We got married on 14th September at Stoke Place. The venue is stunning, with lots of different spaces you can use for your wedding and reception, including amazing grounds. There are also plenty of rooms for you and your guests to use depending on the package you book.

The team at Stoke Place were fantastic throughout the planning process. Tracey and Alison, the planners we worked with, were both so responsive and always happy to answer our (many) questions.

On the day itself, the team worked to ensure everything went well, including adding personal touches for us (e.g. serving us our favourite cocktail on arrival back from our church service).

It really was the day of our dreams and I would absolutely recommend Stoke Place to anyone looking to get married in a stunning venue with heaps of character and lots of options to tailor your wedding day!

A big shout out in particular to Alison, Renato, Simon, Ash and Patrick for making our day go so well!

Stoke place was the perfect venue! The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are beautiful & the food was amazing. Tracey, Patrick & the team go above and beyond to make sure your wedding day is everything you dreamt it to be. We would recommend Stoke Place a million times over. From when we first booked our wedding to our wedding day, we felt so comfortable & aware of everything that was happening & nothing was ever too much for the team! Stoke Place was the first venue we looked at and we knew straight away we had to get married there. The layout of the venue was perfect - we wanted the bar and dance floor to be in the same area and the ceremony room was breathtaking(thanks to Red Cat Lighting!). From the moment we met Tracey the wedding coordinator we knew we simply didnt want to put our trust in anyone else - she is so thorough, responsive and generally just really friendly that she made the process so easy and enjoyable! We also couldn't recommend the toastmaster Patrick enough as he was loved by us and our guests - he was checking in on us throughout the day and was so easy to get on with some of our guests assumed we had met him before! The whole team at Stoke Place are amazing - nothing is too much trouble and they genuinely want you to have the wedding you dream of and will do all they can to make sure it is exactly how you picture your day. We were told prepare for little things to go wrong on the day but genuinely everything Stoke Place did was fantastic - it genuinely is ourfavourite place ever. I would just like to massive thank you to Tracey and all the staff at Stoke Place. Tracey, was so helpful throughout the planning of our wedding since 2019, through Covid 19 and replanning and moving to different dates she made this happen without a hitch, we could not of asked for a more supportive wedding coordinator thank you ! The actual big day went off without a hitch the staff where so helpful starting from the night before up until we left the day after, nothing was too much to ask and they found a way to facility all that we asked. I could not recommend Stoke Place enough, beautiful venue, outstanding staff and amazing food. Staff is outstanding and the venue was perfect !

We cannot be any happier that we chose Stoke Place for our wedding venue! From the moment we went to the open day and Patrick (toastmaster) showed us around the venue, we knew this was the place for us! The service we received was second to none during the year build up to our wedding. Tracey was always there to guide us along the way and made the whole experience easier for us and instilled so much confidence that everything would be perfect. From all the meetings, calls, menu tasting, etc, we really got to know all the team and how much they genuinely care about giving you the best experience and that you are not just another job for them.
The day went so smoothly and they delivered exactly what we envisioned our wedding to be. Didier and the hospitality team were fantastic and the food was amazing!

We had almost discounted a hotel wedding package until we visited Stoke Place and met with Tracey & the team.
Its not only a stunning venue in beautiful grounds but their was a genuine interest in us as couple right from the first meeting.
After looking at several other venues and had countless tours and viewings which had been sales pitches and impersonal, Tracey and the team at Stoke Place made us feel special and this was the venue for us. The time and attention and guidance we received was second to none at each meeting of the planning stage. The day was incredible and all our guests commented how fantastic the food was.
Special mention to Didier who made the day run smoothly and couldn't do enough for us and our guests throughout our stay. We would whole heartedly recommend Stoke Place

Every single person we met at Stoke Place was friendly and helpful but we wanted to say a particular thank you to:-
• Patrick the toastmaster - we would not have believed that a wedding could run as smoothly as ours did and that was totally down to Patrick's expert handling and supervision!
• Rene was absolutely fabulous both the day before and on the day itself - he was on hand to answer any questions and assist in any way that he could!
• Petr - Again, what an asset to Stoke Place! Having helped calm our nerves the day before, it was lovely seeing a familiar face during the day itself and his slick handling of the wedding breakfast was impressive
• The kitchen staff - we also separately wanted to thank the brilliant chefs. Everyone is still talking to us about how amazing the food was and we are still drooling ourselves over that caponata! It was quite frankly one of the best bits of our day.
• Last and ABSOLUTELY NOT LEAST, Tracey! We don't even know where to begin and could probably write an entire dissertation on how wonderful Tracey is but honestly - you are just a superstar and we cannot thank you enough for making the process and the day itself as smooth and magical and wonderful as it was.
The entire staff at Stoke Place deserve a huge round of applause. So many of our guests have told us that this was the best wedding they have ever been to, and as much as I would like to say that it is solely down to my wonderfully creative Disney centrepieces I'm pretty certain it was the hard work and dedication that you all put in to make our dreams come true that day.

Firstly I’d just like to say a massive thank you to you for all your help and work on the run up to the big day. A big thank you to all the staff they were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everyone said how lovely and helpful they were.

Choosing Stoke Place to host our wedding day ended up being an easy choice for us.
Tracey, you have been a little shining star throughout the whole process. Nothing was ever too much to ask, you comforted us during times of uncertainty, offered invaluable advice based on experience and we felt in the safest hands possible. The both of us didn’t share the same feeling about other potential co-ordinators we had met.
Meeting Patrick and Rene was a delight in the final handover meeting the evening before the big day. Despite some clear nerves we were given complete confidence that no stone had been left unturned and the day was going to go without a hitch (apart from the obvious hitch! No pun intended)! Patrick’s general demeanour, clear experience and passion for what he does was refreshing and so comforting. Especially at intervals during the day where a little arm round the shoulder was required as one part of the day ended and the next begun. Rene was fantastic throughout the day and evening ensuring our glasses were topped up, which settled the nerves before the speeches.
Not to forget Petr who was not only as friendly as the rest of the team but equally made us feel at ease during the setup and assisted greatly in how the rooms were setup, to our complete satisfaction.
Vicki and I will have no hesitation in recommending Stoke Place for a wedding or any other function for that matter. You and the team made our day so special. A day we’ll never forget and would do all over again (without the stress of the planning!).

We couldn't have asked for a better day and it really was so special having the whole weekend at Stoke Place- everyone was wonderful and our guests were so so impressed with how amazingly they were hosted by all of the employees over the days that they were there (and of course at the wedding itself)!! Thank you for everything!! The wedding was amazing, we had a fabulous time. Massive massive thanks to you and your patience throughout our journey! You’ve been truly awesome! The staff on the day were awesome, and looked after us well. Particular shout out to Renee who checked on us when there were nervous moments and sorting us with liquid courage and after hours when those who still had energy wanted to carry on!

Petr was great!! I saw him everywhere and he really didn’t stop! I heard he dealt with a few fussy guests very well during the wedding breakfast. He definitely took the heat off of me when I thought something had to be dealt with.

We truly had an amazing day. I’d like to do it all again if it were at all possible! Our guests complimented the staff and the look of the venue. I can’t believe it’s all over SOB!!

We held our daughters wedding at Stoke Place on the August bank holiday weekend and it was fantastic!
