We initially started looking for a budget-friendly photographer who would simply help us preserve the memories of our wedding day. What we got instead was Jacque. From our very first message, we clicked instantly. We loved her enthusiasm, warmth and energy, but also how genuinely excited she was about our Pokémon-themed wedding. Every call we had before the wedding reassured us that we had made the right choice. And we absolutely had. Throughout the months leading up to the wedding, Jacque regularly sent helpful emails full of advice, tips and thoughtful ideas that made the whole planning process feel much less overwhelming. She has this incredible ability to make you feel calm and looked after. On the day itself, she was everything you could hope for in a wedding photographer. She organised group photos smoothly and efficiently, kept us relaxed, and somehow made everything feel easy. Even our venue owner commented afterwards on what a joy she was to work with. He told us he'd experienced photographers in the past who complained about details and logistics, whereas Jacque embraced everything with enthusiasm and positivity. At one point before the wedding, we casually mentioned that smoke bombs for photos might be fun. Not only did Jacque remember, she arrived with everything prepared so we could have Pokémon starter-inspired smoke bomb photos with our wedding party. She also turned up wearing a Pokémon hat, with a Psyduck attached to her camera. At that moment, we knew we'd found our people. But what amazes us most now that we've received our gallery is how "invisible" Jacque managed to be. We don't remember seeing her moving around the marquee during speeches. We don't remember her interrupting moments or asking people to pose constantly. And yet somehow she captured everything. The tears. The laughter. The sideways glances. Friends laughing so hard they could barely breathe. Guests completely immersed in the celebration. Tiny details we had forgotten. Moments we never even realised had happened. Jacque describes herself as a storyteller, and after seeing our photographs, we can honestly say that this isn't marketing copy - it's exactly who she is. She captured not only how our wedding looked, but how it felt. The gallery contains hundreds of breathtaking photographs. Looking through them made us laugh, cry, and relive the entire day all over again. Every guest we've shared them with has said the same things: "Amazing." "Beautiful." "Magical." "Incredible." We even received preview photographs before we had gone to bed on our wedding night, and communication throughout the entire process was always swift, thoughtful and reassuring. Our favourite thing about the photos isn't that they're perfect. It's that they're us. If you're looking for someone who will blend into your day like a friend, support you through the chaos, embrace your weird and wonderful ideas, and quietly capture the moments you'll treasure for the rest of your life, then Jacque is your person. We genuinely cannot imagine our wedding without her. Thank you, Jacque, for making us feel seen, understood and celebrated. You didn't just photograph our wedding. You gave us back the feeling of it.

John was our photographer at our wedding in August this year. He was professional, enthusiastic and got to know everyone at the wedding. We have loved sharing candid photos of everyone with our guests and our family have loved the more traditional wedding photos. John captured so many memories for us and we highly recommend him!

Carl was amazing from start to finish. His pricing is more than reasonable, If you're looking for a wedding photographer, stop searching and book Carl James. From the very first message, Carl stood out from everyone else. There were no pushy sales tactics, no pressure to book, and no endless phone calls. He was relaxed, genuine and just... different. We met at our wedding venue to see if we were the right fit, and the moment we sat down we instantly felt comfortable. Within minutes it felt like we were catching up with an old friend rather than meeting a photographer. We left that meeting knowing without a doubt that we wanted Carl to be part of our wedding day. In fact, we even booked him a seat with our guests for the wedding breakfast because that's how much we wanted him to be part of our day! In the lead-up to the wedding, Carl regularly checked in—not to chase payments or talk logistics all the time, but simply to see how we were doing. It felt like chatting to a friend. On the morning of the wedding, he arrived full of energy, smiling from ear to ear, and immediately put everyone at ease. He made himself at home during bridal prep, and throughout the entire day he was laughing, chatting and making everyone feel comfortable. It genuinely felt like we'd known him for years. Our guests haven't stopped talking about him. He spent time taking lovely family photos for everyone, and so many people asked us if Carl was a close friend because he blended in so naturally. One of my favourite moments was when he handed my son a camera and let him take his own photographs—it made him feel so special. He even made balloon animals for the younger children, which was such an unexpected and thoughtful touch. The reason I first enquired with Carl was because of his reviews. I remember reading them and crying, wondering if anyone could really be that amazing. Well... here I am writing our own review with tears in my eyes because every single word was true. Carl didn't just photograph our wedding—he became part of it and helped make it one of the most perfect days of our lives. The sneak peek photos completely blew us away, and we honestly cannot wait to see the rest. Carl, thank you will never feel like enough. You are a genuinely beautiful person with an incredible eye for detail and a gift for making people feel special. We found Chris through Hitched and, funnily enough, he shared the same surname as us, so we thought we’d make an enquiry. From the start, his pricing felt incredibly reasonable for what he was offering, and then we discovered he had actually been married at the same church where we were getting married. It all felt like it was meant to be! We didn’t have a huge wedding budget, so finding someone who offered such great value was really important to us. The quality of the photos exceeded our expectations, especially the candid shots, which are some of our absolute favourites. Chris captured so many natural moments that we will treasure forever. One of the things we appreciated most was how seamlessly Chris blended into the day. He never felt intrusive or in the way; instead, he became part of the celebration and everything flowed effortlessly. Now that we’ve received all of our photos, we couldn’t be happier. Chris was professional, friendly, and delivered a fantastic service from start to finish. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a wedding photographer.

Karl was absolutely amazing. There was nothing he wouldn’t and couldn’t do. He interacted with the children as-well as adults. He made us feel at ease and comfortable whilst taking photos. He worked amazingly with our videographer too. He was amazing with all our guests. If I could rate higher I would! Thank you Karl for making our day so special and capturing it all. We had the absolute pleasure of having Stephen and Jack from Kuva Wedding Photography capture our wedding day at Grangefields, Ashbourne on 24th April—and they were incredible from start to finish. Their communication before the big day was spot on. We had a number of video calls to share our vision, must-have shots, and preferences. They really took the time to understand us as a couple, and that came through in every photo. The planning was seamless. As we got ready at separate locations, the team split up and covered both sites effortlessly—without ever feeling intrusive. Their adaptability was amazing too; we had beautiful sunshine, and they were so excited to get creative and make the most of it. They made my partner and her bridesmaids feel completely at ease during the morning prep—attentive, respectful, and calming. One special touch was including our dog, Terry, in the shoot. Even though he wasn’t keen on the camera, Stephen and Jack still managed to get some gorgeous candid shots of him. That meant the world to us. Throughout the day, they were friendly, warm, and genuinely interested in us and our wedding. Guests commented on how lovely they both were. They also worked seamlessly with our videographers—it felt like one team working together, not separate suppliers. When Stephen had a flat tyre early in the day, they handled it calmly and professionally, without missing a beat. It could have been a major stress point, but it never impacted the day. Most importantly, we trusted them completely. Their suggestions were brilliant, but we never felt pressured. The results were stunning—vibrant, bright, and full of life, exactly the style we were after. They even used creative long-exposure techniques in the evening reception which brought the party to life in a whole new way. They stayed until the end of the night, said goodbye, and thanked us—something small, but it really stuck with us. Post-wedding, they were quick to share a selection of edited shots and offered to try different post-edits to make sure the look matched our vision. Kuva Wedding Photography exceeded our already high expectations. They were not only professional, but kind, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making our day feel special. We genuinely couldn't have asked for a better photographer. Josh was friendly, easy-going, professional, and incredibly accommodating. From the moment he arrived, he felt more like one of our guests than someone we'd only just met, and he quickly became part of the day. He listened carefully to everything we wanted from our photos and delivered exactly what we had hoped for – and so much more. We especially appreciated the thought and care he took in including our pets in the photographs, which meant the world to us. Our wedding was small and intimate, and as we had travelled to the area, we found it difficult to choose a photographer without personal recommendations. We truly feel like we stumbled across the very best. Thank you, Josh at 21 Photography, for capturing our day so perfectly. Jane was an absolute dream from start to finish! She made us feel so relaxed and comfortable all day, and captured every single moment beautifully. What really stood out was how far she went for us – she even carefully edited and photoshopped our son’s face onto one of the photos so we could have that perfect complete family shot.
