Competitive price easy to contact and book. Professional service on the day great photos and amazing video which was completely unexpected. Came with a drone although the wind on the day reduced its use. But very happy with service would recommend.

Grace photographed our wedding in August and she was absolutely incredible! We had a very small wedding (30 guests) and it was very lowkey so we didn't end up looking for a photographer until about 6 weeks before the wedding. Thankfully Grace was available and she was great. From the start, Grace was excellent - she responded to my message very quickly and we arranged a video chat in which Grace introduced herself and her work in such a friendly, yet professional way. She then did a pre-visit to the venue (on the 40 degree day no less) to scope out angles etc. On the day, Grace was fantastic - she took so many beautiful photos. We didn't have a set list of photos we wanted, so Grace took the lead and the results were great - mainly candid, relaxed photos, with some posed, more formal ones. Grace's manner on the day was also great - commanding enough to get all of the photos taken in the time frame, but so friendly too! Everyone complimented her skills afterwards, and a few guests even asked if we knew her already because of how friendly she was! On top of all of this, Grace created a video, which is so special and I've watched it back many times in the 2 months we've been married. Considering we very nearly didn't even have a photographer, I am beyond grateful for Grace's photos and videos of our day! I would highly highly recommend Grace as a wedding photographer.

Jane was an absolute dream from start to finish! She made us feel so relaxed and comfortable all day, and captured every single moment beautifully. What really stood out was how far she went for us – she even carefully edited and photoshopped our son’s face onto one of the photos so we could have that perfect complete family shot. That kind of thoughtfulness and effort is so rare and means the world to us. The photos are stunning, the quality is amazing, and we couldn’t be happier. We would recommend Jane‑Louise Photography to anyone without hesitation!

Where do I start ! I feel like I couldn’t have done my day without mark I was so so nervous. He was amazing from the start joining us for the get ready and immediately felt like he was part of the family xx our photos won’t be ready yet as we only got married last week but ……. Lindsay, you are incredibly talented and so passionate about what you do, and that came through from our very first enquiry with you! You captured our wedding day beautifully, and your warmth throughout the whole planning process made us feel supported and completely at ease. On the day itself you blended in so naturally, perfectly capturing the day and emotions as they unfolded. The photos are absolutely gorgeous and truly something we’ll treasure for a lifetime. They say your wedding day is the best day of your life. That is certainly the case, so it makes complete sense to invest in a photographer who can not only capture your special day, but provide you photos that make you feel like you’re reliving it, right? Steve did that for us. He was worth his weight and more in gold. His professionalism, charm and skills were everything we wanted and far far more. He made the day special, ensuring we had all the attention we needed from our photographer, and he went all of the extra miles to ensure our needs were met and he understood us as a couple in the run up to the big day. Though we don’t plan another wedding (duh), we know that the one thing we’d have again is Steve McSmailes doing the photography. His pricing is more than fair, and he accommodated all of our wants, and even met with us for a pre-shoot. He also went above and beyond in getting us our photos, including a sneak peak which was fantastic. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

We hired Ben at Shot Differently for our wedding on 23rd May 2026 and he was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, he was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind, which made the whole experience so much more enjoyable and comfortable. He really went above and beyond—not only with his photography, but with how much he cared about making sure I was okay throughout the day. He came prepared with an emergency kit, which was such a thoughtful touch, and was constantly checking in to make sure I’d eaten and had enough to drink. He was always offering to grab things for me and made sure I felt looked after, which really helped me relax and enjoy the moment. His photos are absolutely amazing, and you can really see the creativity and talent in his work. He had so many great ideas for shots and made everything feel natural and fun, which resulted in beautiful photos that we’ll treasure forever. On top of that, Ben was warm, approachable, and just genuinely lovely to be around. His calm and caring nature made such a difference, and it was clear he truly cares about his clients and their experience—not just taking great photos.
