Hello, I'm Lewis, a lover of photography, gaming, hearty roast dinners, and the wonders of the great outdoors. (Planning a mountain wedding? Count me in! ) I've been capturing love stories since 2015 (can you believe it?), with the chance to snap moments in my hometown of Northamptonshire, all over the UK, and even across the globe! (Shooting a wedding in Mexico & Cyprus is a memory I will never forget!)

I have captured well over 200 weddings, and have built up a reputation over the years for putting everyone at ease, allowing you to celebrate your day to the max. I’m all about capturing the love, laughter, and everything in between. My goal is to give you photographs that will transport you right back to how your day felt.
Posing, I don’t go big on posing, and I won’t take you away from your wedding for hours. I understand you want to spend as much time with your loved ones as possible. At some point though, you’ll want a few creative photographs of the two of you. (No cheesy posing here, and that's a promise!) But rest assured, these will not take long at all, giving you more time with your nearest and dearest.
For the majority of your day, I’ll be there capturing everything as it unfolds naturally. I aim to provide you with photographs that are honest, authentic, and truly reflective of your day.

How far in advance should I contact you?
There is no set date as to when you should contact me, but I can get booked up pretty quickly. Please feel free to contact me anytime if you have any questions or wish to make a booking

I do enjoy capturing more candid photographs than anything else as I believe in capturing real moments. I am known though to get creative with flash and enjoy creating interesting and unique portraits

Multiple professional Sony cameras, full portable lighting, and a range of professional-grade lenses
Do you offer any tool to display the photos online?
Yes, online password protected gallery. Also use social media to post up previews for the wedding couple, before they receive their full gallery
What's the delivery time for a photographic report?

How do you charge extra time?
I charge £125ph for additional hours, which can even be arranged on the day of the wedding itself if you decided you wish to have me for longer!
What are the forms of payment?
I ask for an initial deposit of 20%, then the rest of the payment can be made up to seven days before the Wedding day. I take payments through online bank transfers only
How do you work?
I work in a very unobtrusive manner, capturing the day as naturally as possible. I do enjoy capturing creative wedding portraits for the couple, producing something special and unique

Incredibly talented and friendly photographer
We came across Lewis on the Hitched website and immediately felt he would be a good fit to capture our wedding – and we weren’t wrong. From the first consultation, he was really clear about his photography style and what we could expect from his services; and the final consultation a few weeks prior to the wedding really reassured me that he would capture all of the essential moments.
On the wedding morning, Lewis met me and my bridesmaids at our hotel to capture us getting ready – his energy levels were contagious and really got us in the spirit of celebration. Despite the room being very full with me, six bridesmaids and three stylists, Lewis was able to seamlessly work around everyone to ensure the morning was well documented. He moved across to the venue with us shortly afterwards and continued to catch all the special moments – a first look with my parents, gifts, getting ready. He was also more than happy to capture some of the ‘sillier’ requests from my sister and I.
Lewis stayed with us for the rest of the day, until around 9pm – he somehow managed to be everywhere without us even noticing he was there, but based on the previews, I’m confident he has captured so many special moments. One of our guests even came up to me an extatically exclaimed ‘your photographer is everywhere, it’s great!’. The portrait previews we have seen are absolutely stunning – not only did we get some beautiful photos during and after the ceremony, Lewis was always on the look out for more opportunities for a good photo, and he even spotted a brief moment where the sky looked on fire at sunset, and quickly got us outside for a photo opportunity that I had wished for, but didn’t think I’d get with it being a cloudy day – so massive props to him for that!
I’m so incredibly happy that we found Lewis – his photos capture the emotion in every little moment and every image is the perfect reflection of the love and happiness we felt on the day. I shall treasure these photos forever, and can’t thank him enough for the wonderful job he did documenting our special day.

Can honestly say Lewis was an absolute pleasure. From the first email to his advice on the day he was polite/friendly and professional. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to feel comfortable on their big day. He blended in and hardly ever knew he was around.

Friendly, flexible, enthusiastic, talented
We hired Lewis after seeing how well he did at a sibling's wedding. He is an excellent photographer, but not only that: he was enthusiastic and energetic throughout our long wedding day, which I did not expect given how many hundreds of weddings he has done. The timeline throughout the day kept changing and he was unflustered and helpful in trying to fit in everything we wanted photographed.
We had some shots in mind that he had not done previously, and he absolutely threw himself into figuring out how to pull it off: his enthusiasm was infectious, and the final result was honestly breathtaking.
Finally, he was very responsive both before and after the wedding when trying to organise things, which was not the case with a lot of our suppliers.

Wedding at DodFord Barn 30/11/24
Lewis came across as really professional and was very easy to work with. He has captured some great moments without us even knowing he was there to take the shots as we wanted to go for a more natural look. We would definitely recommend.

Incredibly talented photographer
Lewis is professional, genuine and so talented. He will make you feel at ease all day. Lewis loves the candid photos and we loved that about him. We didn’t have to pose for ages for photos and he was asking us all day exactly what we wanted. If you book Lewis, be sure you will have a great photographer for your wedding. We could not fault Lewis one bit. You want to feel comfortable with your photographer to get the most out of your photos, and he for sure is great at doing so. We wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to capture our day. Thank you so much Lewis!

The must-book photographer
Lewis did the photography for our wedding and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. He made it easy, even for someone who hates having their pictures taking. He was very accommodating and also let us enjoy the day without feeling like we were constantly taking photos.
We got a number of photos back less than a week after the wedding, and they are absolutely brilliant and capture the best bits of the day. Cannot wait to see the rest!

Talented and an absolute professional!
From start to finish, Lewis was an absolute professional. He was easy to contact and keen to know exactly what we wanted out of our photos.
On the day he was relaxed and bubbly, and all our guests have commented on how brillliant he was. It was like having another friend there, and he made everyone at ease. He made sure he got all the shots we wanted, without ever interfering.
We got over 60 photos less than a week after our wedding, which was brilliant to have to share. We cannot wait for the rest!

Excellent service from start to finish
Where to start! We were so happy with every element of the service we received from Lewis. It was great to meet Lewis a couple of weeks before our wedding where he ran us through the details and we were able to discuss exactly what we wanted from the day, he really put us at ease.
On the day Lewis was fab, he was so easy going and let us choose exactly what we wanted to capture whist ensuring that everything kept to time and that we didn't miss out on anything key.
As the sun went down we went out to capture some final couple shots - Lewis is a wizard with the lighting and some of the shots we've seen so far are amazing. Only a couple of days after the wedding we received a selection of photos and a slide show and we are so happy with them and can't wait to see the rest. Would highly recommend

Prior to our wedding Lewis provided continuous communication, updated us on the timeline scheduling relevant meetings and prompting us when required. He was strategic throughout to ensure the day ran effortlessly. Communication between ourselves and vendor was effortless and no request was too much.
With ever growing costs of weddings Lewis ensured he provided a service and price plan to meet our needs. He never pressured us where some vendors or services are focused on sales. He still ensured we were provided with all the details of the services available to ensure we had an inclusive experience.
On the day of the wedding Lewis was organised and tactic from the get go. His experience combined with charismatic nature ensured all our guests felt comfortable and he was able to capture authentic and beautiful memories.
