I highly recommend Charlotte as she is an amazing baker who listens and made us feel so at ease. Throughout the whole process her friendly and professional manner made the whole cake styling and creating experience a dream. We decided to get a desert table as well through Appleyard bakery and this did not disappoint. The deserts flew out, I have never seen deserts empty so quickly, and when refilled the same happened again. Everything looks immaculate and exactly as requested. Thank you Charlotte for making our day that bit sweeter.

Eckles the cake house baked a stunning cake for my wedding in April 2025, they offered a 3 tier cake with different flavour cake and frosting for each layer (the lemon one was our favourite!) I would highly recommend this vendour for you big day! Communication was great too , the price is very reasonable considering the effort put into the cake. Delivery of the cake was very smooth snd swift in the day,

Carrot, lemon drizzle and red velvet cake. Looked exactly how we wanted. Chris was great at adjusting the design until we found what we wanted and it tasted amazing! Everyone loved it and it didn't last long. 100% recommend

Anesha, certainly outdid herself, the cake was a beautiful masterpiece and the taste/flavours were exceptional. There wasn’t any cake left by the end of the night! We have had so many compliments about our bespoke show stopper! Cannot recommend her highly enough, you won’t be disappointed!

Alison is very friendly and understands what you want quickly. She has patience and deals with even your tiniest concerns, which puts your mind at rest. She provides options if you are working on a budget and provided lovely cake samples to try before you decide if you want to go ahead. She came early and delivered, set up the cake herself and left before any guest arrived. I would recommend.

Jackie did an amazing job of bringing our vision for the design of our cake to life. Not only that, but the cake was delicious. We had many compliments on the cake. Jackie and her partner went above and beyond to ensure that our cake was at the venue at the time dictated to us by the venue, despite this causing her some considerable inconvenience due to an inflexibility on the part of the venue with regards to timings. If we could give her 10 out of 5, we would!

Lisa made us the most incredible cake for our wedding. We wanted a very simple two tier cake with a real floral decoration. She gave us lots of info about the type of flowers that are suitable and worked with our florist to get it right. The cake looked amazing and tasted delicious! We had tried the samples and were really spoilt for choice for flavours. We eventually chose chocolate with salted caramel buttercream and red velvet with miso white chocolate buttercream for our tiers. Both flavours went down a treat with our guests! Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for lovely wedding cake and biscuits. Working with Ruth was so easy and pleasant. She is a professional in her business and does everything on high level. Everyone was very happy to have a piece of our wedding cake. It is worthy!

Beautiful cake for our wedding. Had already been to a wedding that cathlene had done the cake for and it was amazing both times.
