I had the most amazing experience at my friend of many years bridal shop. From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Megan and Hannah truly went above and beyond to help me find my dream wedding dress.
Their attention to detail, patience, and genuine excitement made the whole process unforgettable.The selection was beautiful, and they really listened to what I wanted—offering honest feedback while still making me feel confident and supported. I never felt rushed or pressured; it honestly felt like shopping with someone who cared as much about my dress as I did.

From the moment I went dress shopping at Vicki's with my Mum and Matron of Honour to be and met Megan, the whole experience has just been amazing. I didn't like most of the dresses I had previously seen online before I found Vicki's and was thinking I might choose more of an evening gown but then found I loved many of the styles in the Kelsey Rose range in particular. Megan really took the time to listen and gently guided me through the process and I ended up with a wildcard dress that incorporated all of the features I'd liked in other dresses.

Throughout the whole lead-up to the wedding, both Megan and Hannah have been wonderful. Always happy to answer any questions and they are both so warm, friendly and approachable. They really care about what they do and it really shows. Their Nan was a seamstress and I just love the history of the shop and the fact that it is a female run family business.

Meeting the seamstress Tracy from the Wedding Surgeons was also a lovely experience. She altered my dress to perfection and made sure I felt 100% comfortable in it. We also bought my Matron of Honour's dress at Vicki's (in a beautiful rust colour) and Tracy altered this too. They sell a range of accessories and I bought some beautiful handmade hairpins which I preferred to a veil.

I felt amazing on my wedding day in a dress that was completely perfect for me and I definitely owe that to Hannah and Megan so THANK YOU! If you're looking for a personalised very special service then I don't think you'll find anywhere better than this. I'm just sad I can't wear it again!

The shop is beautiful and had a great selection of dresses. I very much enjoyed that there was just a handful of designers, but plenty different options so it didn’t feel overwhelming. There was no rush or pressure to pick a dress and the whole experience was joyful!

Megan helped me with my original appointment where I chose a dress and Hannah during my dress collection when I chose a veil. They were both fantastic- offering insight and ideas whilst super friendly.

Communication on dress collection, veil options etc was really fast- very much appreciated in what can be a stressful time!

They even have a cleaning and boxing service which I’ll be using later in the year.

Choosing a wedding dress was a much harder decision than I thought it would be. I had done some research and found a designer that I loved, and after finding out that Vicki's stocked them, I booked an appointment and took my bridesmaids along with me.
The experience was brilliant, it was so lovely to have the space to ourselves, but the best part of all was Hannah's advice and calming nature.
I tried on several dresses that I really liked, and one that I kept thinking about afterwards. Despite this, I decided to look in another boutique to try on some completely different styles. As someone who will need a lot of alterations due to my (lack of) height and short torso, I found myself being drawn towards dresses that fitted me better, instead of dresses that I actually liked.
After a phonecall with Hannah, she suggested I come back to try on the dress I kept coming back to. At the appointment, she helped guide me through everything we could do with alterations to help make the dress exactly how I wanted, and also did everything she could to recreate what it could look like.
The communication from both Hannah and Megan throughout has been brilliant, I really can't recommend Vicki's enough. I am so thrilled to have ordered my dress from Vicki's and cannot wait to have my alterations done here too. Thank you so much!

I would highly recommended Vicki’s bridal boutique. I had a really relaxing experience here trying on dresses, with absolutely no pushiness from them to commit to a dress.

It was really refreshing to have an appointment here after going to another shop with a pressured environment.

I think I went away from the shop twice to think about it before committing to my dress.

The seamstress recommended by the shop was also very good. A great experience overall, and I thought my dress was good value for money.

I cannot recommend Vicki's Bridal Boutique highly enough. It is such a beautiful shop with a lovely collection. I first came to Vicki's for a showcase and I wasn't sure what to expect i.e. whether I would try anything on and or whether it'd be a case of just looking around. Hannah & Megan asked if I wanted to try anything and I immediately felt nervous, but they really put me at ease. It was such a nice experience and they gave me really useful advice and information which I value a lot since it's all new to me! I knew I wanted to come back and had such a lovely 1st official appointment. They looked at the mood board I prepared and hand-picked dresses that would align with each style I wanted to try, which I appreciated as again I felt quite overwhelmed with where to begin. Hannah & Megan are so friendly, and make the experience relaxed and just joyful. They are not salesy or pushy, they just want you to find the right dress for you. I'm going back in a few weeks to finalise my choice and I can't wait. Go to Vicki's!

Honestly where to start, Vicki's Bridal Boutique is everything you want for finding your dress. They have a great selection of dresses with lots of styles and at reasonable prices. Their website is great so you get a really good idea of designer styles and costs beforehand.
I was really nervous beforehand, feeling very self-conscious of trying on dresses. Within minutes, Hannah and Megan had me feeling completely at ease and I had the best time and found my perfect dress. There was division amongst my friends, with them preferring one dress and me feeling unsure, they offered objective but real and honest comments about my body language in one dress compared to the other and I knew which one to choose. I felt amazing on the day, and was glad to have trusted their expert advice.
The seamstress they work with is also amazing.
Every part of the experience was great, professional and friendly. It feels like they genuinely care about you finding the perfect dress and it such such a warm, welcoming, family feel.

Hannah and Megan were fabulous from start to finish. I had the joy of having Hannah leading my bridal appointment and I couldn’t be happier. They are both so attentive, kind and knowledgable. I immediately felt comfortable walking in and felt at ease, knowing I came to the right place. I never felt rushed and Hannah was always on hand to help me and steer me in the right direction. I wasn’t intending to purchase a dress today, but ended up falling in love with one I had seen on their website. My bridesmaids and mother in-law commented on how lovely the ladies were. The shop is beautifully decorated and modern, there are a lot of dresses to try on also. If you are looking for a bridal shop that makes you feel comfortable, confident and like you’re part of a family, a trip to Vicki’s is a must. Thank you so much ladies!

Megan & Hannah were so welcoming, kind and friendly and I felt so at ease as soon as I walked into their beautiful shop. They were so helpful in helping me find my dress with zero pressure or judgement. The shop is designed amazingly and you just get such a warm feeling when you’re inside. I went to the boutique as my first place to try on dresses. From the start, Hannah and Megan were just so lovely. They weren't pushing me to try on too much, they guided me with my vision and we worked through dresses together and I found my dress after trying about 5.

I did go to other shops, I wanted to be sure but nothing else compared to 'my dress,' or the service which I had received.

They are so professional, clearly confident in their business knowledge and I put my trust in them.
I can't wait for my dress to arrive now, they have made the experience just perfect!

My experience from the very start was amazing! I knew from the moment I stepped in the shop that this would be where I found my dress! Both Hannah and Megan are super friendly and extremely helpful, I liked one dress with the aspect of another and with their help we combined the two and made my dream dress! I even got my bridesmaids dresses from them and had my alterations done in the shop by their recommended seamstress!
