experience was invaluable! He was always prompt in replying, with clear communication about the booking and planning process.
On the day, he arrived with plenty of time to get all the before ceremony shots we wanted. During the day, he worked with our venue co-ordinator to make sure everything ran smoothly and to time. He was organised and efficient, and made all our guests (and us!) feel at ease.
After the wedding, he sent us through a few photos within a couple of days. The rest came through within a few weeks and they are all gorgeous! Every single photo is amazing, and we are so so glad that we were able to have Phil as our photographer! In Phil we trust!

My husband and I booked Philip two years before our wedding. He was kind, professional and had books of previous weddings he could show us to display his skill. When we mentioned our wedding venue, he even sent us a digital album of photos he had taken at the same venue so we could see what he had taken before.
Prior to the wedding, we filled in a planning form of the photos we wanted, and then went through the timeline of the day and the shot list virtually. Philip was able to suggest extra photos we might like, show us the angle of the sun on the wedding day so we could predict golden hour photos and even humoured us with our wedding photo requests (such as posing next to a peacock statue we found on site and liked).
On the actual day, he arrived a bit early and introduced himself, took some getting ready photos then went to go photograph the venue and the groomsmen and groom. He was like magic, absolutely everywhere and capturing everything! His instructions were clear in telling us how to pose and was able to truly get the best out of every photo he took.
When one guest produced lightsabers (our wedding was space themed) he had us practice using them and taking photos so that when it got a bit darker he was able to use the exposure settings and make the photos look even better. When it started raining, it wasn't a problem and he produced an umbrella for us and took some amazing photographs in the rain. We haven't had all of our photos back just yet as our wedding was only this week but I would HIGHLY recommend him as a wedding photographer.
