Toastmasters in East Midlands - England

We booked Nigel well in advance and he kept in regular contact right up until the big day to ensure he knew exactly what our needs were . He took time to get to know us as people . He was also able to offer his own suggestions and advice, which really helped . On the day he was very prompt and smartly dressed . Right from the start of the day Nigel had a real presence and such an approachable tone . Our guests and ourselves took to him straight away. He had also spent some time researching the history of our chosen venue and we loved hearing all about it . He kept everything on track throughout the day and evening . He offered lots of reassurance when needed . He was exemplary at introducing the different parts of the day . He even brought some essentials with him for which we are forever grateful e.g one of our guests needed a tie since they had forgotten it and to our surprise Nigel had one to hand ! We all loved him and lots of our guests commented on his professionalism .
