From the first phone call to collecting my bridal gown, Philippa and Sheila were an absolute delight and I would recommend Boa Boutique without hesitation. To be honest I was a little daunted at the thought of choosing a wedding dress especially after a couple of bad experiences so I was delighted to find this gem of a boutique. It was easy to find and has a fantastic selection of gowns and accessories all beautifully displayed.
Yet the real heart of this shop are the stellar staff. Philippa really knows her stuff and listened attentively to my tentative ideas. She suggested a beautiful gown designed by Sheila and sensitively helped me to “dive in”. It’s no mean feat getting into the various gowns and Philippa’s eye is spot on making the whole experience a delight.
When the gown arrived I was filled with excitement and Sheila supervised all the alterations by the super experienced Maureen. Thank you ladies for your patience even adding extra finger loops so I could manage the train during an adventurous first dance. The result was a perfect gown that looked superb and made me feel a million dollars. Even down to a tiny blue bow sewn into the bodice.
Thank you Sheila also for helping Kathryn choose her perfect bridesmaid dress. The choice of design, fabrics and colours is excellent. Your skill and expertise shone through and we both would recommend Boa in a heart beat.

Where do I start? The staff at BOA were absolutely fantastic and so kind and flexible during all the stresses of my wedding dress fittings falling within the COVID pandemic! As well as my wedding dress, we got my Mum's dress and bridesmaid dress from BOA. I had been to a few other boutiques and seen lovely dresses but just hadn't felt anything suited me. Then I found BOA and I am so pleased I did as the first dress I tried on I absolutely loved and knew it was the right one as I felt like me and comfortable in it.

I would highly rate Boa Boutique due to the excellent service I received, friendly staff and their extensive wedding dress range.
The care and attention that they showed me from initially trying on dresses, to selection of my dress and fittings was impeccable.
Shelia, Katie and the team were so kind, attentive and offered excellent advice throughout. It is very clear that they care about their clients and want them to have the best day possible.
With all the many preparations for the wedding and how busy it is for brides at this time, Boa boutique offered a haven of calm and each visit for me was such a special experience.

Boa Boutique was the fifth bridal store I had visited in a week.

My wedding was in 5 months time, my budget was a lot of money yet small for a weding dress I had been told (£1200) and I was really stressed. The previous four shops had been rude, dismissive of my budget and I had not seen anything that was 'me'.

Boa Boutique was a totally different and wonderful experience. The lady was calm, kind and knew all of the dresses well. I was not rushed at all and for the first time enjoyed the experience of looking at stunning dresses. There was every shape, colour and style that I could possibly imagine! To be honest I only knew what I did not want! I hoped to feel like a bride without being overly bridal. I think it was the third dress that I tried on that I just felt a million dollars in. I had visited the shop on my own and Boa Boutique very kindly kept the shop open late that night so my parents could pop along with me to see the dress. Nothing was too much trouble and they totally understood I needed a second opinion. The dress I chose was in budget. The fittings were great fun - I had a few adjustments made to the sleeves. I tried on different shoes, veils and jewellery at each fitting. By the time it came to collecting the dress I had my complete bridal outfit arranged.

I cannot recommend Boa Boutique highly enough. The service, quality of dresses and alterations are incredible. It was such a happy experience for me.

Firstly I wanted to say a massive THANK YOU for everything you did helping me chose my DREAM Sheila Harding wedding dress for my special day on Friday 7th July 2017. I genuinely couldn’t have been happier with how it looked on the day – it was absolute perfection in every way possible!

BOA Boutique was the very last shop I visited to find my Wedding dress with not much time left until the wedding.

When I finally visited the shop and tried some dresses with Sheila’s help I felt so comfortable and relieved, as she made choosing my dream dress with her useful advice which was so appreciated, especially because I was there alone to try on different dresses.

I was so happy when I finally found my Alma Novia dress with all the details and shape that I had been looking for all along as my wedding dress.

It was a total pleasure and such an enjoyable experience coming for my fittings each time, until the dress was ready. Everybody at the store was so kind and I got so much help for the veil and accessories as well.

I also want to say a huge thank you for all the hard work on my perfect alterations. The dress I bought needed a lot of alterations as I am very petite. I had no idea how it was possible to do this when there are so many sequins attached to the dress – but Marina worked her magic on it and made it into the most perfect fit, whilst keeping the shape of the dress.

I felt so happy and beautiful in my dress on my wedding day – it sparkled brilliantly all day.
