He somehow managed to capture all the joy, colour and love of the day, making sure to get all the important group shots without anything feeling forced, but also capturing small, magical spontaneous moments and beautiful shots of all our guests! I had no idea he was there for so many of those moments - he somehow managed skilfully to be a totally unobtrusive presence while capturing everything perfectly. We had the pleasure of having Ben capture our wedding a few weeks ago, and we couldn’t be happier. He completely understood our vision and fit the brief perfectly, even though it was a very untraditional wedding. He’s also just a genuinely nice guy, which made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable.
He brought along an assistant, so we had two photographers for the price of one, which was a bonus. All of our photos were fully edited and delivered within two weeks – incredibly quick turnaround! On top of that, he surprised us with a beautiful slideshow set to the music from our ceremony, which was such a thoughtful touch. All in all, an excellent experience and we’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a photographer.

Ben was really great and made us feel very at ease during the day. The photos we received were brilliant, lots of candid photos and shots we didn't even know were being taken. He brought an assistant at no extra cost who got extra angles as we got ready at separate places. The turnaround to receiving photos was less than 2 weeks!

Sure, there are things missing like the ceremony photos are all from behind my husband's head so there's not one of his face, and there's a lack of details e.g our rings, flowers, something old/new/blue etc but we hadn't told Ben that those things were important to us (didn't know we would need to and was so caught up in our day so maybe more guidance was needed from Ben?)

My partner and I spent a good 9 months searching for the right photographer for our wedding. After endless scrolling and looking at what felt like a million couples photos (which were mainly posed or gorgeous photos only because it had a stunning backdrops), I came across Ben's photos. His style was exactly what we were after- candid, in the moment type photos. No one really looking at the camera and just capturing moments as they happened. I think it's called documentary style photography. Anyway, what sealed the deal for us was the little video he sent to us of all his favourite photos from the year before. We were sold. Come the day of our wedding, we genuinely didn't even feel like we had a photographer (which is what we wanted). When he sent us the photos, we both couldn't believe how beautifully he captured our day. Ben is extremely talented and has the eye for the right photo. We didn't have a gorgeous backdrop for our wedding so you wouldn't be able to just take 'amazing' photos because we didn't have a castle in the backdrop or a church with stained glass windows etc. He was exactly what we needed and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is wanting natural photos. Oh last thing, we loved that he gave us colour and black and white photos.

Benjamin is all we wanted in a wedding photographer. His documentary style of photography captured the moments that are often missed. We have been looking at photos saying ‘we didn’t realise he was even there!’

Ben took our wedding photos this year and he was fab from start to finish. He was easy to get a quote from and have an initial chat with and we liked his vibe immediately. He suggested bringing a second photographer (Kat) as an assistant and it was really nice to be able to get two angles. All in all, Ben & Kat had a calming presence, helped us calm down and get some nice portraits when we were in a rush and felt a bit overwhelmed, and took some absolutely gorgeous candid photos that captured authentic special moments between us and our favourite people. Looking through these photos made it feel like we were getting married all over again.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found Ben to capture our special day. He was nothing short of perfect, he put us at ease from the beginning of the day.
