Linzi was amazing on the run up to our DIY sailcloth tipi wedding and was even better on the day! We had regular meetings to discuss our plans for the wedding and she also suggested many things we didn't think of which was very helpful! She spoke with our suppliers to ensure everything was on track and we had a spreadsheet to ensure everything was going to plan! She met us when the tipi was erected and then the day before the wedding to make sure everything was set up and to ask what extra bits would need to be set up on the wedding morning. She was super organised and really helped with setting up as again her knowledge and experience supported us with good ideas on how things can run smoothly. On the wedding day she was professional and organised, making sure everything was running smoothly and on time. She supported the suppliers and our bridal party throughout the day. She problem solved when there were hiccups and kept us updated when needed. Honestly couldn't have done it without her, 100% well worth having a weddinf co-ordinator! Thank you again Linzi, we had the best day!

We hired Tor to be our wedding coordinator a year ago, with her taking over the coordination about six weeks before the wedding. Even before this, she was there willing to help us when asked, such as when our original photographer dropped out 3 months before the wedding. Within hours she had sent us over a list of available alternatives, taking into account our preferred style and budget! With six weeks to go, she took over the contacting and logistical arrangements with all our suppliers, allowing us to focus on adding the last little details to our wedding, something that went a long way with our guests on the day. She also put together a comprehensive timeline of the day and shared this with all relevant parties, providing a clear single source of truth, which allowed us to actually stay on schedule during the day! The day before our wedding, there was an issue with one of the suppliers which Tor just completely handled with minimal input required from us. This level of service took all the stress out of this part of the wedding preparation, something we cannot value enough! On the day, she showed up early helping to set up our decoration. From our perspective, the day ran so smoothly because of Tor's diligence. There was no task too big or too small, from ensuring everything was ready on time, helping pour out reception drinks, videoing our first dance, or fluffing the bride's dress! We cannot recommend her highly enough. Thanks Tor for helping us have the most perfect day.

What a fantastic day, plenty of food we went for the afternoon buffet with canopies was perfect. Staff were polite and attentive and the two lady hosts were perfect. What a great day thank you.

I honestly don’t even know where to start — Lydia was just incredible from beginning to end. Our wedding day was completely faultless, and she played such a huge part in that. From our very first conversation, she was so friendly and easy to talk to. She really took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, and somehow brought it to life even better than I’d imagined. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and I always felt completely relaxed knowing everything was in her hands. On the day itself, everything was just perfect. It all came together so beautifully, and you could really see the care and attention she puts into every little detail. So many people commented on how amazing everything looked. More than anything, Lydia is just such a genuinely lovely person, which made the whole experience even more special. I feel so lucky we found her. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone — she’s amazing at what she does, and I’ll be singing her praises for a long time!

After speaking with several wedding planners, Val stood out immediately as the clear front-runner thanks to her exceptional experience, attentiveness, and wonderfully calm, reassuring demeanour. We were working to a very short lead time to plan our August 2025 wedding, with only a few months to bring everything together, yet from the very first conversation Val made the entire process feel seamless and completely under control. We honestly can’t thank Ruby enough for everything she did for our wedding! From the very beginning, Ruby completely understood our vision and nailed the brief. We felt so confident in her hands and she delivered beyond anything we could have imagined. I am a ginormous fan of all things pretty and floral. Our wedding flowers were absolutely stunning—the colour scheme was spot on, and they lasted for so long after the big day (I even had my bridal bouquet sent off for preservation!). The venue decor left us speechless when we walked in, and it received so many compliments throughout the day. The flower arch and candelabras were the showstoppers! Ruby has been with us from the start of our wedding planning journey, and we couldn’t have asked for a kinder, more friendly, or more professional person to bring our wedding to life. It gave us so much peace of mind and definitely alleviated our stress knowing that Ruby had everything in hand. Her talent and passion shine through in every detail. Nuptia did our wedding decor and stationery and they were amazing. The room looked even better than we had envisaged and the process was easy from start to finish. Wedding Delights was amazing on our wedding day. The decorations were amazing and Tina was fantastic. She also was so helpful over email, answering my many many questions. They have loads of decorations options and a lot of bundles to suit all budgets.
