Hey, I’m Rachael. 👋
Wedding photographer for couples who want their day to feel relaxed, fun, and properly them.
If the thought of stiff posing makes you cringe, you’re in the right place. My job is to help you feel comfortable, keep things flowing, and quietly capture all the good stuff as it happens.
The belly laughs.
The happy tears.
The chaotic dance floor moves you’ll laugh about forever.
Nothing forced. Nothing awkward.
How I Work
Your day, Your way!
I’ll guide you when you need it, then step back and let you enjoy your day. Most couples tell me they forgot I was even there, which is exactly the point.
I cover weddings from morning prep right through to the dancefloor antics, so nothing gets missed. Big moments, tiny details, and everything in between. Yes, even your nan’s embroidered hanky.
You’ll get a sneak peek shortly after the wedding too, because I know waiting is painful. Sometimes that’s socials, sometimes it’s a cheeky WhatsApp preview.
Your Photos
Your final images are edited and delivered in a private online gallery that’s easy to share with family and friends, no fuss, no tech stress, but if you struggle, I’m on hand to help.
Natural, honest photos that still feel like you years down the line.
A Bit About Me
I’m based in Mansfield and cover Nottingham, Derby, the East Midlands, and beyond. I’m calm, friendly, quietly organised, and very used to stepping in (big girl pants on, and sometimes I could do with a foghorn) when things go slightly off-plan.
I also photograph newborns and families, so I’m no stranger to real moments, unpredictable energy, and keeping things relaxed.
Shall We Chat?
If you’re after photography that feels easy, natural, and never awkward, I’d love to hear about your plans.
Drop me a message and tell me your date and venue.

Meet the team
Meet the team… also known as me, myself and I.
Running a photography business means wearing more hats than I can count, from capturing your day and answering the emails (playing the admin role) to crunching the numbers, posting the reels, and editing until my eyes go square. Add “wife, mum and brand new nanna” into the mix, and, well, you could say I keep busy!
Most of the time, it really is just me in all these roles. But when a second photographer is needed, I’ve got a couple of trusty wingmen I call on. They’re people I trust completely; we work seamlessly together, and on your wedding day we can be in two places at once — bouncing off each other so nothing is missed.
And of course, I also slot right in with your chosen suppliers, working as one big team to make the day run smoothly.
The good news? Every hat I wear comes with the same passion, humour and heart — so whether it’s me solo or with a sidekick, you’re in safe hands.
📸 The Photographer
The one with the cameras strapped on her hips, your hype wingwoman running around your wedding making sure no moment slips by. Think part ninja, part cheerleader, part guest-wrangler. Always fuelled by tea and snacks (usually Maltesers or Pringles if we’re being real).
💻 The Editor
Sleeps? Rarely after a wedding day.
Spends hours fine-tuning your photos so they’re gallery-ready and every detail pops. Knows the back of Lightroom better than her own kitchen cupboards, and takes real pride in making sure even the little things get the attention they deserve.
