Hello, I'm Lewis, a lover of photography, gaming, hearty roast dinners, and the wonders of the great outdoors. (Planning a mountain wedding? Count me in! ) I've been capturing love stories since 2015 (can you believe it?), with the chance to snap moments in my hometown of Northamptonshire, all over the UK, and even across the globe! (Shooting a wedding in Mexico & Cyprus is a memory I will never forget!)

I have captured well over 250 weddings, and have built up a reputation over the years for putting everyone at ease, allowing you to celebrate your day to the max. I’m all about capturing the love, laughter, and everything in between. My goal is to give you photographs that will transport you right back to how your day felt.
Posing, I don’t go big on posing, and I won’t take you away from your wedding for hours. I understand you want to spend as much time with your loved ones as possible. At some point though, you’ll want a few creative photographs of the two of you. (No cheesy posing here, and that's a promise!) But rest assured, these will not take long at all, giving you more time with your nearest and dearest.
For the majority of your day, I’ll be there capturing everything as it unfolds naturally. I aim to provide you with photographs that are honest, authentic, and truly reflective of your day.

How far in advance should I contact you?
There is no set date as to when you should contact me, but I can get booked up pretty quickly. Please feel free to contact me anytime if you have any questions or wish to make a booking

I do enjoy capturing more candid photographs than anything else as I believe in capturing real moments. I am known though to get creative with flash and enjoy creating interesting and unique portraits

Multiple professional Sony cameras, full portable lighting, and a range of professional-grade lenses
Do you offer any tool to display the photos online?
Yes, online password protected gallery. Also use social media to post up previews for the wedding couple, before they receive their full gallery
What's the delivery time for a photographic report?

How do you charge extra time?
I charge £125ph for additional hours, which can even be arranged on the day of the wedding itself if you decided you wish to have me for longer!
What are the forms of payment?
I ask for an initial deposit of 20%, then the rest of the payment can be made up to seven days before the Wedding day. I take payments through online bank transfers only
How do you work?
I work in a very unobtrusive manner, capturing the day as naturally as possible. I do enjoy capturing creative wedding portraits for the couple, producing something special and unique

Incredibly talented and friendly photographer
We came across Lewis on the Hitched website and immediately felt he would be a good fit to capture our wedding – and we weren’t wrong. From the first consultation, he was really clear about his photography style and what we could expect from his services; and the final consultation a few weeks prior to the wedding really reassured me that he would capture all of the essential moments.
On the wedding morning, Lewis met me and my bridesmaids at our hotel to capture us getting ready – his energy levels were contagious and really got us in the spirit of celebration. Despite the room being very full with me, six bridesmaids and three stylists, Lewis was able to seamlessly work around everyone to ensure the morning was well documented. He moved across to the venue with us shortly afterwards and continued to catch all the special moments – a first look with my parents, gifts, getting ready. He was also more than happy to capture some of the ‘sillier’ requests from my sister and I.
Lewis stayed with us for the rest of the day, until around 9pm – he somehow managed to be everywhere without us even noticing he was there, but based on the previews, I’m confident he has captured so many special moments. One of our guests even came up to me an extatically exclaimed ‘your photographer is everywhere, it’s great!’. The portrait previews we have seen are absolutely stunning – not only did we get some beautiful photos during and after the ceremony, Lewis was always on the look out for more opportunities for a good photo, and he even spotted a brief moment where the sky looked on fire at sunset, and quickly got us outside for a photo opportunity that I had wished for, but didn’t think I’d get with it being a cloudy day – so massive props to him for that!
I’m so incredibly happy that we found Lewis – his photos capture the emotion in every little moment and every image is the perfect reflection of the love and happiness we felt on the day. I shall treasure these photos forever, and can’t thank him enough for the wonderful job he did documenting our special day.

Simply amazing
If you’ve started looking for a photographer for your special day, look no further than Lewis, trust me, you’ll not be disappointed.
Lewis was one of the preferred suppliers for our venue but when we reviewed his work, what stood out to us was his clear passion, imagination and eye for detail. From the very beginning, Lewis was great - he was never pushy, but did come with his own ideas and thoughts of things we might want to consider doing, which was just what we needed as people not used to being in front of a camera and who are largely indecisive. He maintained regular contact on the lead up to our big day and even arranged a video call to run through any questions we had and make sure he knew what we were looking to get from our day.
On the big day, despite being familiar with our venue, Lewis arrived early to setup and introduce himself to our bridal party and make sure everyone was comfortable with him being there and just snapping away during our bridal prep. Throughout the day, Lewis was incredible at capturing all the key moments you’d want, as well as some lovely candid moments between ourselves, guests and our two children. We had a last minute change of plan for an elderly relative who couldn’t attend and ended up having to essentially live stream our wedding for them - this didn’t phase Lewis and he helped us position the camera so it wouldn’t obstructing his pictures - he also reminded me it was there after the ceremony so I could focus on that camera for a short while, which meant a lot to both me and my grandmother.
Lewis’ eye for detail never stopped and the beautiful photos we have to remind us of our special day truly reflect that, there are so many we don’t remember having been taken, but are so grateful the moment was captured. 5* are just not enough!
We cannot recommend Lewis highly enough! From the very first conversation he was warm, professional, and genuinely excited about our big day. He took the time to answer all our questions - no matter how small or silly they were. Lewis was always just at the end of the phone whenever we needed reassurance or advice. That kind of support meant so much to us in the lead up to the wedding.
On our wedding day itself, Lewis was nothing short of AMAZING. It felt like having a best friend by our side - someone who just totally understood us. He was never pushy, always patient and kind and managed to be everywhere without ever being intrusive.

Wonderful!!!

Such a great photographer
We cannot fault Lewis for how he handled our wedding.
From the pre-wedding coordination, to answering our constant badgering of questions, to bringing such a great atmosphere to the day.
We were told by loads of people that you need to really vibe with your photographer, and we certainly did.
Lewis was a great laugh, really good with crowd control and managed to capture a great balance of formal photos and informal shots from the day.
The drone shots were incredible!!!
As of typing this, we’ve had our highlights gallery sent through which was so quick after the wedding. We’re now just waiting for our full gallery which if the highlights are anything to go by will be amazing.
The only downside is trying to narrow down our favourites that we want printed!

Great photographer
We decided to go with Lewis after reading reviews online and we are so glad we went with him.
Lewis is friendly, charasmatic and has a very good eye for detail in the photographs he takes. With Lewis your not just hiring a great photographer for the day but also a big brother who was always on hand for advise or help during the proceedings, he was also very accommodating as we hired a last minute videographer they both worked in tandem with each other during the day.
Communication with him was great and was always available
via email or whatsapp.

Friendly, flexible, enthusiastic, talented
We hired Lewis after seeing how well he did at a sibling's wedding. He is an excellent photographer, but not only that: he was enthusiastic and energetic throughout our long wedding day, which I did not expect given how many hundreds of weddings he has done. The timeline throughout the day kept changing and he was unflustered and helpful in trying to fit in everything we wanted photographed.
We had some shots in mind that he had not done previously, and he absolutely threw himself into figuring out how to pull it off: his enthusiasm was infectious, and the final result was honestly breathtaking.
Finally, he was very responsive both before and after the wedding when trying to organise things, which was not the case with a lot of our suppliers.

Can honestly say Lewis was an absolute pleasure. From the first email to his advice on the day he was polite/friendly and professional. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to feel comfortable on their big day. He blended in and hardly ever knew he was around.
