We came across Lewis on the Hitched website and immediately felt he would be a good fit to capture our wedding – and we weren’t wrong. From the first consultation, he was really clear about his photography style and what we could expect from his services; and the final consultation a few weeks prior to the wedding really reassured me that he would capture all of the essential moments.
On the wedding morning, Lewis met me and my bridesmaids at our hotel to capture us getting ready – his energy levels were contagious and really got us in the spirit of celebration. Despite the room being very full with me, six bridesmaids and three stylists, Lewis was able to seamlessly work around everyone to ensure the morning was well documented. He moved across to the venue with us shortly afterwards and continued to catch all the special moments – a first look with my parents, gifts, getting ready. He was also more than happy to capture some of the ‘sillier’ requests from my sister and I.
Lewis stayed with us for the rest of the day, until around 9pm – he somehow managed to be everywhere without us even noticing he was there, but based on the previews, I’m confident he has captured so many special moments. One of our guests even came up to me an extatically exclaimed ‘your photographer is everywhere, it’s great!’. The portrait previews we have seen are absolutely stunning – not only did we get some beautiful photos during and after the ceremony, Lewis was always on the look out for more opportunities for a good photo, and he even spotted a brief moment where the sky looked on fire at sunset, and quickly got us outside for a photo opportunity that I had wished for, but didn’t think I’d get with it being a cloudy day – so massive props to him for that!
I’m so incredibly happy that we found Lewis – his photos capture the emotion in every little moment and every image is the perfect reflection of the love and happiness we felt on the day. I shall treasure these photos forever, and can’t thank him enough for the wonderful job he did documenting our special day.

From the moment we met on our zoom meeting Lewis made us feel seen, understood, and completely at ease as we went through the day and how we wanted it captured. We decided we wanted less staged photos and more natural shots and somehow, Lewis managed to capture moments that looked so real you would think it was staged.

As I stood waiting for partner, trying to hold myself together during the vows, the way our guests looked at us during the ceremony and the happy smile on our dogs face. These weren’t just photos. They were moments. And they mean everything to us and our family.

I had family members come up to me asking if we knew Lewis personally as he slotted himself in and enjoyed himself just as much as the guests. Such a calm, kind, and grounding presence throughout the entire day and very much professional. We never felt rushed or posed. Everything felt natural, intimate, and real. exactly how we wanted to remember it. Lewis captured our nephew being the best ring bearer aswell as also being dragged around the lawn games by him wanting the perfect photo.

If you are lucky enough to work with lewis know that you are not just hiring a photographer. You are working with someone that will be a friend, be everybody's plus one and the most dedicated person to getting the best photo.
It is hard to find someone that you can trust with your most special day and I can promise you, from bridal prep to first dance he will not stop.

What photos we have been provided with so far are incredible. From the quality of the photos to the moments captured in them. Absolutely flawless.

Oh and he even packed his gear away in his car look up at the sky and found the perfect shot as the sun was setting. I turned around and seen Lewis running towards us saying we needed to come quick to capture the perfect photo. What a hero Lewis is.

At the risk of running out of superlatives, Lewis is an exceptionally talented photographer who was simply amazing at our wedding. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better photographer for our wedding at Plum Park Manor. From the moment we booked Lewis, everything felt effortless and on the big day, he was nothing short of exceptional.

He arrived early to take a walk around the venue, as he hadn’t shot much there before, and that extra care and attention to detail really showed in the photos. It was so reassuring to see someone take that time to get a feel for the space before diving in. Throughout the day, he blended into the background so naturally which was perfect for us, as quite a few of us are camera shy. He captured the most intimate, candid moments without ever making us feel like we were being watched or posed.
